The worst part about dating an athlete is their schedule. They're either training, practicing, at a game, or thinking about the game. Being that Dig was the team captain, he was always off in another world trying to make sure that his team was great. When he wasn't in class or studying, he would be busy with baseball. Sure, our sex life was great, and I knew that he loved me, but I missed him when he wasn't around. Thankfully, there were guys in the house that didn't mind being a substitute when I was craving dick while my boyfriend was gone.

When we got back to the house after our week in Brooklyn, the house was still quiet with the exception of a few pledges, and some of the athletes who had games and practices scheduled. The second we parked Dig and Bat ran off to practice, leaving me and High to unpack the vehicles. Our president made sure to have the pledges help us so that we weren't making multiple trips to the truck.

I decided to go to a coffee shop to work on a paper for one of my classes while the guys were out of the house. I'd gotten a lot of work done when someone sat down at my table. I looked up to see Tucker sipping from his coffee cup with his eyebrow raised.

"Make one comment about me being a slut, and I'm ending our truce," I quietly stated.

"I would never," he winked. "Besides, I just wanted to talk."

"About?"

"Wanted to say `thank you' again," he responded. "You didn't have to be as nice as you were."

"Just because you and your brother are assholes, doesn't mean that I have to retaliate," I stated. "And I'd hate to see him get kicked off the team because he got drunk."

"Your boyfriend would've loved it," he shrugged.

"Nah. Dig might still be mad at the dude, but he's too good to lose."

"You think so?" He queried.

"I hear enough to know," I told him. Dig would spend hours talking about the team after practices. I looked around at the half empty cafe. "By the way, people are gonna talk if you keep sitting there"

"Let `em," he shrugged with a small smile.

"Oh? You aren't worried about my `reputation'?"

"I know. I know. That was a dick move," he shook his head. "I truly am sorry. I don't know why I said that."

"Because you're an Omega," I stated. "Your reputation is being a house full of dicks."

"And what's your opinion about the `house full of dicks'?"

"All dicks matter, even the tiny ones," I winked at him.

"Touche motherfucker," he chuckled. "I gotta head back to the house. Deal with some tiny dick business." He made me chuckle, as he stood. "I'll see you around."

I hadn't even closed the front door of the house when I heard High yelling my name from the parlor. He was angry as hell. Apparently someone told him that I had coffee with Tucker, and a rumor spread that I sucked his dick in the bathroom. "I would NEVER hook up in that bathroom," was my defense referring to how gross it was inside of it. I explained that he just wanted to apologize once again, and that he was worried about Brett's status on the baseball team. He seemed to calm down after demanding that I don't interact with Tucker again until he said that it was okay. He then told me to tone down my "activities" while Dig and Bat's father was in town for the game. We both knew they were under a lot of pressure.

Even though I didn't know shit about about baseball, I could tell that the game was intense. The teams were neck and neck for the first few innings until Dig threw three pitches that struck out two of the opponents. Our team won by a landslide. The crowd was wild, our group (a few of the brothers, my Dad, and Mo) went insane, and I was proud of my boyfriend and frat brothers that were on the team.

When we got back to the house to help the rest of the brothers prepare for the cookout, High and I went crazy trying to make sure that everything went right. I yelled about there not being enough paper plates and napkins, High almost hit the only pledge present for not knowing how to man the grill. We later apologized to everyone, thanking them for writing it off as us worrying about our bros. Of course my Dad (Brother Other) and Mohinder were more than happy to help a few of the guys learn how to work the grill, making it easier for me and High to have enough time to shower and dress before they arrived.

I was tapping my fingers on my half finished can of beer, sitting in a rocking chair on the front porch, when Dig's jeep pulled into the driveway. Followed by a late model luxury sedan. I chugged my beer as I stood from the chair, watching them get out of their vehicles. Joe, their Dad, looked just like I expected him to: 6'1, think well toned Dad bod, his button-up shirt tucked into his slacks with his sleeves rolled up and the top three buttons undone. Showing off part of his hairy torso and tanned body. He looked like the stereotypical old-school Italian American from Bayonne. I was scared shitless as they walked towards the porch. "Hey bay-," Dig stopped himself, realizing what he almost said. "Hey Ish!"

"Hey Richie," I looked around as they reached the top of the front steps. "Where's Scooter?" I didn't see my best bro with them.

"Said something about running an errand," he shrugged then turned to his father. "Ishmael, this is my Pops. Pops, this is Ish."

"Ishmael? Sean's little brother?" He sized me up. "Nice to meet ya kid." His accent was thick, and his handshake was strong.

"Nice to meet you as well, sir." I politely responded.

"Just call me Joe'," he told me. "That sir' shit makes me feel old."

"Got it," I nodded. "Well Joe, my Dad is out back showing the guys how to use the grill. And Sean was in the kitchen last time I saw him."

"Sounds good," Dig said. "Let's check out the grub, Pop."

I watched them walk into the house, dumbfounded. I knew that I had to be on my best behavior because of how scared Dig was about coming out. The whole house knew. I just wanted it to hurry up, because I missed being called "Babe". I was pulled out of my thoughts when I noticed Scooter and Tony getting off of the bus in front of the house. They smiled, holding hands, as they made their way across the lawn.

"The fuck is this?!" I almost yelled when they reached the porch.

"Hey cuz!" Tony smiled.

"Fuck that!" I responded, wanting to know what was going on. "When did this happen?"

"Tuesday," Scooter answered. "Remember that comic shop I wanted to check out?"

"You found my cousin's dick instead?"

"You cool, cuz?" Tony looked at me.

"Of course I am," I rolled my eyes, then looked at Bat. "But you better be careful, you're Dad just went into the house."

"Good," he smiled mischievously, then looked at Tony. "Wanna get in some trouble?"

"I hate you so much right now," I rolled my eyes again.

Of course Scooter led Tony straight to my room when we walked into the house. He barely acknowledged any of the brothers, and completely ignored Sean when they flew through the kitchen. I trailed behind them to find my big bro before having to go outside. He was shirtless, wearing a pair of khaki shorts, as he stood in front of the island directing some of the guys who were making salads.

"My eyes are up here," he said to me as I kept staring at his hairless chest while grabbing a beer out of one of the coolers.

"You got some pretty titties," I joked referring to his pecs; some of the guys laughed.

"Did I just see Bat taking Cousin Tony to your room?" He asked me. My only response was a nod as I drank my beer. "This is gonna be interesting."

Neither of us said another word as we walked outside to the back porch. Dig and Joe were sitting on one of the benches, while my Dad stood in front of them leaning against the railing. They were mid-conversation, and laughing, when they noticed us. Dig's smile went away as soon as he saw me, he seemed sheepish. My Dad picked up on this, then started bragging about me and High; he knew something was going on.

"You play any sports, Ishmael?" Joe asked me.

"No sir," I said, shaking my head. "My Mum barely let me play football in high school."

"Best running back any middle school ever saw," my Dad gassed me up.

"Yup. Only tripped twice each game," High teased.

"What about you Sean?" Joe turned his attention.

"Played lacrosse in high school. Being president keeps me busy," he answered before opening a can of beer.

"Probably gets ya laid too," Joe laughed, my Dad joined him.

"Both of my boys are a chip of the old block," Dad smiled at us, patting the back of my head.

"What about Cory?" I asked him.

"He's from a different block," Dad made us laugh.

"So they're both your sons?" Joe asked my father, pointing out the obvious.

"I like to say that we were surprised with Isha, and lucky to have found Sean and Cory," there was sincerity in his voice.

"I hear ya," Joe nodded. "We had this one at 18, and I'm kinda proud of him. His brothers though? They're definitely, uh... From a different block as you say."

"What'd Christian do now?" Dig questioned, referring to his youngest brother.

"Said he's bi!" Joe answered. "Can you believe that? Two fags for sons?!"

"Hey, it happens," My Dad shrugged. Then bounced his eyes between me and Dig, picking up on what Joe didn't know. "Pretty sure Sean is the only straight kid I have. Unless you wanna tell me something kiddo."

"Dad," he paused, taking a couple of deep breaths. "I... I, um.. I really love pussy!" he whined. "I'm so sorry!" My Dad and I applauded his terrible acting.

"Food's ready!" We heard Mohinder yelling from the grill.

We were all sitting at one of the tables the guys set up when Bat and Tony came out of the house. Bat's hair was messed up, Tony's shirt was unbuttoned; it was obvious they'd just finished fucking. Thankfully they were smart enough to use my mouthwash before coming outside. While Bat greeted the other brothers, and received congratulations on the game, Tony grabbed some food before sitting next to me at our table.

"What are you doing here, Anthony?" My father asked in his best "dad voice".

"Bae asked me to come. You know how it is, Unc," my cousin was wearing a goofy smile.

"So it's `bae' now?" High asked. "I thought Big T couldn't be tied down?"

"Aye. Homie got me good. You feel me?" Tony responded, then greeted everyone else at the table.

"How'd the fuck did this happen?" I was still confused by the idea of the two of them being together.

"Remember the cookout at your crib?" he mentioned.

"When you two were on the couch?" I remembered the night.

"Yup. That's when we started talking. Then I took him out when y'all came to the city last week," he explained.

"But did you send him meat, Anthony?" My Dad's Italian switch turned on.

"The next day. You know me, Unc!"

"That's why we had veal on Thursday!" The dots connected in Dig's head. "Damn! I didn't know baby bro had it in him!"

"You talking about Scooter?" Joe spoke up, making Dig realize what he'd said. Joe then looked directly at Tony. "You sendin' my son meat? You some kinda fag?"

"Hey. There's no need for that kind of language," my Dad said to him. "Tony is a good kid, I'm sure he and Scooter are having a good time together."

"You're okay with your kids being like this?" Joe questioned my father.

"Of course I am," Dad defended. "I'm proud of all my boys, no matter who they're dating."

"He's practically the Dad of the gays," Sean joked.

"What's that supposed to mean?" Joe questioned.

"Unc takes care of us," Tony said. "Would never taken Scooter out if it wasn't for him. And, yo! What kinda name is Scooter?"

"It's a nickname," Scooter interjected as he sat next to Dig, across from Tony. "What's going on?"

"Dad just met your boyfriend," Dig turned to give him an annoyed look.

"Boyfriend?!" Joe yelled. "No son of mine has a boyfriend!"

"I'm your son now?" Scooter looked at his father.

"Mo and I are gonna take Joe for a walk." My Dad stood, then looked at the two fathers. "You boys finish eating."

Once the dads walked out of the gate, Dig dragged Bat into the house with an angry look on his face. We were all so busy paying attention to what was playing out at our table, that we didn't realize the others were listening too. A few of them came over to say how cool my Dad was, and mentioned that Brother Other was a class act. Most of them talked amongst themselves. When Did finally did come back outside, he sat on the porch smoking a cigarette while holding a beer. I knew something was wrong when Tony showed me a text from Scooter. Telling him to meet him in my room.

"What's up?" I meekly asked as I sat next to Dig, lighting a bogey.

"Fuckin' Scooter, ruining everything! Again!" He responded. "Stole everything from me as a kid, now this! And for what?! Cuz he's pissed at my Pops?! Fuck outta here!"

"I'm sorry," I told him. "I should've done better about keeping a lid on the Tony thing."

"Fuckin' Tony! I really like the kid. But goddamnit! I don't need this shit right now. I'm so fucking done with Scooter."

"Hey. He's your brother. You know how he is."

"And he knew how I wanted today to go! But nope!" He drank a gulp of his beer.

"How did you want it to go?" I asked him.

"I was gonna tell my Pops about us after we ate. Then force the old man to have drinks with me and the dumbass to get them to talk." He explained. "Definitely ain't happening now!"

"Knowing my Dad, it probably will," I was hopeful.

"Knowing your Dad, they're probably fucking," he quietly laughed.

"He's diplomatic that way," I added to his joke. "Is there anything I can do to help?"

"Got a time machine?"

"Wrong boyfriend, you gotta call Kal for that."

"Hold me?"

We stayed on the bench, finishing our cigs, as he rested his head on my chest. I know that I was supposed to be his support system at that moment, but I loved the feeling of my big jock boyfriend laying on me. It felt warm and safe. The guys occasionally walked by and offered some sympathy while cleaning up. High dropped a cooler in front of us before heading into the house. It must have been an hour of us calmly laying there, each sipping a beer and smoking another cigarette, before we saw our fathers standing at the bottom step of the back porch.

"Oh shit!" Dig stood then ran down the steps. "Pop! Um-- Errr-- It's not what you think!"

"So you weren't just laying down with your boyfriend?" Joe glared at him. "You too?!" Dig simply nodded. "But you fuck girls!"

"I know Pop."

"You had pregnancy scares!"

"Who hasn't?" My Dad quipped, then went silent.

"Where's your brother?" Joe asked his son.

"He's inside, sir." I answered for Dig.

"Tell him to meet me at the car. You too, Richard!" He stated. "We're going home."

I don't know what my Dad, or Mohinder, said to Joe during their walk. Whatever was said calmed him down a bit, because he seemed less angry than when they'd first left the yard. Dig gave me a quick peck on the cheek, in front of the Dads, before running into the house. Joe promptly stomped his way out of the gate, while my Dad and Mohinder gave me hugs, telling me that he just needed some time.

After a while of sitting on the porch, listening to Mohinder explain that everyone accepted things in their own way, my Dad told me that they had to leave. Apparently they had reservations at a fancy restaurant and wanted to shower and change before going. I thought about asking what was going on with them, but decided to leave it alone. I'd had enough weird family drama for the day. Instead, I decided to call Kal, who was in Chicago at the time, and tell him what was going on.

Of course my sweet boyfriend let me talk for an hour, while keeping me from stressing out. With Dig, I could just lay down and feel good, not having to discuss everything; just trusting in the universe. With Kal, there was never a quiet moment; he always wanted to talk things out and give each other advice. I loved the difference in dynamics with them. I also loved that Kal told me about the orgy he went to in Boystown the night before. I was proud of the whore that he was growing into.
