Yes. For me, it seems to have to do with discovering the pleasures of genital stimulation (even pre-masturbatory) while wearing underwear when I was 9 or 10 years old. When I actually realized what was going on (and the potential for what could go on, i.e., full-fledged masturbation) and started actively playing wiht myself around the age of 13, many of the first several orgasms I had were dry ones, inside my underpants. When I started making a mess, I was torn about how to proceed: keep doing it inside my underwear then taking them off and sleeping nude, or doing it outside and finding an easy and quiet way to clean up. I wound up doing both. To this day, I, like Mr. Ixnay, enjoy the stimulation of soft and comfortable underwear sometimes. And I'm especially happy to see someone else post about long johns; I have fond memories of some pairs of fleecy, thermal long johns that I wore and that a former parter of mine wore during some long winter nights in my youth!
