June of the following year.

Simon was now in his routine of flying back and forth from Dallas to New York. He even flew up Miller twice and Mason and Baker during their spring break to keep him company. He was proud since his fund had seen a dramatic turnaround since he started managing the fund in October of the previous year.

Simon was back to New York while he headed to his downtown office. He had become friends with several in the firm and now was really starting to like some of his fellow workers. He hated the fact that his company had been bought out by a larger firm but would keep operating as normal for the time being.

Simon arrived into work for his week in New York, his boss, Mr. Leonard, was there waiting on him. Simon had a great working relationship with him over the past several months despite a few minor struggles in some changes Simon insisted on making that turned out for the better of the fund.

"Hi Simon, can I see you in my office for a little while this morning?" Mr. Leonard said while he shut the door behind Simon as he entered.

"Yes sir. I suppose you want a brief summary on how the quarter is shaping up." Simon said while he was seated in a chair in front of Mr. Leonard.

Mr. Leonard then handed Simon a memo/letter that he had gotten from the new company that was taking over the first of July. Simon was stunned to read the part that pertained specifically to him. He saw where the company was instituting a new policy where Simon would have to permanently be in New York or his services would end with little compensation if he decided not to accept the terms.

Simon returned to his small office and pondered the meeting and exactly what implications it would have. Simon shut his door and immediately called his lawyer in Dallas that worked on the contract that past August. He had a copy of the letter and faxed it to his lawyer, Mr. Dwyer. Simon then waited on his return call. Simon couldn't concentrate on the work at hand since he pondered the consequences that lay before him as he re-read the letter. Mr. Dwyer called back shortly after reading the letter and had Simon's signed contract in front of him.

"Yes sir, Mr. Dwyer, I take you got the letter, so what do you think?" Simon said while he took the call.

"First off have you signed anything saying you agree to these terms?" Mr. Dwyer said on the other line.

"No sir. Honestly, I am in shock." Simon said.

"Well your contract clearly states that you cannot be terminated without just cause. It also states that the contract will immediately to transfer if the company is bought or merged, which is the case here. It also states that for any reason said company wishes to terminate the contract without just cause, being poor performance, criminal record, etc., before the time is up it will be liable for full payment of contract and any bonuses that maybe due. Honestly, by this contract, I don't see how they can just offer you one year with no forthcoming bonuses."

"Oh, that sounds great." Simon said. "My numbers have been above the stated cut off points each quarter and should be so this quarter too."

"Then I can't see just cause in just letting you go because you will not agree to the new terms. I tell you what I have a friend in New York who might know someone at this new company. I will see what we can work out if you wish not agree to these terms."

"Yes, if any way possible, I would love to return to Dallas. I did sign a contract. Now that I have thought about it, I do want to return. I love my home in Dallas and would not think of moving here full-time. They are the ones who sought me out so I really think they should pay."

"That was my thinking exactly. Give me a few days and let me see what I can work out. I will be in touch with you later. Be patient with this because as you know these things might take months to resolve."

"Mr. Dwyer, I thank you and know you will keep me informed." Simon said then he hung up the phone.

Simon then tried his hardest to concentrate on the work at hand since he had a ton of work that needed his attention. Simon didn't want to tell Mason and Baker, who now had moved in permanently until he was certain things would be worked out.

That night Simon need a little stress relief and called a friend, Jackson, who had a meet in New York, to stop by. Jackson, more or less, had been Simon's fuck buddy while he was in New York along with being a steady companion when Simon didn't wish to eat or do things in New York alone. Simon had found him while on the internet and struck up an instant connection with him that January. Jackson was a student there in New York who enjoyed the sparse relationship that they had going and looked forward to the weeks Simon was in New York. Simon was hoping Jackson was in the mood for some unadulterated hot gay sex.

Jackson saw when he got there how stressed out Simon was when he arrived. Simon told him the whole story while Jackson listened. Simon liked the fact that Jackson was a good listener, especially when problems arose. Jackson then massaged Simon's back and shoulders to see if that helped. Simon liked the feel of his strong hands. Jackson then undressed Simon and worked over Simon's cock. After doing the same to Jackson's hot 7 inch thick veiny cock, Simon got on his knees and let Jackson fuck him. Simon loved how verbal Jackson was with him when they had sex since it had become a big turn-on for Simon. Simon took all that Jackson offered that night since Jackson pounded Simon's ass. After blowing their loads, Jackson headed back to his place and could tell that was just what Simon needed.

Friday while Simon was preparing to leave for Dallas, Mr. Dwyer caught him after lunch. He told Simon to read his email and call him back. Simon opened his email and read the correspondence that Mr. Dwyer had sent him.

Simon called back as he was reading the email "Is this for real?"

"Yeah, I guess I played hardball with them and threatened to take them to court Wednesday in our conversation. I just got this email and thought you would be happy to read it." Mr. Dwyer said on the phone.

"I see where they have agreed in full with your terms or should I say the terms of the contract. I guess I better cancel my flight then and start packing. They really want me to sign a non-competing clause and I am gone."

"Yeah that was the easy part. I knew you would have no interest in returning to New York anytime soon. I got them down to 8 years since I could tell they didn't have a leg to stand on."

"Fax me the termination and my ass is gone. Thanks for all your help. I can't believe how quickly you got this done."

"Well, I just presented the facts and I guess they saw that they had no choice unless they wanted to keep things as is, which they said was out of the question. You know Simon, I really thought we would be in for a long battle, but they did comment that you did have a contract. I don't think they knew about this in all the paperwork that was going on."

"Thanks so very much. I was going to say, I could never repay you for this, but I guess I will when I get the bill."

"That will be on the way shortly." Mr. Dwyer said before he hung up the phone.

Simon then was handed the fax as he was hanging up the phone. He read it carefully to make sure there were no hidden clauses to be alarmed with. He found Mr. Leonard and presented him the signed termination. Mr. Leonard knew it was coming since he had been on the phone with the company counsel and expected it shortly.

"Thanks, Simon for all your hard work. We here now just how bright of a financial mind you have. They are making a big mistake, but I guess you had them behind the eight-ball so to speak." Mr. Leonard said.

"It has been a pleasure. I will clean out the apartment tonight sir and give the key to the manager. Here is my laptop sir. It has been a pleasure and I have truly enjoyed working for you." Simon said.

"I will be happy to recommend you to anyone in Dallas but I am sure your reputation will not need it there since I know how much they think of you."

"Thank you sir. I guess my work is done. I will meet with the others and explain the situation. I am sure they will find someone just as capable as me."

"I doubt it Simon, but I am sure they will try. They sure are missing out on a great mind but I can see that you are well compensated for your time here." Mr. Leonard said as they shook hands as Simon left.

Simon found the others that worked on the fund with him and explained to them in a meeting what was going on. They hated to see Simon leave but knew the reason behind it. Simon then headed off to his apartment and called Mason. He just told Mason he was tied up for the day and would be home late Saturday night. Simon then found some boxes at a nearby store and started packing the few things he had accumulated during his time there in New York. Jackson came by and helped Simon pack his stuff. He was thankful it was just a few things odds and ends and just gave Jackson what he had no use for.

That night, Jackson again pounded Simon's ass. Simon moaned and grunted while Jackson fucked him that night bareback. Simon knew this would be his last time to get fucked by Jackson and loved every second that thick young veiny cock was up his ass. Simon begged for Jackson's load and Jackson filled Simon's ass with his cum as a going away present. This was Simon's first time to take a load up his ass and loved the feel as Jackson shot stream after stream into his ass.

Simon woke Jackson the next morning by sucking his hard cock. Jackson then deep throated Simon's cock before rimming Simon's ass. Simon braced himself for one last fuck from Jackson's hot cock. They were loud and noisy but Simon didn't care who heard them. Jackson thick bare cock was nailing Simon as hard as he could. Simon loved it when Jackson talked dirty to him while fucking his ass. Simon tasted Jackson's load and Jackson did the same to Simon. They kissed one last time and said their good byes.

Simon dressed and finished the last minute packing before shipping all his thing back to Dallas. In all honesty, Simon was glad to be leaving for good despite enjoying his experience in New York. He caught a cab to the airport with his packed suitcases and flew back to Dallas. He could not wait to see the expression on Mason and Baker's face when he told them. He knew they liked the time alone but would eagerly embrace the change.

Simon left the airport and headed home. He found Mason, Baker, Aaron and Latham watching a movie in their recently completed home theater.

"Tough week, huh?" Mason said as he saw Simon.

"That is putting it mildly. I really need to talk to you and Baker when you are finished with the movie." Simon said as he tried his best to convey a sober look.

After the movie was finished and Simon had unpacked his clothes, Mason and Baker came up to his room. Simon shut the door so Aaron and Latham couldn't hear what he was about to tell them.

Both Mason and Baker could tell it was serious since Simon only spoke to them in private when it was dead serious. Mason was completely fooled by Simon since he thought something was bad wrong.

"Guys, I have some bad news." Simon said, "Yesterday I was terminated from my job in New York."

"No way, Simon. You told me you were doing so well. Did you mess up and do something wrong, dude?" Mason said seriously.

A big smile came on Simon's face, he then said, "No, they just terminated me."

"Why are you so happy then?' Baker asked.

"You see guys we were being bought out and they asked me to move to New York permanently." Simon said.

"Dude, you just told them no way huh and they just cut you loose?" Mason said.

"Well not exactly. They had to pay out the nose for me to leave. I am home for good now with a huge settlement coming my way." Simon said.

"Are you for real?" Baker asked.

"Yep, I am home for good. I had to pack yesterday and today. I will be getting all my stuff here Wednesday or Thursday." Simon said as he was grinning ear to ear. Mason and Baker both hugged and kissed Simon.

"Dude, what are you going to do now?" Mason asked.

"Well I have been thinking on that. Since I already have a little office here, I was thinking of just opening up an independent brokerage firm here and see how that goes. I can't solicit any of my old clients but I am sure I can find some others who are willing to give me a try." Simon said.

"Awesome." Baker said, "So you are home for good. Let's celebrate, dudes."

Mason was excited as was Baker who actually hated the weeks Simon was away despite not having a place to stay in New York. Mason and Baker ran down the stairs to find Aaron and Latham to tell them the good news. Simon saw just how happy they were and could not wait to tell Miller the good news. He wanted to wait to tell him in private as he found Mason and Baker pouring the drinks. Simon enjoyed the good stiff drink that Baker had poured as he sat with them in the new bar that was part of the recent addition. Simon watched while the others played pool. He was so glad that that was finished.

The next day, Simon called Miller and asked to have dinner with him. Miller just figured it was just another date. Simon then told him the good news. Miller was so ecstatic with the news and was glad for Simon that he was home for good.

The next day Simon went back to his office there near his home after Mason and Baker left to go to work at their summer jobs. Mason was back at his old place while he also got Baker a job there too. Mason couldn't keep quiet that Simon was home for good. Simon got a call he had readily expected since he knew Mason would tell what had happened as soon as he hit the door that morning. Simon's old boss was on the phone offering him a position back at his old firm. Simon thanked him for the offer but said he was going to look at going out on his own for a while. Simon bought a new laptop which he took with him to the office. He searched a few sites and made a few calls. He had a couple of smaller firms that he was interested in that offered him the best deal. He made a few calls to some people he knew in the business to get their opinion of what they thought of the smaller financial companies that catered to people like Simon wanting to go out on his own. Simon was surprised when he was told about a company there in the Dallas area that would fit his need.

Simon left his office as he pondered the possibilities. He didn't want to start immediately because he wanted a little time off since he had not really had a true vacation since he started in October. Simon was sitting at the dining room table as Mason and Baker came home around 5.

"How was work today, you little tattle-tell?" Simon said.

"Simon, I didn't know you didn't want us to tell. So I guess they called you today, huh?" Mason said.

"Yeah, but I turned them down. I am seriously thinking about a fairly new company here in Dallas that caters to small brokers like myself." Simon said.

"Awesome. I know they will want you." Baker said.

"Yeah, I just want to see what they have to offer." Simon said as he then got up and started cooking a small dinner for Mason and Baker.

The next day, Simon called the firm in Dallas to set up an appointment to meet with them and discuss his plan. They said they could see him at 1. Simon dressed in one of his best suits that he had purchased in New York and headed off. Simon was surprised at the small office as he took his seat and waited to meet with the president of the small company. As Simon reached the door, the president, Bob Thomas, immediately recognized Simon.

"Simon Wilson, what are you doing here?" Bob asked.

"Bob, good to see you again. I didn't know you were running this place." Simon said.

"What can I do for you?" Bob asked.

"Well I see that you have only one broker here in Dallas and was thinking of seeing what you had to offer me as far as setting me up." Simon said. He then saw the stunned look on Bob's face.

"You are not serious are you? I heard you were with a big firm in New York running one of their mutual funds. Did they just up and let you go?" Bob said.

"Not exactly but sort of. Let me explain." Simon said he gave his old acquaintance the full run down.

"Simon we would love to have you. What were you thinking?" Bob asked as he listened to Simon's plan.

"I hope we can work something out." Simon said after finishing his plan.

"I am sure we can. Whatever you want, we just basically handle the paper work now and really don't have any funds or such that people can buy. We are just a tool where agents can execute trades in stocks, bonds, mutual funds, etc and charge a minimal fee for our services." Bob said.

"That sounds good to me. Do you have anything that I can take home and read up on to make for sure this is where I want to be. In all honesty, I just wanted to be small and work at my own pace for a while." Simon said.

"Precisely that is what we are here for. We saw a need out there and just decided to do this as a way a broker could almost be independent." Bob said.

Simon left since he seemed satisfied with what they had to offer him. When Simon returned home, he waited on Mason and Baker to come home.

"Hey guys, what is up?" Simon said.

"Oh not much." Mason said as he and Baker headed up to get out of their work clothes and change into some shorts. They both come down with just shorts on.

"Guys, I was thinking about another vacation later this summer." Simon said as he saw both their eyes light up. "I really haven't had a true vacation since I left for New York. You guys got any ideas?" Simon asked but just wasr really baiting them.

"Jamaica, dude." Both Mason and Baker said together.

"That is what I figured, but thought I would ask first. That was fun last year. I was thinking possibly the same week." Simon said.

"Yeah, that was a trip, dude. You know it will be a little different without Latham and Aaron tagging along." Mason said.

"Well I was thinking of asking them to go too along with Miller if he can get off. I will have to check and see if they have a 3 bedroom place we can stay at." Simon said.

"Yeah, that will be a riot. I am not sure if Aaron can make since he got a new place and all." Baker said.

"I think I might be able to work something out with him. I do need a website for my new business, since you guys said he was so good at that." Simon said.

Mason and Baker were so excited while they went to the game room in the new addition. Simon called Miller who said he was on his way over and would stop by to bring some pizzas over. Simon said that would be great and would wait until Miller got there to ask him about going.

Miller was at the door in just a little bit with his arms full of hot pizza. Simon grabbed one and told him to take them to the game room and they could just eat at the bar in there. Mason and Baker were in a heated pool game when they saw Simon and Miller bringing in pizza.

"Dude, it will be so awesome when we all go to Jamaica." Baker said.

"So you guys are heading back there again, huh?" Miller said as he grabbed a beer to drink with his pizza.

"Would you like to go with us? I was going to ask you to see if you could get off." Simon said. "It is the first week in August."

"I think I might be able to do that. I will let ya'll know." Miller said as Mason and Baker finished their game of pool. After eating, they all played pool and talked about the trip.

The next day, Simon had a ton of things he needed to accomplish. He went to his office where he would not be distracted. He called his lawyer to see about incorporating. He then called and renewed his license as a broker in Texas since he never let his license expire and just checked to make sure he had the proper credentials. They checked and said he was certified. The day seemed to pass very quickly.

Simon was on the computer trying out a sample of the new software when Mason and Baker came home from work.

"Hey guys, I need to run and get with Aaron. You guys want to go with me?" Simon said.

"Sure, let us change and we can head right over there." Baker said as he and Mason went to change.

They then headed over to Aaron's after Mason called to make sure he was home. Simon drove up and found the apartment with little difficulty.

"Hey guys, glad you finally made it over." Aaron said as Simon, Baker and Mason entered. They noticed Aaron was there on the couch and too just how little furniture Aaron had.

"I guess Mason told you why we came." Simon said. "Oh yeah, one other thing I need to ask you and Latham. You think you guys might be up for another trip to Jamaica."

"Simon, I would love to but I don't see any way I can afford it." Aaron said.

"If you will help me on my website, I think I can arrange for you and Latham to go. Besides, it wouldn't be the same without you two."

"Yeah dudes, we really want you to go." Mason said. "It will be so much fun again."

"Yeah, we're going the same week this year too before we all go back to college. You guys have got to go. Simon asked Miller to go too." Baker said.

"Sure, I can go." Latham said. "My parents said they wanted to do something for my graduation gift and this would be perfect."

"Hey Mason, I think some of the stuff of your mom's would fit in here nicely." Simon said. "Plus it is just sitting in storage."

"Yeah Aaron, I got a table and maybe a few other things you might want. Hell, I don't see me using them anytime soon." Mason said.

"Yeah I could use a few more things. Are you sure about that Mason?" Aaron said.

"Yeah, we can go over this weekend and see what you want." Mason said.

"Aaron, I have some ideas on my website." Simon said as he and Aaron went back to his computer while Mason, Baker and Latham stayed in the living room. Simon explained how he wanted it set up and gave Aaron a website to model it after. Simon told Aaron he would email him all the information like his name and address and such. Aaron said he would work on it and that it should not be a problem since Aaron showed him a few of the sites he had already designed. Simon was impressed with the details while he pointed out a few things he might incorporate into his site as well.

When the three of returned home, Simon got a call from Miller. Miller told Simon he would be able to get off that week and looked forward to going with them. Simon was going to tell Mason and Baker but heard the sounds of Mason fucking the hell of Baker that night coming out of Mason and Baker's room. Simon wondered just how often and where they had had sex while he was away, but knew they were now deeply in love.

Simon's business boomed right off the bat and was really more than he had ever imagined. This left him with very little time with Miller and they eventually called it quits before their trip to Jamaica.

After 4 tough years, Mason graduated from SMU with honors. Simon took him in as a partner. Baker took a job in a marketing firm after graduating from UT-Dallas the same time Mason started with Simon. They continued to live with Simon until Simon met the woman of his dreams.

Mason and Baker were now financially stable and moved out on their own right before Simon got remarried. Mason was so happy for Simon and really loved that he finally was truly happy again with someone. He was also glad that he and Baker were able to get a nice place together and just have all out sex anytime the mood hit them.

After a year of marriage, Simon came to the office one day and told Mason he was going to be an uncle. Mason was so excited for Simon and his new bride since Simon was going to be a father close to the age of 40. Mason and Baker treated the little boy like their own once it was born. Simon's new wife understood and accepted the whole situation between Simon, Mason and Baker. Simon's life was now complete with a great new wife and a beautiful baby boy that he looked forward to raising. Simon could see that Mason and Baker were still happy together after 5 years as lovers, which also made Simon quite happy. His business was a great success after 5 years and Simon was now perfectly content with his life and the way Mason had turned out after watching Mason grow into a great human being and his best friend for life.
