September Mourn**

Autumn leaves fell delicately to the ground beneath his feet as teardrops fell. Michael always hated autumn when luscious green leaves start to bleed into a mixture of yellow mustard, burnt orange, crimson red, and brown mocha; and die with the summer's heat. But at this very moment, he loved this cool crisp autumn afternoon in New York because of the angel before him dancing among the falling leaves of autumn hues. His September baby- Jason Fuckin' Castro with the autumn leaves clinging onto his pretty dreads. God, he loved the boy. He loved the boy so much that sometimes it hurt just to breathe in his scent of ripe strawberries in a blossoming summer field.Â

Summer. Michael always loved the summertime when flowers bloomed vividly and days lingered into the clear moonlit sky as Michael thrust in and out of the beautiful boy beneath him.

"Michael. Harder. Deeper. Please." Jason pleaded, tightening his hold on Michael's body with his strong legs, urging Michael further into his soul. "Want you. Need you. Feel you. Love me, please.”

Michael responded with a deeper thrust that rocked both their bodies, headboard crashing against the wall. Together, fitting perfectly like lock and key, they rocked their bodies back and forth, until finally the boy shuddered violently in Michael's embrace, spilling his seeds of love across muscled flesh that was Michael's abdomen. Michael followed with his own orgasm, filling the void in Jason's aching body. Catching his breath, Michael kissed the boy's bruised ruby red lips of wine and lowered the boy back onto the bed, admiring the beauty before him. All golden skin glistened with glittery sweat; Jason Castro in the wake of post-coital bliss was the most beautiful thing he had ever seen. His hand habitually reached for the lose curls that escaped the intricate dreads of the boy's hair, tucked them behind the boy's ear, and leaned in for another kiss to the lips when the boy whispered into his mouth, “I love you."

Love. Jason Castro loved Michael Johns. Fuck. This wasn't part of the picture he had painted many moons ago when he took the boy to his bed, deflowering him under the clear moonlit sky as Stacey cried herself to sleep miles away because her husband was fuckin' some pretty boy while she had to painfully come to terms that she would bring a child into this world without the support and caring nurture of her father. God damnit. This was supposed to be a fleeting summer fling with a lifeline as long as the sun glowed brightly in the sky into the midnight hour and the green leaves still flourished, sprouting vibrant colorful flowers of summer's dawn.Â

He gripped the delicate wrists, pinned them above the boy's head, and slammed right back into the boy's already sore body, making him scream louder than the incessant ringing sound of Michael's cell phone. Michael kept eyeing the vibrating phone while plunging in and out of the boy with sharp and shallow thrusts, intentionally skirting over the surface of the boy's prostate buried deep in his body. The boy was crying, only this time, he cried tears of pain as Michael fucked him merciless for however long it took Stacey to quit calling his damn phone. When the phone rocked back and forth for the last time to a halt, Michael withdrew from the boy's body and wrapped his arms around the trembling body, kissing the tears away, cradling the weeping angel in his arms.

"I'm so sorry, angel." Michael apologized, caressing the tear-stricken face.

"It’s okay. I still love you." The boy cried, wiping away the tears from his eyes.

Love. There was that damn overrated word, again. Love. And suddenly he found his hand slipping between their bodies, between the boy’s legs to painfully grip the boy's genitals in a firm and crushing fist. The boy lowered his eyes to Michael's pumping fist around his genitals then gazed up into Michael's pained eyes. Tears found their way to the surface of the boy's intoxicating blue eyes, again, and Michael tightened his fist, crying as Jason's beautiful baby blues disappeared behind his closed lids. Michael released his grip on the boy's genitals and watched as the boy's limp body ceremoniously fell onto the bed, over a blood stained blanket full of daisies. Biting his closed fist, Michael let out an anguish cry as he slumped down onto the ground beside the bed. He cried for the love you desired most but couldn’t have. After several minutes of intense wailing, Michael finally found his voice. He composed himself and called Stacey back.

"Stacey, I'm coming home. I'm going to be the loving husband you deserve and the caring father to our unborn child. Please wait for me at summer’s dusk."

Michael always hated autumn when luscious green leaves start to bleed into a mixture of yellow mustard, burnt orange, crimson red, and brown mocha; and die with the summer heat. But at this very moment, he loved this cool crisp autumn afternoon in New York because of the angel before him dancing among the falling leaves of autumn hues. When the music in their hearts stopped, Michael leapt to his feet, crushing the boy's body against the tree as he crashed his lips onto the boy's fragile lips. More leaves of autumn hues fell, clinging onto pretty dreads of golden, bronze, and chocolate silk.

"I've got what I want from you. Your body and soul. And now your holiness is gone. Your purity is tainted." He murmured. "The appeal is gone."

Your holiness is gone
Sometimes love will make you sad
Until you know where you belong
You'll dream of what you never had

"We were never meant to be, Jason. I never had you and you never had me. One day, you'll know where you belong but until then you'll dream of what you never had. Us."

Michael traced his fingers along the soft curvatures of Jason’s face, reaching into the boy's hair to remove a burnt orange autumn leaf. He grabbed the back of the boy's neck and slammed his head hard against the tree. Teardrops fell as autumn leaves fell delicately to the ground beneath his feet.Â

I can feel the falling leaves
Filling up my vacant mind
When I fall onto my knees
I pray you don't leave me behind

“Every night since I've met you, I prayed to God that you won't leave me behind, but now I know that was foolish of me to think we could ever be. Maybe in another lifetime, Jason. Maybe in another lifetime, you'll be my angel forever."

The boy opened his mouth to protest, but Michael silenced him with another crushing kiss, sinking his teeth into the soft flesh of the boy's delectable lips, drawing blood across ruby red lips of wine.

Summertime is over
I don't owe you nothing
When you say you're leaving
I want you to hold on
Summertime is over
I don't owe you nothing

“We both knew what we were getting ourselves into when I was fuckin' you that mid summer night. You moaned like the wanton whore that you are."

Jason raised his hand to slap Michael across the face. Michael felt the sting of tears in his eyes as the boy's soft hand made contact with his face. He grabbed the boy's hand, stilling it across his face, leaning into the boy's touch, forever remembering the feel of the boy's silky soft skin. Â

I can see september sun
Sinking in the autumn sky
If you want me to be gone
I've left already in my mind

Tell me to go. Tell me to fuckin' leave you. Please tell me to be gone. Summertime is over. God damnit, Jason! I don't owe you anything. You and I both know this was meant to be a summer fling and nothing else. Please say it. Please release me from your invisible bounds of chains. Please free me as I no longer desire to be a prisoner of your beauty.

“Michael, please don't do this. Please don't go. Please don't leave me." The boy begged, holding onto Michael tighter. "What about the cottage with the sea view in California we always talked about it? The daisy field behind our white-picket fence? I can't live without you. I can't see tomorrow without waking up by your side. I love you, Michael. Please don't stop loving me."

"My love for you was over when summer turned into autumn."

"So, we're over? Just like that? As simple as the leaves turn amber in the wake of autumn?"

The most beautiful set of blue eyes searched deeply within the depths of dullness chocolate for any sign of a reciprocated love. There was none as Michael's enigmatic eyes darkened to the point of complete blackness.

"Jason, we never existed beyond the summer's dusk."

The boy nodded with defeat. There was no point in begging. Michael had already made up his mind. He wiped away the tears that burned his fingertips callously.

"You're free, Michael. Good bye." He whispered, perched on his toes to kiss Michael’s quivering lips, and leaving behind the dream that was never to be as his fingers slipped past Michael's.Â

"When you say you're leaving, I want you to hold on. Summertime is over. I don't owe you nothing." Michael whispered, watching Jason strolled away and disappeared beyond the abstract horizon with the September sun sinking in the autumn sky behind him. "Good-bye, my September baby."Â
