-Daniel's perspective-
Ever since the Isabella thing, Spencer has been worried about Mason the whole time and he never has time for anyone else. Everyone has noticed it, but no one wants to say anything about it since it's "rude" to want to take Spencer away from Mason.
Something else big has happened recently. Kurt and Macy broke up. It was actually the best break up I have ever seen. Macy, Kurt, and I were over at mine and Kurt's house and we were all just sitting there. Macy brought up the fact that her and Kurt haven't cuddled and kissed in weeks. Kurt then said it might be best if they broke up. Macy said that breaking up would probably be best. And it was over. They are now friends and neither of them talk shit about the other.
Currently Kasey and I are out with Macy and Brennan, Kurt had practice and Spencer was with Mason so it was just us four. Things have gotten really good with Kasey. When I see him, I'm just...I don't know how to explain it. I can't help but smile. He makes me feel like I matter. I still care for Spencer, but I just...I don't know if it would be worth leaving Kasey now. I know I had my doubts before, but I can't imagine my life without him.
"So, what should we do this weekend?" Macy asked. She and Brennan were holding hands and walking beside me and Kasey in the mall. They have become really close friends, they kinda act like they're dating.
"How about minigolf?" Brenna asked. We were talking about what we would do this weekend. We were hoping we could get the whole group together and have some fun.
"I hate minigolf." Kasey said.
"I took you there once though." I told him.
"And I hated it. It was one of our first dates and I didn't want to make you feel bad so I made myself enjoy it. Didn't you see how bad I was at it?" He laughed.
"Yea but everything isn't about winning."
"When you're a competitive `cheer queer,' everything is a competition." Brennan said. "We don't train for second place, we train to win."
"Anyways..." I really didn't want to get into this conversation. I wish I could say I was close with Brennan, but I just can't like him because I know he liked, or likes, Spencer. I know it's stupid to be jealous, but I just am. "Then how about bowling?"
"I suck at that too."
"We could always get bumpers."
Macy laughed. "Like we wouldn't anyways? You know how bad ALL of us are at bowling. I think Kurt is the only one who's good at it."
"Then you guys come up with something. I'm going to go that way." I nudged my head towards one of my favorite stores in the mall and left.
Kasey was right behind me. "What's wrong?"
"I want us to hang out and be friends again. At the beginning of this year me and all my friends were close but as the year's gone by, it just seems like none of us want to be with the others. Jessie left the group when Lizzie broke up with her. Lizzie found a new group of friends. Spencer is obsessed with Mason. Emma has a guy in her life that gets all of her attention. It's like I can't have friends."
"I don't know about the others but I'm always going to be your friend, Daniel. No matter what happens between us I don't want to lose you. You make me smile and I feel so happy. I thought I found love when I was with Brennan but I now realize that I want to be with you more than anything."
I couldn't help but smile. "Thanks. Why do I have to be so gay and cause a scene?"
"Because you have to have a flaw somewhere. Other than being MY drama king there is nothing wrong with you."
"I'm also very jealous. At times I can be very shy. I don't know what I want. I hate my-"
Kasey kissed me on the lips. "Shut up." He kissed me again, this time a little longer. "I love everything about you so you don't have to list off the silly things you don't like about yourself." We kissed again.
"Get a room." Macy said as she and Brennan approached us. "If you two get any more gayer it's gonna be like...I can't even imagine the gayness." Brennan laughed at that. Macy turned to Brennan. "You're even worse than them. When you and Spencer would make out...I thought you two were trying to eat each other." It was mine and Kasey's turn to laugh at the blushing Brennan.
The four of us soon went our separate ways. I walked home while the rest waited for their parents to come pick them up. When I got inside, I had to make sure I was in the right house. This floor was white, not the yellowish color it's been the past few years. It also smelt like a home and not a combination of alcohol and cigarettes.
I walked into the kitchen to find everything neatly put up. On the fridge was a note from Dad. "Courtney came by and helped me clean up the place. We went out to get more pledge and for some lunch. I ordered you and your brother a pizza so look in the fridge to see if he left you any before he left for practice. Love, Dad."
I couldn't help but smile. Courtney is one of my dad's old friends from high school. They recently met at an AA meeting and have been working together to get better. Kurt and I have joked about them dating, but he keeps denying it. I really hope that they are or will start soon because she makes him happier than anyone I know and they've only been reconnected for a few weeks.
I opened the fridge, and just like I thought, there was an empty pizza box sitting in there. The thing that surprised me was the note on the box. "I ate all the pizza. Take some money out of my wallet and go half on one for you. My wallet is on my dresser. If you get any fancy shit I'll chop your dick off and feed it to your boyfriend. Love, Kurt."
This note made me laugh. Kurt really was one of the best brothers out there. He is in no way ashamed by me. I was expecting him to drift away from me a little and like not want to be around me as much, but he's been the same old Kurt. The only thing I hate is that I can see that he's bi, or at least bi-curious, and he's afraid that we'll judge him. He's talked to Macy about it and Macy's talked to me about it, thinking I could help him realize that we'll all still be his friend. The time still hasn't come up for me to talk to him though. I'm hoping that he will accept himself though and stop fighting his emotions, in my opinion, I think that's part of the reason why he and Macy broke up, he's too focused on "being straight" that he can't focus on a relationship.
I shut the fridge, ordered my pizza, plus my cheese sticks, cinnamon sticks, and two liter soda, and got Kurt's half for the pizza out of his wallet. Kurt would be home soon and he's always hungry when he gets back from practice so I knew he'd be thankfully when he came in to the extra food instead of having to bum me for my pizza.
I laid down on the couch and listen to my iPod. I soon drifted off. I didn't wake up til I heard the door open. I was too tired to get up so I waited til I heard a voice say my name `til I sat up. The voice I heard though wasn't Kurt's.
"You sure he's not home?" The voice said. I think it was Eric's, one of Kurt's basketball friends.
"He didn't reply to my text so I'm guessing he's with Kasey."
"Good. This will be the first time we'll have privacy." The voice said again.
"Yeah. I really want to make you scream this time." Kurt said in return seductively. It finally clicked in my head. Kurt and Eric were here to fool around. I didn't say anything because I knew Kurt would be embarrassed if I just like popped up. I laid still and waited.
"I hope you can. Do you think we can fuck this time? I really want a piece of your ass."
"I don't think so. Daniel will be home soon. I don't want him to know about us. I'm not ready for this conversation."
"Whatever." I could tell Eric was kinda upset. I'm guessing they've been doing this for a while and Eric is ready to go to the next level.
"I'm sorry. Maybe next time. I'll see if Kasey will take Daniel next weekend. My dad has a date with a friend and he doesn't return `til after 11 on those things so we'll have all night to fuck."
"Let's hurry. I really need your mouth right now." The two then walked into our room, I'm guessing, and I heard the door lock. I wanted to call someone or scream. I would have never thought Kurt would be fooling around with a guy. Wanting to date a guy, sure, but actually fooling around with a guy, I couldn't see him doing that, even though we're like identical twins.
-Emma's perspective-
"No you hang up."
"No you hang up."
"No you hang up."
"No you hang up." If you couldn't guess, Austin and I are talking, or well, ending another conversation.
"Nevermind. I gotta hang up. My mom and dad are wanting me."
"It's okay, babe. I'll hang up. I lo- like you. I really like you."
I could just see him smiling. I'm pretty sure he could see me blushing in response. "I really like you too."
"Talk to you later, sweetie."
"Bye." He then hung up. I let out a sigh. Even though we've only contacted each other by phone since we had to leave the resort, it still feels like we're always together. Each night we have "phone dates" where we free time so we can call each other without any distractions, it turns out we're both very busy people so having the planned out phone dates is really good. We once skyped throughout the night but decided to not do that too often because it's too hard for us to log off.
I left my room and headed downstairs. My mom was cooking dinner and my dad was sitting on the couch reading his newspaper. That's how life went here. We were a quiet and "normal" family. I hated it sometimes. I liked being over at Spencer's where his mom is everywhere and the TV is almost always on and I like being at Macy's where she has two little brothers running around and causing chaos wherever they go. I hate being the "normal" family who has money. It's not as fun as it sounds actually.
"I'm going to go do my homework." I told my parents. I went through the kitchen and headed outside. It had become tradition that I would do my homework in the newly renovated pool house. It gave me the freedom I enjoyed and I was allowed to do whatever I wanted to do in there, I normally blast music when I do homework and my parents hate when they can hear it so the pool house is the next best place.
I went in and looked around. It was like an apartment, a large one at that. There was a living room, kitchen, dining room, three bedrooms, one and a half baths, and there was even a garage, this was where family would stay sometimes.
I sat down on the couch and turned on the stereo, which was already on full blast. I grabbed my backpack and pulled out my homework; chemistry, calculus, and statistics; I was the stereotypical asian in the sense that I'm good at math.
The whole time I sat there, I couldn't get my mind off of Austin. Dad told me that he could come visit during spring break but wouldn't be allowed to stay here because he was scared Austin would try something and I wouldn't be able to protect myself. The truth is that he'd be the one needing protecting. Austin is the first guy that I've really wanted to be with physically. I'm always scared that like I'll get too attached and end up alone if I give it up too soon, but I can tell Austin would always be there with me, and if things didn't work out, he'd still be a friend.
Just then my phone rang. It was Macy. I answered it and we talked for a bit. She asked me what I wanted to do this weekend and other such things because she was hoping we could all hang out together. I have to admit, it's been awhile since we've all gotten together. With Spencer being occupied with Mason 24/7, the rest of us kinda just floated off into our own little worlds.
A few hours later, Macy was at my door. "Hey!" She said.
"Hey."
"So, watcha been up to?"
"Homework. Talking to Austin. Nothing new."
"I really would like to apologize again for giving you the silent treatment for a while. I feel like a bitch for blaming you."
"It's cool. I can understand why you'd think it was my fault. It kinda was."
"You didn't make Jessie stop talking to everyone in the group though. That was her choice and there was nothing you could do about it."
"Thanks. So what are the plans for tonight?"
"I don't know. I'm going to try to get a hold of Spencer soon and see if he's available without Mason. He's cool but I really want to try and get the original gang to hang out. Excluding Jessie, Hannah, and Trey and including you."
"You make me feel so special, not including me in the original group." I tried to not smile but I couldn't help it and I cracked.
"You know what I meant. Like at the very beginning of the year before any of the drama shit happened."
"I know. So, is your brother waiting for you outside?"
"Yeah."
"Maybe we should just drop by Spencer's so he can't make any excuses."
"I like how you think my little asian friend."
Macy and I then left my house. Max wasn't too pleased with Macy, her "one second" had turned into a few minutes. I couldn't help but wish I had a sibling as the two were jabbing back and forth.
-Trey's perspective-
I fucking hate my life. No matter how hard I try to get Spencer to notice me, it doesn't work. Now he and Mason are a thing and I'll never be able to get him back. I honestly feel like shit for cheating on him and then nearly raping him at the part a few months back. I know it sounds like I just want to hurt him again, but Spencer really helped me change a little.
"I love you so much." Jessie said as she kissed my neck. Like I said...a little.
"I love you too, baby." Lately I became curious about what it was like to be with a girl. I just happened to run into Jessie, Lizzie's ex girlfriend, at the mall the other day and we really hit it off, talking shit about our old friends and such. She told me that she was still single and tired of letting Lizzie think she "won." I didn't know what she meant by that but it soon lead to her saying she wanted to try being with a guy again.
She knew that I am dating Ricky, she said that she just wanted to try it once, just to see if a guy could pleasure her as much as Lizzie had. Well...that one time has turned into a few times a week. Ricky knows about me and Jessie and he's okay with it, as long as he can sleep around too. I honestly would have never thought this would have ever happened.
"So...what do you want to do now?" Jessie said as she got out of my bed. She looked in the mirror and adjusted her hair. She then put on her glasses and looked back over at me. She wasn't wearing anything and I swear she has one of the best bodies I've seen on a girl. With clothes she has that sexy librarian thing going on but without...you could mistake her for a model, with nice boobs though.
"It's up to you. I think Ricky was wanting to hang out later."
"Why doesn't he want to join in? I think that would be pretty hot."
"Ricky is full on gay. The thought of me and you doing it makes him cringe." I laughed. Jessie rolled her eyes. "Maybe we could find someone who is interested though."
"Hopefully soon. I'm kinda getting tired of you. You pull the same moves every single time." I knew she was kidding. She's always the one who calls and asks if I want to hook up. "Shit. Chase keeps calling me. Why the fuck does he have to be so clingy?" Chase is Jessie's boyfriend, they started dating about three weeks ago. She tried to end the thing her and I have, but I'm just too good for her to quit.
"You should see if he wants to hang out. Or if he is up for a threesome. I'd love to see if he'd let me fuck him. He has a nice ass."
Jessie slipped on her jeans, she was going commando today; easy access. "He's fully straight. I've tried talking to him about a threesome with another guy and he says he'd only do one if there was another girl. I think he'd be up for hanging out though. Gimme a sec." She then put on her bra and shirt and stepped out into the hallway.
I decided I should get up and get ready. Even though Ricky and I are okay with the other being sexually active with others, we still don't want to know when they did, so I need to get rid of the sex smell on me.
I decided I'd wear Ricky's favorite outfit of mine; a nice tight pair of skinny jeans and a white, long-sleeved v-neck, he says they really show my nipples, ass, and crotch. Looking through my closet for the shirt, I found the shirt Spencer wore the first time he was over. My parents weren't home and they hate when I have people over without them knowing. I was kissing Spencer passionately and had gotten his shirt off, I thought I would finally get to go all the way with him. My parents, however, decided to come home early. Spencer quickly grabbed my shirt, thinking it was his, and sneakily crept out of my house without my parents noticing.
I actually shedded a tear when I saw his shirt. I kept telling myself I'd give it back to him, but every time I saw it and touched it, I would remember what it was like being with Spencer. I didn't need sex to be happy when I was with him.
"You ready?" Jessie asked. "Chase said he'll be here in like five minutes to pick us up. Tell Ricky."
"Gimme a sec." I grabbed the white v-neck and slipped it on. I looked at Spencer's shirt once more. I left the closet and texted Ricky the news. Ricky seems to want Chase as much as I want Spencer, he really cheered up when I told him Chase was coming along.
After about twenty minutes, the four of us were on our way to the movies. On the way there, Jessie called one of our other ex-friends who was disowned by Spencer's group; Hannah. She happily accepted and said she'd meet us up there. It kinda felt great to have a group of friends again instead of loose friends here and there.
When we got there, Hannah was out front waiting for us. We quickly decided what movie we were going to see and saw it didn't start for another half hour so we decided to kick back and get something to eat real quick.
We went to the McDonalds like right across the street. "So, Jess," Chase began to say. "How long have you and Trey been fooling around?" When Chase said this, I was taking a sip of my drink and nearly began to choke. I was hoping I was going to die because Chase is a senior and plays lacrosse so he could easily kick my tiny ass.
"A while now. I was going to tell you but..." Jessie's voice began to trail off. I was still having a coughing fit and hoping my lungs would eventually come out. Hannah and Ricky were too entranced with the fight that they thought was about to go down while Chase and Jessie were too occupied with each other. I think everyone else in there, however, was staring at me.
"It's cool. I just don't want you lying to me, that's all. I really like you Jess and I can understand that we're young so we should get all our playfulness out now. I still want you to be mine, babe."
"I'm sorry, babe. I'll tell you the truth from now on." The two then smiled at each other and made these sickening I-love-you faces. Ricky and Hannah rolled their eyes and finally realized I was almost on my deathbed. Ricky quickly went to get my a drink of water, I didn't think the soda would be a good idea either.
After a little bit longer, right after we were heading back to the movies. Hannah stopped dead in her tracks. I was walking right behind her so I bumped into her. She pointed out and said, "look."
Entering the movie theater was none other than Spencer, Macy, Kurt, Daniel, and Emma. I was surprised that none of their sluts...I mean boyfriends or girlfriends were around.
"Who are they?" Chase asked.
"The cute one with the glasses is my ex." I said.
"The twin in the blue shirt is my ex." Hannah said.
"That asian bitch is the one who fucked up my relationship." Jessie said.
"Damn." Chase said. "So it's like our group's arch nemeses?"
"Basically." Jessie said.
"That makes us sound so thuggish." Ricky said. "I love it!" He was giggling and clapping.
Every time I read a story of Nifty, I never read the top part, so just in case you are like me and only read the bottom portion if you liked the story, here is my email again: wah.stories@yahoo.com. Also, if you want to be on my email list to find out when new chapters come out, include that in your email. AND if you email me, please state what story you're referring to. Thanks for reading the twenty eighth chapter of my story.
I'd also like to give thanks John, my editor, and Trish, who now helps me come up with ideas for the story. Without John, this story would be LOADED with grammatical errors. Unfortunately, John is out of commision for now so if there are errors I apologize. Trish has helped me come up with great ideas for this new semester that I would have never thought of.
Shawn's Turn: Love Chad is up now and not many people have been reading it, that I know of. So if you do enjoy this story please check it out. Thanks :)
