Elvin and Felix were dropped off at their homes and Zack drove to his house. Apart from cook and the houseman, it was empty. He unpacked the car and did the same with his clothes. It felt funny, he hadn't been without Felix and Elvin for weeks, he felt empty now with them gone. Return to school sounded like a good idea because he would be with them every day and the weekends would be like before, together all the time. Well may be not like before. He guessed they would spend more time here having sex and that made him snigger, he would have to think of some new variations to keep it interesting, ha, ha. Sex with Elvin was always more than interesting, it was exciting and the most satisfying experience of his life.
The musing stopped when his bedroom door burst open and Xav was stood there grinning like a fool.

Zack was shocked until he realised Xav was joking. He still picked Zack up to plant a welcome kiss on his lips though.
"Well, did you enjoy the rest of your summer after I had broken the last barriers for you?"

"Well, I'm pleased, no problem with Elvin because of Felix?"
"No, Felix loves the sex with us but knows I love Elvin. He is going to do what he said, have gay sex when he wants but he's going to get married and have kids. I think that's great, the best of both worlds. Elvin and I have agreed to accommodate him whenever he likes, we know it won't hurt our relationship. I love him so much Xav, I've never been happier."
Xav was pleased for his little brother, he had everything now, and Xav knew he would fight to make sure he kept it.
"Ok, where does that leave us? I would like to make love to you again, maybe more than once. I'm like Felix, I'm not gay, I'm probably never going to let a guy fuck me, but I would like to fuck Felix again as well."
Zack was blown away, he wanted that as well, but he was still unsure about telling Elvin.
"I'd like that Xav, but I don't know whether to tell Elvin."
"You have to little brother. If you start deceiving him you'll destroy the most important thing in any relationship, trust. I've not told Sandy about our antics because I know she is not the one I'm going to marry, but I will tell my future wife if I am still indulging in gay sex."
Zack was surprised his brother would be that honest with a girl.
"I'll have to think about it Xav, I don't know whether he would like us making out."
Xav nodded, "In that case I suppose I'd better forget about a fuck right now."
Both boys fell about laughing, but Zack grabbed Xav in a hug.

Xav gave Zack a peck on the lips, "And I love you little brother, take your time, think about it very carefully and I'm here for you whenever you want."
Zack wanted to cry, how could he be so lucky in the space of three short months. He had his lover, a loving fuck buddy and a brother who was everything he could wish for now. He had a family that loved him and the support of a father even though he was gay.

School started and the first sign of a problem arose when classmates realised how close Zack and Elvin had become over the summer. None of the three boys were heavily into sport so their peers who played football and baseball particularly were much bigger and stronger than them. Pushed too hard by Carl Morgan, one of the footballers, Zack let him have both barrels verbally.

Zack's eyes were flaming and he stood hands on hips staring down his protagonist.

Zack looked round the crowd that had gathered.

From the floor Zack was still being feisty, "Huh, you were contaminated long before I knew you."
Carl kicked Zack hard in the side and stomped off, followed by most of the others. Two of the others helped Zack to stand, but the pain in his side was so acute he collapsed again.
"Some one go and find Felix and Elvin, someone else call 911, I think we need an ambulance."
Elvin was shattered when he heard the story. Felix was nearly as bad. Elvin went to the hospital with Zack, Felix called Zack's father and told him the story that he had garnered from witnesses. The headmaster got the story from witnesses and immediately suspended Carl while a thorough investigation was carried out.
The kick had collapsed one of Zack's lungs so he was rushed into surgery. Xav Snr. went straight to the school when he heard leaving his other son to go to the hospital. Having put the fear of God into the headmaster Xavier Snr. went to see his son who was still in surgery. He had the full story and was therefore prepared for Elvin who was quite distraught.
"Don't you worry son, he'll be getting the best treatment available, we'll have him back as good as new. You just make sure you look after him while he recovers."
Too much for Elvin he cried his eyes out.
"I will Mr. Leandros, I'll not leave his side until he's well again."
Xavier's brain now went into hyper drive. He would get tutors in to make sure these boys lost nothing while Zack got better. He would also see what he could achieve at the school. He didn't blame the school authorities, he realised how easy it was for the kind of action his son had been open to to happen. His eventual proposal to the head master was that he would pay for a qualified psychiatrist to give a series of lectures to the whole school making sure that everyone understood how people were gay, or bi, or heterosexual. He also suggested that the headmaster detailed a compassionate teacher to set up an LGBT group to further integrate those students into the mainstream of school activity.
Of course the head was reluctant until Mr. Leandros made it clear his choice was that or a massive law suit claiming millions in damages for his son.
Xavier Leandros was an incredibly talented business man who had made millions by his own intelligence and ability, but it was completely beyond his comprehension how being gay could engender such intense hatred. His reading and understanding was that the young gay's were the artistic and compassionate centre of society. Many great composers and artist were gay. Huge numbers of actors and dancers in films and on stage were gay. They gave millions so much pleasure. Most of the computer people in his companies were gay, where would he be without them? Where would society be without them? A duller, less vibrant and more boring place was his thought.
Zack recovered slowly. He was not robust enough in body to stand a kicking. The longer he was a semi invalid the angrier Xav became eventually exploding and briefing his attorney.
"I want the boy who kicked Zackary prosecuted in a civil court as soon as his criminal prosecution is complete, and I want you to sue for millions. I know we'll never collect but I want every parent in this county to know what will happen if any of their little darlings carry out another attack on a defenceless boy because of his sexuality. I also want you to make sure the prosecutor in the criminal action knows that if he pulls his punches in court I'll sue him as well. I'm going for the jugular on this one Franklin, my son is more precious to me than all my millions."
Carl Morgan was given two years in a young offenders institute, effectively ruining his life. The football scholarship he could have expected would disappear like an early morning fog. His parents would be dumbstruck when they were held responsible for their son's actions and were looking at bankruptcy when the award was $50,000 damages and $2,000,000 punitive damages. Their insurance covered the damages and Xavier told them he would settle for them paying his legal fees and wave the punitive damages. He wanted them to bleed for their son's actions, but not destroy them.
The next task was to get Elvin's parent's permission for him to remain with Zack but keep up his schoolwork with private tutors.
"I promise you your son will go to a fine college with Zackary when the time comes and he will have no student debt when he graduates."
Not an offer to turn down easily and Elvin was soon ensconced in Zack's suite. Felix continued at school but also nearly lived with Zack and Elvin outside of school hours. He brought all the school gossip with him, which made Zack and Elvin realise that when Zack was fit they would be able to return to school in safety. The LGBT group had been formed and posters around the school advertised events organised by the group, and posted news about Carl's two court cases. The kids that might have been tempted to gay bash had second thoughts, particularly as parents were terrified of ending up like Carl's, close to bankrupt because of their son's action.
Zack continued to look quite ill, even after he returned to school, but he was heartened to find other gay students who had come out. Natural progression for a kid like Zack, weekend parties at the pool were now crowded with other gays and Xav Snr's food and drink bill climbed dramatically with all the BBQ parties etc.
