Sex God Saga 1

Demon Fuck Day

THURSDAY:

The sky had just begun to brighten when Theo headed out. As he'd be changing into his uniform at the coffee shop in twenty, he endured the morning chill in a white tee and jeans in need of replacement.

Theo's slender frame reflected in the window of a Thai food place that had been closed since before he'd moved here. Something was inside - watching from between the newspaper pages veiling the interior.

Yellow eyes too far apart for a human. They focused on him.

Theo flinched, his bright blond mop of hair shifting in the reflection. The eyes were gone with a blink, like they had been a mere illusion.

Theo passed a stranger a few inches taller than him. It was tempting to stare.

The stranger was dressed much too expensively for the area – designer wear from top to bottom. A red scarf made for a prominent feature piece. Of African descent, with a naturally big frame under lithe muscles. A pattern was shaved into the sides of his flawless fade. Around 25, with a rather masculine face.

The hot stranger was looking up at a pigeon perched on a streetlight.

The bird didn't look special but followed Theo with its gaze. City critter had been doing that for a few days now, and apparently even strangers were noticing. What kind of animal had those yellow eyes been?

Farther down the street, Theo passed a woman who fit the area much better. Gray haired, with a barely-put-together crazy cat lady vibe. She glared at him with intense, blue eyes but didn't move.

As Theo took a shortcut through a narrow side alley that had never had a street sign, the pigeon followed, landing on a cable overhead.

Theo had the strange sensation of pushing through something like a thick blanket. He nearly bumped into the rusty Toyota that parked here most days. How had he overlooked that?

A person stood at the end of the alley, dawn's light hitting him from the back. It was a guy, short but quite buff. Orange lines on his tight clothes... Wait, was the guy naked and erect?

Theo stopped and the guy ran at him, muscular thighs quivering. Definitely nude and hard. Fuck. It wasn't even that bad an area.

Before the blond could even fully turn, the attacker grabbed him by the neck. Heat flared around them. The stranger pushed Theo onto the Toyota's hood.

Theo tried to fight back but the attacker was more muscular than he had seemed, and even stronger than it looked like he should have been.

Orange lines glowed in his veins. Did he have fire for blood?

With an intense stare, the fireblood guy ripped Theo's shirt apart. It got singed where the man touched it, threads fading to ash.

Theo felt heat but didn't get burned.

The blond gripped the glow-veined arm holding him on the hood, took a breath to scream for help and-

Within the blink of an eye, he felt pleasantly tipsy – everything was just a little less real and he could `float' along.

Then he got horny so instantaneously that his dick hurt before it was even half hard.

Fireblood hunk dude ripped Theo's jeans in half, the seams popping with smoldering tears, and pulled each pant leg off individually.

Theo struggled out of his briefs and whimpered. So much of himself rushed into his dick that he pissed from his erection without meaning to.

Fireblood pulled Theo's legs up to his shoulders, bringing his own hips to the blond's ass.

Theo couldn't see what kind of tool waited for his ass – Fireblood had him pinned – but it hadn't looked tiny. The car's hood was getting singed whenever the hunk touched it.

Theo knew he was in for a bad time. He tried to fight again.

Something inside the slender victim pulsed. Like a spare organ at his core rising and settling.

His hole relaxed involuntarily even as Theo kept his cheeks clenched.

Fireblood's dick slipped in without even manually lining up.

It was a thick dick, but not monstrous. Fireblood had to use some force to get all the way in, which hurt, but he slid smoothly along as if lubed, so it wasn't a sensation of injury, merely a burn – the non-fire kind.

It was, objectively, decent sex. Fireblood was intense, ever-staring and well-muscled, the humping was mechanical but going deep with every thrust.

Under more consensual circumstances, Theo would have gladly been pinned by the stranger. But not on top of an increasingly blackening hood in brightening daylight in an alley half the neighborhood used to get between main streets.

Fireblood's eyes glowed orange. His fuck got more urgent. Finally, the stranger's breathing was becoming audible – which it miraculously hadn't been.

Wait, was the guy going to ejaculate lava or something?

"Hey," someone shouted where Theo had entered the alley.

The blond twisted. It was the hot black guy with the red scarf.

"H-help?" Theo croak-shouted.

"Demon?" the black man said, fairly casual. His eyes didn't quite seem to find the old car or the two fuckers. "Hm, yeah. Demon."

As the black savior walked closer, Fireblood the demon turned to ash and faded to nothing.

Then how was Theo still getting fucked?

The slender blond's legs dropped and he slipped off the hood but he continued to get his ass pounded.

"Demon!" a women screeched at the alley exit, opposite the black guy. It was the crazy cat lady, holding a silver cross and a long knife. "Wicked power, be slain."

"Damn," the black guy mumbled and... ducked? He was suddenly gone as if he had faded from existence, too.

"By the lord's strength!" The crazy lady chanted in Latin and advanced.

Theo grabbed the singed tatters of his shirt and briefs. His jeans were a goner but he grabbed them anyway.

The badly singing lady came at him, wielding the cross and knife equally as weapons and surprisingly skillfully.

"I'm not a demon," Theo said but ran, his subsiding erection slapping his smooth, lithe abs and thighs.

He continued to get fucked. If it had just been a ghost dick up the ass, he would have been able to ignore it, but Fireblood was invisibly all over his body, groping with enough force to slow Theo's steps.

With his clothes in hand, Theo ran past the spot where the black hunk had ducked out and headed back to his apartment.

The pigeon followed overhead.

The knife lady was insanely fast for someone looking 50 at the very least. Theo crossed the road, bringing a car between her and him. She leaped over it like a sprinter over hurdles without trouble.

He kicked a trash can into her path, letting it roll and spill. Heat built up in his ass while Fireblood drilled him with mechanical humps.

As the woman reached the trash can and its spilled content, the anal heat vanished and the trash pile burst into flame.

Theo didn't wait to see if it stopped her. He fingered his keys out of his jeans, dropping the shirt in the process.

He made it into the building. Running up two floors, he could barely hear anything over his own breath and the rush of blood in his ears.

The naked blond unlocked his apartment, slammed the door shut and dropped to his knees, legs spread.

Theo's hands got pinned to the floor tiles, which began to get singed. His ass received harder, slower strokes that shook his whole body.

Against the groping and pinning, he crawled onto the carpet in his live-in kitchen and rolled onto his back. With his legs raised, he jerked himself hard again as the immaterial hunk pounded away.

A noise. A short, small-bodied woman with a brown ponytail stepped out of Theo's bedroom. She held a wooden cross wrapped into a rosary.

"Truecross, he's here."

"Damnations," came a man's voice from the bedroom. "Salome is just texting me now."

Truecross, a lightly scruffy man with blond ponytail stormed into the room. He looked like a teacher – checkered jacket and thick glasses – but wielded a crossbow. A real fucking crossbow, which he aimed at Theo.

The slim, naked man on the carpet lowered his legs, feeling his hole twitch with demon humps.

"Careful, Genesis," Truecross said. "Salome thinks he's dangerously infernal. Unholy beast of fire."

The woman, Genesis, began a Latin chant.

Theo was pulled away by invisible hands. Toward his front door. Fireblood was pushing him.

Theo struggled for purchase on the floor and grabbed his briefs as he was shoved past the two demonhunters.

With only his briefs in hand, Theo hurried down the stairs. He had even left his key behind. And he was still getting fucked hard enough that his knees kept buckling.

Out on the street, he had just enough time to step into his briefs before the knife lady – Salome? – spotted him. She'd been patrolling.

Theo ran again but she continued being ridiculously fast.

Fireblood was fucking much faster again, making it impossible to find a running rhythm. Salome was nearly on him.

Theo made it around a corner.

The demon inside him took control of the blond man's body and slammed him into a mail collection box. Theo's hands were forced over his mouth to muffle his breath.

He sensed an invisible blanket falling over him.

Salome sped around the corner and ran past him. She must have seen him. He was off to the side but not hidden whatsoever. She kept running like someone half her age. Down the street, out of sight

The `camouflage blanket' melted away when Theo had barely caught his breath. The blond in briefs was allowed to rise, the magic dick in his ass humping gentler.

Now the fuck what?

A white Porsche pulled up and the driver's window lowered.

"Hey there," Keith said. "Theo, right?"

Keith Nguyen was a slim-muscled Vietnamese American studying at Harpersfield College. Theo had seen – and quietly admired – the light brown prettyboy since he'd started frequenting Theo's coffee shop.

Keith wore a backward baseball cap from a Korean brand as white as his sleeveless shirt, his boyish muscles on display with an arm hanging out of the car.

He leaned into a k-pop aesthetic, with an inverse cross dangling on one lobe and a shiny ring on the other. He was hot enough to make it seem natural.

And he recognized Theo, which was flattering, maybe even lifesaving.

"Uh... hey Keith. D-don't think we've spoken before, outside of-"

"Hop in."

"I... huh?"

Keith gestured. "Get in the car. The crone had a knife."

Theo's heart swelled. He tried not to look like he was getting fucked and held his hands to hide his semi-hardon.

The car smelled new and looked pristine. Theo wasn't sure when he'd last been inside something this expensive.

"Any idea who they were?" Keith asked.

"The woman's called Salome. Two more broke into my apartment, Genesis and Truecross which is a stupid fucking name."

"Any idea why?" Keith said with a devastating smile. Theo had to force his gaze away from the handsome guy's tight black jeans but looking at the smile felt nearly as violating. Keith was... immaculate, forever out of reach.

"I... I think I've been possessed by a fire demon."

Maybe trusting the driver wasn't smart but Keith didn't seem incredulous. He twisted and reached to the backseats, opening a backpack. "Still possessed, huh?"

Having sex – objectively pretty good sex even – in his briefs, made Theo feel even more attracted to Keith. Having the prettyboy nearly brush up against him, smelling his light perfume...

Theo swallowed hard. "Think so, yeah."

"Anyone else saw?"

"There was a black guy. Big but more lean than hunky. Expensive taste, red scarf."

"Fade with patterns?"

"Yeah."

"Good," Keith said and dropped back into the driver's seat holding white basketball shorts and a white, sleeveless muscle shirt. "My gym fit. All I can offer right now."

"Thanks."

"Do you actually remember me from the coffee shop, by the way?"

"Yeah," Theo said, slipping into the shorts during fireblood humps. "I remember your order. You cut down on sugar over the semester."

Keith chuckled as he started the engine. "Observant, huh? Yeah, I improved some habits. Do you trust me? Just a little?"

"Maybe a lot," Theo said. "You're incredibly hot and-"

The blond slapped a hand over his mouth. Even being a little demon-tipsy didn't explain this slip up.

Keith looked at him with a bright smile. "Sorry. I wanted an honest answer. Didn't expect to make you confess. It's fine. I'm straight."

Theo didn't say anything, just slipping into the shirt while Keith parked in second row.

Before he could pull his loaned muscleshirt over his light abs, Keith put a hand there. Fuck, Theo had dreamed of being touched by Keith way too often.

"Demon," the driver said. "As shaman of Harpersfield I banish you from this vessel."

Fireblood fucked harder. Now it hurt. Theo was tossed around in his seat, whining.

"Shit, that's a big one," Keith said. "Man, I should have really done this by the book, that's on me. Mel, I'm going to need your juice. I know it's past daybreak..." Keith grabbed Theo by the waist and held him in the seat. "By the power of Melisandre, muse of the living night, abandon this possession."

Something immaterial hit Theo and Fireblood was ripped out of him. Ash smeared the window next to the blond. The car filled with more ash, moving in loose trails.

Keith pulled a water bottle from his gym backpack. "In there!"

Ash concentrated and zoomed into the bottle.

Keith screwed the lid on and retrieved a sharpie. He drew something on the bottle. Runes?

The remaining water bubbled and turned muddy.

Theo watched, feeling empty and drained. With his head suddenly much clearer, he still couldn't think of anything intelligent to say.

"Th-thanks? Thanks, Keith."

"Buckle up. That seal's not holding forever." Keith drove off. "Hey Porsche, call `Alessandra Nelson'."

Three rings later a gentle voice picked up. "Hi Keith. Did you find something?"

"Hi `Sandra, I got Theo with me," Keith said. "Pulled a demon out. If Melisandre hadn't been well fed... The Redeemers got to him first. He can't go back to his apartment. Going to need a place."

He couldn't go back? Couldn't those `Redeemers' be arrested and dealt with?

"Damien was there," Keith continued. "Probably took care of witnesses. Theo, did your demon leave any traces?"

"Um, a Toyota got really burned. Damien saw it, if he's the black guy."

"Yeah, Crownprince Damien of High Onyx. `Sandra, did you get that?"

"I'll sent Kenya," Alessandra answered. "If she's available. Bring Theo to the Refugium."

"Gotcha."

Keith hung up, looked into the rearview mirror and stiffened. "Fuck, they're following."

Theo turned and saw a pickup truck behind them. Truecross was driving.

Keith sped up. "Mel, do you have juice left? Fuck, okay."

He tapped his car keys. "Biscuit. Wakey wakey."

The key bundle jiggled.

"I need you to get out there. Keep them from following. I'll get your something nice later. Aaaaaand-"

Keith snapped his fingers and a front tire on the Redeemers' truck popped. The self-proclaimed shaman leaned back with a grin while the pursuing truck veered onto the sidewalk.

The driver found a busier road, merged into traffic and had the car play some indi-pop Theo had never heard of. Almost obnoxiously casual.

"So..." Theo dared to start. "You're... a wizard?"

"We call ourselves shamans, or conjurers. And regionally some other things."

"And you have magic... servants?"

"Biscuit is a servant," Keith said, eyes on the road, "if you want to call it that. He's a sprite of entertainment. He can leave if he wants, but I feed him so he sticks around. Melisandre is... if anything I'm her servant. She's a muse of the living night – perfect fit for a party animal or someone who pulls all-nighters. Wish I could say I'm not mostly about the latter."

"Does she also, like, live in your wizard car keys?"

Keith chuckled and glanced at Theo with a devastatingly pretty smirk. "She's more subtle than that. She lives in my sexiness, enhancing it in exchange for joining me at parties."

"Uh... okay?"

"Some Outsiders are more abstract than..." Keith made a face. "Fuck, I'm not sure if I can give you the whole rundown yet. Once the council made a decision, you'll get briefed."

Theo didn't know what topic to move onto, so the ride continued in silence until they reached an industrial area.

A raised highway ran at the back of an electronics supply store where Keith pulled into the parking lot.

The moment the men left the Porsche, a squirrel hopped onto the hood, staring at Theo. The adorable critter behaved normally except for the seeming fixation with the blond in gym clothes.

Keith leaned a bare arm onto the car's roof. "Never seen the Watcher so blatant." He tore his eyes off the squirrel and faced Theo with concern in his expression. "The Watcher's a hundred percent harmless, but it's weird how interesting you apparently are for a Baseliner."

"Baseliner, huh? A non-shaman?"

Keith shrugged and locked the car with a button press. "Someone not privy to the Mysterium. Innocent, Unknowing, Uninitiated. A hundred terms for the same thing."

The beautiful conjurer walked off and Theo followed. They left the parking lot, heading for a precision machining facility. Keith stopped at an unmanicured hedge between the machining place and the parking lot that cut the street off from a small strip of wilderness with just a few sad trees.

"Sanctuary," Keith said. He held out his hand. "Hold on. Not sure a Baseliner can get into the Refugium otherwise."

Theo put his hand into Keith's and felt his heart jump at the skin contact. "You... you're not using Melisandre to be more attractive all the time, right?"

"Nope," Keith said and pulled him along through the sparse hedge. "If you're falling for me, that's my natural sex appeal. Still straight by the way." He looked back and winked. "Good to know though."

Theo was glad he didn't blush easily despite his paleness.

The squirrel hopped ahead of them, into a tall, lush, majestic ash. Wait, a tree this big and should have been visible from the road...

Theo looked around. He was in a verdant copse of trees, framed by white flower bushels at the border. The space was much bigger than should have fit between the machining shop and parking lot.

At the center stood an old chapel. The outside wasn't well maintained and slightly overgrown but it was no ruin.

A polar bear strolled from a thicket that shouldn't have been tall enough to hide it.

Theo froze.

No, not a polar bear. A `black bear' with all white fur and surprisingly human, blue eyes. No bigger than bears should be, but that was still much too big for Theo's comfort. It had horns like a bull.

"Fenn, this is Theo," Keith said. "Theo, Fenn. He's god."

Keith bowed.

"Um." Theo bowed, too, his neck bent to keep his eyes on Fenn. "God?"

"Locally. It's his... If you're nerdy you'd call it a demiplane. Again, there's a dozen terms for this. Fenn is the reason the Refugium is a sanctuary. Be respectful."

"I w-wasn't going to disrespect a bear. God or no."

Keith seemed honestly amused. "Let's get you inside."

The chapel opened with a stone floor antechamber. Schedules and other lists were pinned to the wall. Then came the actual chapel, which had been converted into a house. The altar's apse was a kitchenette with dining table. Instead of pews, there was a bunch of mismatched furniture to create a living space.

Much of the small chapel was taken up by lockers and metal crates.

Keith gestured wide. "I don't think you'll have to spend more than a day here. We'll try to get what we can from your old apartment, but for now you should be able to find what you need here."

Right, Theo had nowhere to go back to. And nothing on his person. Realizing that felt crushingly lonely.

"Don't touch the weapons," Keith continued. "You can use anything else but put it back. If you use something up, note it on this list here."

"Uh, thanks," Theo said. He wasn't in a grateful mood but he clearly needed the generosity.

His eyes wandered along the wood walls. Drawings and a few paintings hung between the long, pointy glass windows.

"Do you draw?" Keith asked. "I've seen you doodle on napkins at work."

For a second, Theo was elated that the shaman guy had paid attention to him at his job. Getting his brain fucked out must have made him emotionally raw. "I do, a little."

"There's sketchbooks and stuff. If you want to thank Fenn, draw something for the wall. Doesn't matter what. Just pour your creativity into it."

"Sure."

"And... not to make this weird but can I have my gym clothes back? I don't know if I'll be the one coming back to fetch you." Keith opened a few lockers, revealing stacks of no-name clothes, ordered by size. "You can pick something."

Theo stripped out his the shirt and shorts and handed them over. In sneakers and briefs, he started rummaging through the wardrobe.

Keith headed for the door. "I'll leave my number on a post-it here. There's prepaid phones in one of those boxes. Bye, Theo."

"B-b-bye, Keith," Theo said and hated himself for that one final stutter.

Once alone, Theo didn't pick clothes out. He stripped out of his briefs and jerked himself hard. He needed to clear his head.

The hand cupping his balls automatically found his hole, still sensitive but dry. He spit lubed his fingers and jerked off, approaching orgasm within moments. He tried thinking of Fireblood and his hunky body, but his mind got stuck on Keith naturally.

Three sparrows settled on the windowsill. At least one was always watching. There were no curtains.

Theo wandered around to stay hidden behind closed shelves and jizzed into his hand with a knee-weakening climax.

"Hnnnfuuuck."

A minute later, he picked some clothes and found the sketchbook.

The instinct to draw Keith was strong, but Theo took inspiration from the wall of drawings and chose Fenn as his model. The bear god was sleeping outside, visible through a window. It was the first time Theo drew an animal so it didn't turn out too well. He improved with each attempt, until his fourth try yielded something just as good as some of the already hanging drawings.

The activity took his mind off the events that would have kept him reeling.

###

It wasn't near lunchtime yet but Theo had already looked through the kitchen twice. The Refugium was stocked like a bunker. Nonperishables aplenty with a full freezer and a beverage fridge. Easy meals like cup noodles were available, of course, but since this was essentially free groceries and he had time, Theo vowed to make something from scratch.

First, he needed a shower, though. The chapel's bathroom hadn't had space to put anything more in, so during renovations, someone had tapped the water pipes for a showerhead in the antechamber.

There were instructions on mopping the stone floor after, since there was no drain. It was a meager drizzle but at least the water got as hot as Theo liked it.

Theo was just done shampooing his body when the front door swung open.

The new arrival was a tall man in a leather coat. Light brown African American, bald, a raven on his shoulder.

"Oh, don't mind me," he said. "I'd have knocked if I had known. Just here to venerate."

Theo mumbled something even he didn't find intelligible. He couldn't just grab a towel, he was full of shampoo. His only option was to turn on the water and keep showering. He faced away from the man and turned the valve.

"I'm Theo," he said as the showerhead bubbled to life. "I'm... Keith dropped me off."

"Ah, you're the kid the Redeemers were after."

"Yeah."

The man chuckled and closed the door behind him. "Well I'm one of the good Redeemers. Hunting demons only, not the people they possess. Godrick's the name."

The raven took off and sailed onto a cluttered sidetable. "Nice ass," the bird said with the voice of a female chainsmoker.

"Rosamund, behave," Godrick said with an eye roll.

Theo struggled to speed-shower in the low water pressure. He kept finding more shampooed spots. "So you're... venerating Fenn?"

"No," Godrick said and scribbled something onto a list on the wall. "Fenn is kindly letting Sage stay here. The birch tree outside."

"You're worshipping a tree?" Theo said. It had come out more accusatory than intended.

Godrick grinned. "Sage has taken a few bullets for me already, so yeah."

"Uh..."

Rosamund the raven spread her wings. To gesture? "Sage takes damage instead of Ricky. This hunter would be dead five times over without the tree."

"An exaggeration," Godrick said. "Four times over. The poisoning I survived myself." He turned to Theo. "Some poison doesn't affect trees so... Oh, you have never seen a familiar, huh?"

Theo tore his eyes off the raven. "She's... not just parroting."

"I can if I want to," Rosamund said and took on a more parrot-y voice. "Nice ass, nice ass, Polly wants cracker ass."

Godrick put his hand around the bird's beak. "We'll be going now. Good luck with whatever happens next."

"Thanks, Godrick."

The `good Redeemer' opened the front door and waved Rosamund to fly out. "Say bye, Rosa', and don't be rude."

"Just because I'm black," the bird said, cackled and took flight. "Bye cracker ass."

Godrick rolled his eyes. "She's a sprite of sharpness and spikes. That includes comments, sometimes."

"R-right, sure."

Theo towel-dried, slipped into a beige shirt and black jeans, then mopped the floor.

Before he could step into the kitchen area, the front door opened again. Keith was back.
