Chapter 2

The training course Nick and I took was fun. We felt like we learned a lot that will enhance the school tremendously. Anyways, on our first free day, we were staying at the Hyatt Regency in the heart of Orlando. I had just come back form the pool, and I was in the elevator when I heard someone shout, "Wait!" I put my foot in the doors and a 6' tall guy got on. He had curly blond hair and a muscular torso from the back. When he turned around my eyes almost popped out of my head. Looking at me, with a killer smile, was none other than Justin Timberlake, the man of my dreams.

"Thanks," he said. "I didn't want to wait for another damn elevator. They are so slow."

"I understand completely. By the way, my name is Evan."

"Hey Evan, I guess you know who I am."

"Hell ya I do. You're the HOTTEST guy on the planet." Oops! I didn't realize what I said until after I said it. Shit. Sometimes I could kick myself in the ass for my mouth. "I'm sorry Justin. I shouldn't have said that."

"It's cool," Justin responded. "Thanks for the complement."

When the elevator reached my floor, I started to get off when Justin grabbed my arm.

"What are you doing tonight?" he asked me. "Lance and I are going to this killer club, and if you want to join us you can."

"Is it OK if I bring a friend with me?"

"Sure it is. I'll come by your room at 7, and we can head out. What room are you in?"

"Well, that sounds like a date to me. I'm in room 2224. Nick and I will be ready." As I stepped out of the elevator and turned around, Justin winked at me.

At 7:00, Justin came knocking at my door looking dressed to kill. He was wearing a white sleeveless shirt and tight, black leather pants. I looked at my outfit and realized we were wearing the exact same thing. We looked at each other and said, "Hot Topic!" We shared a good laugh and complimented each other.

"Where's Nick?" Justin asked.

"Still in his room getting ready. I swear he takes forever," I said. "Is Lance with you?"

"He's getting ready too."

I just stood there and looked at his beautiful mouth. The way his sexy lips moved when he talked drove me wild inside. I just wanted to kiss him soooo badly.

"Ummm...Evan, are you OK?" Justin questioned.

"Yeah, I just spaced out for a second. Let's go see if Nick and Lance are ready."

As we were walking, I asked, "What club are we going to?"

"It's called Explostion! It's supposed to be THE club to be at right now."

"Cool! I can't wait. It's been awhile since I've been to any clubs. Teaching keeps me busy."

"I would love to hear what you do. I've always thought highly of teachers. They play such an important role in every life."

"I'll be sure that I tell you ALL about my experiences and feeling on being a teacher."

When we came up to Nick's room, Justin stopped me from knocking on the door. "There's something I need to tell you. I feel that I can talk to you about this."

"What is it Justin?"

"I'll tell you later when we get back and are alone."

"OK!" I said. "Whatever is good for you. I'm here if you need me."

"Thanks Evan."

I knocked on the door to Nick's room, and he answered with a look of surprise on his face. "Do you know that you guys are dressed alike?"

"No shit dumbass," I replied. "I had NO idea that we were wearing the same stuff."

"Shut the hell up!" Nick retorted. "So where are we going?"

"To a club called Explotion! It's supposed to be the best club in town," I said.

"A club?!" Nick exclaimed. "I thought we were going out to dinner. What a fuckin let down. I haven't eaten in hours."

"Well I did," Justin said.

"So did I...and it was good. Chick-fil-A all the way baby!"

"Fuck both of you!" Nick said while laughing.

I noticed that Nick was looking over my shoulder in a stupefied manner. I guess Lance must have been behind us. So, I turned around to see Lance perched up against the door frame.

"Hey guys!" he said. "Is everybody ready to eat?"

"See!" Nick said. "He thought we were going out to dinner too."

"Be quiet Nick, You two must have planned this before we came to get you. No wonder the two of you took so long getting ready." Nick flipped me the bird.

"Where are we going then?" Lance questioned.

"To a club," Justin responded. "I told you that this morning before we left for rehearsals. How could not remember?"

"I'm sorry...damn. You asked me before I had anything to eat. The only thing my mind was listening to was my stomach. I'm still hungry though. Thanks to SOMEBODY in this room, I didn't get to eat a nice sized breakfast. A piece of toast and a couple slices of bacon aren't my idea of a filling breakfast. Why don't you and Evan go to the club, and Nick and I will go out to dinner and meet you two there."

"Sounds like a plan to me," Nick said. "Let's go." With those words spoken, Nick grabbed Lance's arm and were out the door leaving me and Justin alone.

"Well I guess it's just you and me." Justin said. "Are you ready to go?"

"Sure am." As we walked toward the elevator, I couldn't believe that I was going out with Justin Timberlake. I had to tell him that I was gay. I felt horrible that I hadn't told him yet. I like to be honest with a person I like. That way, if they have a problem with me, it won't hurt nearly as bad. In the elevator, I remembered that Justin had something to tell me. "Hey Justin, what did you have to tell me?" He looked a little uncomfortable and shifted from one foot to another.

"I really don't know how to tell you this. I've only told two other people because I felt they would truly understand my plight."

"Go on Justin," I said. "I have all the time in the world right now."

"Well...I'm gay."

"WHAT?!" I exclaimed. I didn't realize that my voice didn't sound all that calm. In fact, it had raised a couple of octaves in complete shock and surprise. Here I am standing next the man of all men that just happens to be gay. Now I ask you, what are the chances of that happening? Anyways, after my outburst, he had the look of a child that had just lost his new balloon. "I'm sorry Justin. This is just a shock to me."

"I guess you don't wanna go out with me now, huh?"

"Wrong buddy. I DO want to go out with you. It has nothing to do with the fact that you're Justin Timberlake from *NSYNC, but because I'm gay as well; and I really like you." He looked so shocked. I just stood there grinning like a damn fool. I enjoy a good stunned look on a person's face. When the elevator finally reached the lobby, Justin's mouth was still hanging on the floor. "You better close that thing before I stick my tongue in it." That got him to shut it quick.

"I can't believe it," Justin replied. "I thought you would surely dump me right here in this lobby, and I would have to go back up to my room and cry like a little schoolgirl.

"Once again amigo, you're wrong. Now let's go get our groove on. We'll talk more about this later." As we were walking toward the limousine, I began to wonder if something could happen between me and Justin. One could only hope.

Well there you go folks. I hope you enjoyed reading chapter 2. It was fun to write. Due to my busy schedule, the next chapter might not be ready until Dec. 20-23. After that a new chapter should be placed up every 4-5 days if the response is good. If you ANY comments or suggestions, please e-mail me at reese5612@aol.com. Be sure to include the title of the story in the subject, or it may stand the chance of getting deleted.
