Writing this story has had a great impact on my life. It has let me discover things about myself, make friends, and touch other people's lives. For all those things I am profoundly grateful. However, all good things must come to an end and I have decided that chapter ten will be the last of
"The Strawberry Boy".
I started writing this story almost a year ago, as a way to show the kind of relationship and love I wanted, the good, the bad, and all that comes with it. I feel I've accomplished that goal, that the story has been told, and now it is time to move on.
I would like to give a HUGE thank you to all the people who inspired and encouraged me to write and post my story in the first place and to continue as long as I have. It is because of them that I have grown as a writer and a person. Comicality, Nytehawk, Tim, The Fan, The Hockey Jock, Jaxsper Finn, The Eggman, Frank Ryan, Maria Galindo, Robb, Teej, and David at Nifty, you have all played an important part. But the biggest part has been played by the hundreds (thousands?) of readers who have enjoyed my stories and those who have emailed me. THANK YOU!!
