Too Much Blood In The Chocolate:Chapter 4

It was cold, for humans. For Loup-Garou...It felt like the hunt was upon us. The moon was out, tonight. It was something that all of us were looking forward too. The only thing the moon really has to do on our heritage, is mark the days that we hunt and perform justice...thats what Gabriel keeps saying.

I was awake running around town, during the day. Doing what I usually do...free run. I was running through halls, into a tunneled square. People were drinking coffee, eating chocolate, reading books, chatting, joking around, having fun...just being themselves. I felt eyes on me.

Picking up their scent...the Five. The Five were a pack of young Loup-Garou, not younger than me. They were in their early twenties.

They also ran with Rafe...he was their leader...of the group. Rafe was arrogant because he believed himself to be future leader of the pack. He didn't have competition.

"Hello, my cousin." He greeted, "What do you know? Out from the cave if it isn't the fortunate Five." They all seemed to be having fun with this. "Why do you have to be so cruel. It doesn't suit you." He said pulling me into him, I could feel his cock through his jeans. He was hard. His warm breath on my kneck, lightly placing a kiss on it.

I could feel other hands on me, the Five were surrounding me. They were feeling me up, I let out a moan not holding back that this felt good. "Yesss...that's it. Give yourself to your desires. I want to fuck you like I'm never going to see you again. Then I'm going to let the boys have their turn with you." My eyes light up, my blue wolfish glow in them. I pushed Rafe away from me, he tripped on some bikes. As the guys began to laugh at him, I took the opportunity to run.

The flow of adrenaline, as everything seemed to slow down around me. It was like I was running at a speed that many would not be able to see. It didn't seem to delay my eyes though, everything was clear.

Leaping off of the ground and onto a staircase. Grabbing the bars and pulling myself up. I lept to one side, then up a wall. Kicking off of it and grabbing another bar. Pulling myself up, I was on the roof of a small building. I could hear foot steps, alot of them, and they were following me.

Running to the side of the building, I jumped off and flipped in the air. Landing perfectly on my feet, looking back to see the stares from Rafe and the Five.

They were looking at me with a awed look, I couldn't do this. Running into an alley, I ran and kicked off the wall, pushing off into the air, and flipped out.

Running onto a curb that led to the woods, I felt like I was still being followed.

The sound of drums and music being played could be heard, I kept running, finding a gathering everyone was here. Vivian was with Aunt Astrid, they were watching the kids play and the people danced. Everyone here may not have been family, but we were a "Family"...we were a "Pack". It was something we couldn't escape.

"As I ran, I had the strangest taste of blood and chocolate in my mouth." Aunt Astrid said, I remembered that from somewhere. "Remember that....we're all lost souls, Vivian. Atleast we're all lost together." I jumped behind them, and they turned around smiling. "Welcome, Shane." Astrid welcomed me, with a hug. Same with Vivian, "I'm glad you made it." I was confused, but didn't show it.

I walked around watching the people dance, Rafe and the Five were starring around the party. Their eyes landing on mine, they all seemed to smile in a sync.

I just turned away, giving them the cold shoulder and let down my hair. Then I let the music take me, the drums and violins playing in a flury to celebrate the night of the hunt. I was belly dancing, but in a hip-hop sort of twist.

Men and Women gathered around me and were grinding up on me. Suddenly the music stopped.

I was looking around for the reason why, but my eyes locked with Gabriels and notice everyone was on one knee with their left ear showing respect.

Gabriel's current mate, looked at me with disgust. She jumped down from the high rock that seemed to act as a platform.

She came at me, fist flying for my face. I grabbed it and flipped her over, then wrenched it behind her back. I couldn't help but feel like doing this was what I was suppose to do.

She got up, her eyes glowing. Gabriel just starred at us. The crowd moved to let us fight. Gabriel's mate's eyes glowed a golden glow one that I was jealous

that all Loup-Garou have...except me.

She span around trying to kick me, but it failed, as soon as I roundhoused her in the face. She was on her knees bleeding and bruished. The glow took her more, as mine came, and we shifted into wolves.

I lept on her biting her kneck, and scratched her with my claws. She was bleeding, I stopped deciding to let her live. We shifted back into humans, we were both naked. I have never been shy about my body and wasn't going to start now.

"Challenge has been made...and challenge has been one. Shane is now the Alpha "Female" of the pack." I looked around not believing that I did that. That I was now Alpha Female...no one was incharge of me, except Gabriel.

He grabbed me and pulled me into him. His hands on my bare skin, I could feel them trailing along as he kissed my neck. Slightly nibbling, there was a cough.

"Right...." Gabriel said, grabbing my hand and taking me back on the rock. He began to speak about how we were superior to humans, yet they have the numbers and we must stay hidden or we would be hunted down and killed ourselves. He brought forth a man, that was selling drugs to children.

"Tonight...tradition rains." Gabriel said, cutting the man's arm. The blood sent a jab of desire for it, everyone's eyes glowed brightly. Gesturing to me, he pulled me to the man. "Wish him well." I kissed him, he was hesitant, but I forced him. "Run free." I said, and Gabriel cut his ropes. The man tried to run, but it didn't work. The people moved to let him run out in the woods, 15..14..13...and they were off. All running the only one standing there was Vivian, she looked at me and we only stood there. "You should go...it's your duty to run with Gabriel." I only nodded and ran after the man.

I was far behind, but I was fast. I dodged many wolves until I was by Gabriel...his wolf form was very dark...almost completely black. I ran along him, I was white..I felt like we matched.

I lept at the man, and caught him at the neck. He screamed as the blood filled my mouth. The whole pack got together and began ripping him to pieces.

This wasn't so bad after all...but tomorrow...I would probably hate myself for what I have done.
