The College Club Chapters 3 & 4 Oliver Welr patreon.com/oliverwelr

When I came back to my room, I found it weird that it was unlocked and Ethan was already back from his "all day gone with his girlfriend". He was sitting on his bed playing in his Switch.

"Aren't you supposed to be out? Like, all day out?"

He answered without lowering his game.

"Yeah, lad. Apparently my girlfriend got a roommate now and I can't be there all the time." He was bothered, for what I could tell.

"That sucks." I said.

I jumped in my bed and checked my phone for a while until Ethan noticed I'd arrived with my gym bag.

"You went to the gym? Is it open today?" He pointed towards it.

"No, it's not. My--" I cleared my throat. "Friend got the keys."

"What?! How? You arrived here two days ago. How could you possibly have met someone who has free access to it?" He blurted out.

"I--" I was speechless. So, Ethan, I joined The Fuck Club where you hump a bunch of fit guys and get magical pass to everything this college has to offer. How could I easily explain this to a straight guy?

"Don't tell me you're messing around with the hot receptionist. Man, she's so hot, right?! Are you tapping that?" He laughed.

"I don't!" I laughed at his boyish manner of talking about girls.

"Come on now, lad! Tell me. I had to change my entire workout plan because of this gym's schedule." He pleaded. "Tell me."

"Fine, I'll tell you: I sort of joined a gay society club and one of the guys has access anytime." I told him, sweating cold. I paused for a moment waiting for him to comment on that new information I gave him.

"Oh, that's alright." He was shocked for a moment and went back to his game. "Can I come too?"

"I don't even know if I could've told you that." I said.

"That's not fair! What does a guy have to do to manage to workout on weekends? Turn himself gay?"

"Do you want the button?" I laughed.

He was still focusing on his game and he didn't think before answering me.

"Huh... I wish."

After scrolling down some app, my phone buzzed again with a Snapchat notification. And, once again, there it was! The snake that was inside my mouth not so long ago. This picture of Carl showed him in his gray Adidas boxer, with his cock slipping from the right leg. "This is your fault. Solve it ASAP" was written in the middle of the screen and I laughed thinking of responding to him soon at the same level.

It was past 7 p.m. when I left for the Sigma Phi party. This time I had to check on the maps to see where it was. I swear Oxford's streets were playing a trick in my head that night. When I turned the last corner at St Michael's Street, I heard from the distance the muffled music coming from the frat. A bunch of people were gathered in line waiting to enter. I got to the end of the line and some frat guys were greeting the visitors and selling the tickets to the waiters. The guy I met earlier recognized me when he was about to offer me a ticket.

"Oh hey, man! You've made it!" Matthew smiled at me.

"Hey, how's it going? Are people still getting in?" I asked because it seemed the line wasn't moving.

"Yes, but there are just a few tickets available now. Aren't you a student? Freshmen don't pay anything today. You just have to participate in the games." He said.

"What doesn't kill me..." I laughed.

"Don't worry, lad. Come on." He walked me to the front door and a blond girl was taking the tickets.

"He's a freshman and not a pledge." Matthew said to her. She rolled her eyes at him and took her time checking me out from head to toe, chewing bubble gum.

I smirked. I'm not a sore sight for the eyes, especially when I put my black and white outfit in the game. The girl lifted her eyebrows and twisted her nose like I was just one more of the same guys she already saw that night.

"There you go." She said unnamused and wrapped a white paper bracelet on my wrist.

Before I got sucked in the mess, I heard Matthew saying my name and her writing on a clipboard.

Inside the house the music was incredibly loud and the drum of the sound system was clearly visible in the speakers. All lights were out and the only illumination came from the black lamps that made my bracelet glow blue in the dark. People were hulling, screaming, jumping and dancing everywhere I looked. I went through the crowd and managed to get myself to the bar where I was asked for some beer. A girl was passing by holding hands with some very drunk guy and scanned the room. When she turned to her right and saw me, she looked directly to the bracelet on my arm.

"You, fresh meat! Let's go." She pointed at me and fiercely demanded, holding my free hand, dragging me out of the house.

Outside, in the backyard, I was going to give that woman a piece of my mind when I saw the line of guys she put both me and drunky--man along with other guys. Another girl slapped me in my left pec and I saw a big adhesive with the number "7" written on it. She took her time and finished massaging my sore recovering muscle. A blond guy wearing an orange hoodie stepped on a bench and announced on the megaphone:

"Ladies and gentlemen, I'm your frat prez Louis. Can I get an amen up in here?"

"Amen." A choir answered him.

"Alright so, tonight we got a new share of freshmen. If you got in for free, you shouldn't. Each of you will have to complete those tests: complete a run around the square, come back in and find someone wearing pink, bring them to the third floor and drink from last year's Football Cup..." He continued as I drifted in my thoughts. What the hell did I sign up for? "All this in less than 15 minutes. The last man standing gets to enjoy the party and have access to a private room to do whatever he wants -- or whomever, we never know." When he emphasized those words, the crowd cheered around him.

The girl that tapped my pecs positioned in front of our line and screamed with her bra up in one hand twisting it in the air, jumping a little, making her breasts respond. The guys were all drooling on her and I held my urges to roll eyes. Virgins.

"In 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, go!" She lowered her bra like a racing flag and jumped very hard a couple of times. She and the crowd laughed when some of the pledges fell in front of her and I got myself running to something I didn't want to do.

It was a pretty simple challenge, so I didn't mind a little competition to fire things up that night. I adjusted to my best speed of base running, wishing my black jeans weren't so tight. I wore them because they felt like bringing out my ass, but I was already regretting it. When I got to the corner, I saw two more guys tripping and fell behind me and the other ones were just following behind. I focused on looking forward and passed by Matthew, who was laughing. That little evil!

"I'm gonna kill you when I get back!" I shouted at him.

The other guys just couldn't keep up with my pace. At George Street, I drifted and avoided the pedestrians and almost pushed an old lady carrying a bag of groceries. I shouted "sorry" and "excuse me" a couple of times while tripping around them. I saw a red bus at the stop and its sign read "7 STAND BY I KNOW YOU'RE READING".

My heart beat was up the roof, which seemed odd because I was a good volleyball athlete. This shouldn't tax on my body this much. It was just a five minutes run, max. And that's when I saw this guy with a face I couldn't recognize, but time seemed to slow down around me to let me gaze at him. His square jaw, darkly blond hair and blond unshaved beard looked all too familiar, but where did I know him from? Was he a celebrity crush of mine I was seeing in person?

I came to a full stop when I passed by him and looked back, hands on my knees, flinching to see if I could localize him again, but he was gone between the people on the sidewalk. Panting, I saw the other freshmen running in my direction and resumed my jogging ahead, taking a turn to my right at the third corner of the square.

As soon as I got back to the frat house, people cheered and made a human hallway for me in the front yard. I got up all the inner stairs, panting, and nearly fell a couple of times. On the third floor, I found a girl wearing a very tiny pink top that reminded me of the other task. She was next to a guy wearing a salmon shirt and people were pointing to a room next to them. Without paying much attention, I scooped the girl up my arms and got in the trophy room.

In this room, I found a big ass trophy in the middle of it. I saw the "frat prez", as he introduced himself, sitting on a chair behind the cup and people were leaning and chatting by the walls. The cup was filled with some yellow liquid. I assumed it was beer.

A digital clock blinked, stopped at "7'07" behind Louis and with enthusiasm, he announced, "And there we have it, folks! Our king of the night, ladies and gentlemen!" People clapped at me.

"You can let me down now, handsome."

"Right! Sorry." I let the girl down on her feet. She was much shorter than me.

"And for the final task, drink this entire beer from the cup." Louis stood up and pointed to the cup.

People started a chorus, "Drink, drink, drink, drink...".

I took a deep breath and lifted the cup. It was actually shallow and the beer wasn't cold but I managed to drink everything as they were still forming a much louder chorus, "drink, drink, drink!" When I dropped it empty on the floor, people cheered and a small group lifted me off the ground. I laughed with their enthusiasm.

When they got me down, Louis crowned me an actually heavy crown that kept falling from my head, but he demanded I'd wear it throughout the party. Guys and a lot of girls were getting closer to congratulate me, but the girl I carried inside followed me out of the trophy room.

"Hi, stud! I'm Lana, I'm the one that dragged you to the competition." She introduced herself while I was still regaining my breath, leaned against a wall in the hallway.

"Hi... Sorry about that... I didn't know... how much time... I had left." I said panting.

"Nothing to be sorry about. So..." She scanned my up and down. "Got someone to enjoy the private room with?"

I tried standing up straight, stunned by her smooth move at me and I laughed, tilting my head to the left. Still, I tried to breathe, but I felt air was failing to actually get into my lungs.

"Is it hot in here?" I tugged my shirt and shook it to vent myself.

"It really is!" She said with a soft voice, coming forward at me and placing both her tiny arms on top of my shoulders, sliding to my pecs. "Come on, I'll take you somewhere less crowded."

I followed her, feeling dizzy as hell. I was a living ball of hot fire. I didn't even pay attention to where she was taking me, when she locked the door behind us. I sat down on the first thing I found inside the dark room, and she went to open the curtains and the window, to get air circulating in the room. I felt my chest was really heavy.

She came towards me with a towel and started drying my face, leaning into me. Her top was really low--cut and a straight guy would pay millions to be in my position right there. I realized the situation I was getting in and decided to talk to her, but words failed me. I actually noticed I had a growing hard on and my pants weren't helping hide it. Did I actually get aroused by a chick?

I stopped the movements she was making with the towel in my face, grabbed her hand and tried to get myself up from the couch, but she took it as an invitation to make out with me. She quickly mounted my lap before I could form an actual phrase and got me by surprise. I didn't stop her.

Her lips were soft, her hands were gentle brushing the hair from my neck up to the top of my head, her fingers curling on it. Kissing her made me feel a light autumn breeze cooling down my body and I realized I was so gay as I noted this straight kiss description in my head. But still, it was the first time I was having a girl and I was virtually enjoying her soft lips. I noticed she began to move herself on top of me, pressing against the tent formed in my pants and I put both my hands on her hips to push her away from me, trying to break the trance I was on. In response, she took one of my hands and rested it in her ass to continue her grinding. I missed feeling another hard round stick pressuring my cock in the middle of a making out, because I'm freaking gay!

My phone started buzzing inside my pocket and I came to my senses again. She jumped scared a little when she felt it vibrating too and she broke our kiss, finally. I fished my phone off of my pocket and saw Carl's name, but Lana began kissing my neck, sending shivers down my spine.

"Girlfriend?" She whispered near my ear.

I ignored her and tapped the green button.

"What?" I didn't know why I was grumpy.

"Michael?" I heard Carl's voice. "Are you out? I can hear some music. Wait-- Are you at Sigma Phi?"

"I actually am." I answered.

"And with company!" Lana shouted next to the phone and I gave her a what--are--you--doing look.

"Is that a girl?" Carl's voice shook for an instant. "Listen, mate--" He paused and sighted. "You know what? It's your life." He hung up on me.

Fuck! I felt terrible and I didn't know why. We weren't a thing, neither exclusive to each other, but I knew he didn't like it a bit. My guts sank like I was actually feeling bad for cheating on him.

"Can we finish what we started?" She took the phone off my hands and tossed it up behind her.

"Look, I'm flattered and all. You're a pretty girl - that's noticeable - but I have to go now." I got up, still carrying her on my lap and she wrapped her legs around my waist not to let me go.

She lifted her top and her boobs bounced in front of me. I had nowhere to look but there. Wow! Those are fucking massive, girl! She was like the hung boobs chick.

"Uuugh!" She complained. "Sit back down, big guy. Let me have some of that monster inside your pants. I'm still feeling it." She giggled.

"Listen, I really have to go. Just give me your number and I'll call you later." What a lame excuse I just gave her. She stood up, took my phone from the ground and added her number in the contact list to call herself. As soon as her phone buzzed, she hung up.

"I've heard that one multiple times." She rolled her eyes, saving my number on her phone this time.

When I descended to the second floor, I saw a salmon shirt guy making out with some girl in the middle of the hallway. Me and Lana had to get past them to reach the stairs, but she just screamed behind me.

"Chirs!" She shouted and marched up to him and punched his tiny fists on the big guy's shoulder, interrupting his making out. "What the fuck?! I go away for one second and you're humping another bitch?"

"How about you, honey? You don't think I know you've been jumping on that guy's dick, you fucking whore?" He pointed at me after shouting it to her face. The other girl fled downstairs and just then he looked past Lana to me.

He targeted me and pushed her out of the way. Oh, well! It was nice living for 18 years. He pushed me against the wall with his left forearm on my neck, completely out of himself. With his sudden movements, I banged my head hard against the wall. The crown fell off my head and rolled to a corner.

"Hey, hey, hey! Chris!" Lana came behind him and grabbed his right arm to prevent him from punching me. "You feel pretty special, hunky boy? Let's see how you're gonna feel after I mark your face." He hissed and pushed Lana out of his arm, but she tripped on a rug and fell on her back on the floor.

"Chris!" She complained again and started crying with both her hands hiding her face. The crazy dude even took a moment to think about helping out his girl or beating the shit out of me, but he chose the first one for my relief. I sighed relieved that I wasn't going to have a broken nose that night. As the angry guy crouched down to ask her if she was ok, she pointed to the stairs with his head, looking at me.

I just fled the scene hearing him screaming, "This isn't over!"

I quickly went down the stairs the fastest I could. Oh my God! That's why my thing isn't the girls. There's always a crazy dumb muscle mountain behind them to kill you when you least expect.

When I got to the crowded living room, Matthew was being held upside down and drinking directly from a hose in the middle of the room. The guys holding him up were counting how many seconds he was held in that position. They counted till 35, but he let go of the hose. Even so, they cheered and helped him back up standing. When he saw me, he dizzly came in my direction and I held him by his back to help him steady himself.

As I laughed, he found his words again, "Hey! So you've won!"

"Yes, I did. And now I'm back at the part where I'll kill you." I said and he laughed with me. See? So much simpler with the guys.

"Admit it was fun. You look very serious when you're running." He bit his lower lip. "Man, man?!"

"What now?"

"You have a hard on." He shouted in my ear as the music got louder.

"Yeah, I forgot about that." I squeezed my hard cock over the jeans. It was starting to actually hurt.

"It's really big!" He kept looking down my pants.

I wanted to make a move on him, maybe get him to suck me dry, but I still had to talk to Carl about everything. He was really upset over the call. I faded my grin away when I saw my attacker across the room.

"That guy's there." I shouted over the music to Matthew.

"What? Are you with him?" He asked, puzzled.

"Hell no! He just want to beat the shit out of me because I almost fucked his girlfriend." My answer made him really confused.

"But I thought that you were--"

"Yes, I'm gay." I froze when he locked eyes on me across the room. "Long story. Can we go now?"

"We can get out through the backyard." He started making way and I followed him, but something was telling me crazy-dude was following behind.

We walked out of the house and surrounded the building, reaching the front yard and going out to the street. Just when we were crossing the sidewalk, Chris shouted for me and he was not about to apologize.

"Hey, you!" I heard.

"Oh, shit." I said.

I wasn't going to run from a bully, but this dude was being powered up with the rage of a cheated on guy. I was at freaking college, for God sakes! This wasn't supposed to happen anymore. I found my balls in my back pocket and relied my courage on my four years of built muscles to turn to face him. But this time, he was followed by two other guys. The blond girl reached me and stood by my side, facing him. Great! That would be a fair fight if I'd got a bat with me, though.

"Not so king of the party anymore, dude? Come on, where's your beautiful crown?" He crossed his arms in front of his muscular body. The three top buttons open on his salmon shirt gave a pretty good view of his upper and inner chest. Lana tried to push him back, but she was an ant trying to move a truck. She wasn't going to help me at all.

"Chris, let it go! You are the one that should be apologizing to me."

"Shut up! Shut up!" He exploded at her again. I felt bad for her, this guy was a fucking jerk. He turned at me even more pissed than he was before. "Hold him."

The two guys behind him pushed Matthew out of the way and went behind me. I tried my best to protest and fight to escape their attempt to hold me in place. Even as strong as I was, I lacked fighting skills and I knew I couldn't confront two huge guys at once.

"Wait! Wait! Can't we talk this out? That's not a fair fight, dude." I tried to keep my voice straight.

"Wasn't you expelled from the frat because of this same behavior, Chris?" Matthew tried to argue with him.

"Shut up, little one."

With no warning at all, he threw three quick punches at my stomach and I felt my abs instantly hurting. I felt shortness of breath and almost fell if it weren't for his gang holding me up. Matthew was scared enough to do something as he was all alone watching the situation.

"Chirs, stop! Bloody hell! Somebody help!" I heard Lana shouting. She and Matthew went out of my sight and ran back to the house. Chris continued punching my guts a couple of times until I felt sick. I couldn't even gather some breath to swear at him back.

"That's a handsome face right there, big guy. Let's change that." I closed my eyes, waiting for his knuckles on my face and they came. He took a swing on my left cheek and my head started spinning again.

The world was moving at a slow pace at that moment. I forced my eyes open, feeling the blood inside my mouth and faced my attacker. The grin on his face reminded me that he was the one I saw running up the square earlier, but I felt a familiar sensation of being around him again. What is it about this guy that I can't ever force my body to defend myself from him?

I seized the opportunity to escape the hold of the guys with the momentum he gave right in the middle of my face and threw myself on the ground, holding a fetal position waiting for a bunch of kicks.

"Hold him up now!" He barked at his assistants.

The two guys behind me didn't move anymore and between Chris' legs I saw Louis, Matthew, Lana and three other guys running towards us. Matthew lowered himself by my side and rolled me on my back to assess the situation. He noticed the damage in my face. My mouth was tasting like iron.

"Oh my-- You need to go to the hospital." Matthew started dialing in his phone.

All I knew was that my face was hurting like hell and my bottom lip felt swollen. Matthew helped me get up, putting my left arm behind his shoulder.

Louis came pushing my aggressor away from me saying, "Chris, get the fuck out of here. If you come as far as fifty meters from this place, I'll call the police."

"You're my brother." Chris complained.

"I don't fucking care, arse!"

They helped me walk back inside the frat and Matthew guided me to Louis' room. I laid on my back on the bed and Louis assessed my injuries one more time.

"That's not so bad, mate. You just got a bottom lip cut. You'll be alright." He said.

"Here. Put that on your lip." Matthew gave me a beer cold can from the mini fridge and I held it up against my lip. Everything hurted in my stomach when I tried to move and I complained.

"That's a sick dude. I swear I'm calling the police on him tomorrow." I said.

"I'll do it myself right now in case you want to." Louis suggested.

I thought for a moment but came to the decision not to, because that would seem just like a silly frat--guy--fighting the cops. Besides, in a few hours everybody had to go to classes and spending an entire night at the police station wouldn't do any good for us.

"I'll think better."

"Alright. I'll leave you alone and I'm going downstairs to dismiss the party. It's really late already." Louis got out of the bedroom.

Matthew and I were alone and he started stripping from his clothes. "Might as well sleep here to look after you." "Thanks. You don't have to."

"That's the least I can do, man." He climbed the bed and adjusted himself on my left side, tossing the covers on top of us. "I'm sorry I couldn't defend you."

"There were three of them. That's ok."

He caressed the side of my face looking at me. I drifted into sleep no longer after he started messing with my hair.

Me and Chris were jogging through New York's Central Park and chatting in our regular gym sweatshirts. The leaves fallen off of the trees signaled it was a beautiful brown autumn and the city air was chilly against my face.

"Wasn't it today the San Francisco Giants game?" I asked him.

"Yes, it is. And we were supposed to be at the airport by now." He said and I looked at him with a grin slapped on my lips. "No, no, no, no, no. Don't do it!"

We went through a yellow round portal still jogging and one step further we were both outside the San Francisco AT&T Park. People were getting in through the gates and he looked annoyed at me.

"You know I don't like to travel like this." He complained.

"And I know you don't like planes either."

I heard noises coming out of the hallway along with a really loud laugh. I lifted my head just enough to scan the room I was in. Someone rolled on the left side of the bed I was on and I uncovered the sheets to find Matthew sleeping soundly. The clock on the nightstand marked 5:50 a.m. and I jumped off the bed waking him up, almost forgetting about the pain in my abs.

"It's class day!" I shouted.

"What time is it?" Matthew lazly looked for the clock with one eye open. "It's still early. Do you need a ride? Where are you living?" He asked me.

"On Museum Road."

"Louis got a car. We can drive you there." He sat on the edge of the bed.

"Great. But where is he?"

"I'm right here." He was now sitting on the couch in front of the bed, shirtless and under the covers from waist down. I could see the rock hard abs he displayed even at sitting position.

"Sorry, didn't know you were there." I toned down my voice and apologized for shouting.

"That's ok. I wasn't going to sleep in a shared room." Louis said, rubbing the sleep out of his face and yawning.

"So you'd rather share your room with us?" I asked back at him. My mind was in a million places at that moment.

"Still my room-- Whatever. Do you want a ride or not, lad?"

"Please..." I made the cutest face I could find.

In less than five minutes I was in my room. Ethan was already up and fixing his stuff in the backpack for class.

"Dude, where have you been? We have classes in thirty minutes." He asked, worriedly.

"I can take care of myself." I'm not a friendly person in the mornings. I rushed inside the room and reached my towel hanging from the side of my dresser.

"Calm down, dude! There's a big line for the showers if you're thinking about using them."

I quickly grabbed it and went out of the room.

A few minutes later, I was arriving at my first class. These white tile walls would welcome me for a few years until I graduated and I didn't even get time to get used to them with the crazy start I had the past weekend.

I climbed down the four step entrance and paced through the hallway until I found my classroom. I got in and found a place to sit not very far from the board. A second later and very punctually, at 7:30 a.m., my professor entered.

"Good morning, everybody. I'm your Law School 101 teacher, aka Criminal Law and Procedures, known as Prof. Clifford Ferguson and we start right now your journey to become lawyers."

The tight salmon button shirt under his black tie, his recently shaved beard and incredibly spiked hair made me think just one thing - would I fall in love with every single walking penis on campus?

Despite the yummy first teacher, my classes passed by quickly and soon I was at the cafeteria searching for a healthy snack. Most of my classes included self presentations of the teachers and the students, but some of the teachers actually started diving into the books right away. I got myself a good looking sandwich next to a sign that said gluten free, lactose free, vegan and I would also add "taste free" a bite later. I found a free spot on an eight--seat table and went for it.

"Is this seat taken?" I asked the dark haired guy in front of me.

"No." He said, not looking up from his book.

I sat down and started enjoying the most of that horrible healthy snack I managed to find. Well, that body wasn't going to look that good if I could've eaten every taste thing I wanted. I distracted myself on my phone, that was seriously irritating me, freezing with every touch.

The guy in front of me finally looked up and checked me twice.

"Weren't you at one of my classes?" He asked.

"Maybe you were at one of my classes." I laughed. "Hi, I'm Michael." I offered my right hand above the table.

"I'm Leon. Are you at Law School too?" He shook my hand.

"Sure am."

"Ok, so you'll be my first class buddy."

"Huh?" I tilted my head and laughed at his concerned face.

"It sounded better in my head."

After finishing eating and getting to know my cute class buddy a little more, I decided to head to my room and maybe take a nap to wait a couple of hours until my 3 p.m. class. I found the door locked, so I thought I would be alone since Ethan had always left it open. I unlocked it and entered in a glimpse of a second.

And there she was - a very naked girl riding a bumpy elevator on top of my roommate. She instantly froze and shrieked when I swung the door open, making her blond hair swirl with the door wind.

"Mate?!" Ethan complained and tossed a wrinkled blanket over his girl's ass.

"Oh my-- Sorry! Sorry, dude! I'm out." I shut the door back and left embarrassed. So that counts as payback for that morning jerk off, I thought.

I took my free time at the Library and found my next classroom at 2:30 p.m. Nobody was there, as it was a bit early. I got the lights on and entered anyway. It ended around 6:20 p.m. so I went back to the dorms and hopefully my roommate would not be having sex again. I checked if the door was unlocked before I entered and saw Ethan was using his laptop on his bed.

"That was a lot to take in all at once." I tossed my backpack on the floor.

"What? What do you mean? Is this because of earlier?" He was exasperated.

"Dude, relax! I was just saying it was a hard first day."

"Oh, ok. Yeah, it was for me too. I got really anxious."

Yeah, you did. I sank my body on my bed and unlocked my phone.

"Look, I'm not forbidding you to mess around with your girl in your room. But if you want some privacy, just send me a text, man. I'll understand."

"I know. I meant to, but it all escalated very quickly."

"I know what you mean."

I got up and decided to review some of my notes to not pile everything up for the weekend. It all went wrong, because one second I was looking at my notes and the second later I got lost in scrolling up Instagram until my phone warned me that in fifteen minutes I had "workout with the Club".

I arrived at the gym a few minutes earlier than 9 p.m. and waited in the locker room for the last people to finish their training as the guys were arriving too. Jeff and Jim were the first ones to show up, followed by Simon and finally Carl. He went straight for his locker and started getting changed without paying much attention to any of us - especially me.

Fuck! I've screwed it.

"Hey." I came up to him while he was changing his shirt.

"Hi." He shortly answered me.

"Did I do something wrong, Carl?" I was annoyed at that point. If he wanted something more from me, he could've said it before.

"I don't know." He dropped his phone while changing into his shorts. When he picked it up and got back up, he banged his head in the corner of the locker door. "Fuck this!" He screamed, slammed it shut and raged at me. "I wasn't the one screwing every cunt I found in some corner."

"Did I miss the part where we had to plead exclusiveness to this Club?" I shouted at the same tone he used. "Or that I had to plead it to you?"

"Carl?" Jeff came to his side and massaged his left shoulder.

"I--" Carl sighted and lowered his voice down to a normal conversation. "It's because I like you. For the first time I found someone I've dreamed of and you don't seem to even care about me or anything around you, for what matters."

"What?!" I decided to ignore the part that he seemed to know me from before. He couldn't even possibly, because we'd just met last week. "If you wanted us to be a thing, you could've just said it." I paused and embraced his lower back. "I could tell you were trying to impress me this weekend."

He uncrossed his arms, lost the angry look and hugged me back, massaging the back of my neck.

"And you did it, ok?" I completed with my head between the mountains of his chest.

"Does that mean I won't have a chance with you?" Simon asked behind me.

"No." Carl answered and let go of me. They were all watching us and I realized I had a goofy smile on my face.

"I mean, I can always supervise." I said to make us laugh.

We went through our workout session. I sensed Simon was really coming on to me about Carl. He spotted me at the bench and helped a lot, carrying some of my weights. At the showers, everybody just had a nice time and shared some jokes about the new couple. Carl made sure to walk me home after gym even though he had to walk a bit more after, to get to his dorm.

"I'm sorry about yesterday. I think I was drugged, somehow." I started the conversation outside the building.

"Forget it. I should've talked to you before." He shook his head. He took my left hand and we walked just like a couple through the streets. It surprised me, but since it was a bit deserted, I didn't mind so much.

"How was your day?" I asked him.

"God! You're so cute." He drifted away from my question.

"Oh, come on! I'm trying here, ok?" I laughed.

We stopped and I realized we were already at my building.

"Hey, I haven't said it." He looked puzzled at me. "I think I like you too, you know?"

"You think?" He let go of my hand and turned away. "I'm going home."

"Then why aren't you walking?" I hugged him from behind and he turned to face me, pulling me closer. "I never had anyone like this. This is all new to me so excuse me if I do something wrong."

"The only thing that's wrong is that you're not kissing me right now." This made me get on my toes and start kissing him gently, but his tongue demanded entrance in my mouth and soon I was flustering and squeezing his biceps.

"Hey, stop this!" I squeezed the bulge in his sweatpants.

"It's been forever, please."

"My roommate's in."

"Arse!" He whispered and let go of me, lifting my chin to peck my lips one last time. "I swear you won't escape me tomorrow." He walked away.

When I got in my room, Ethan had his headphones on, listening to some loud music. I waved at him and he took one side of them off.

"That's really loud." I said.

"What?" He asked, shouting.

"That's really loud." I shouted back every word.

He lowered the volume on his phone.

"I could hear every word it sang."

"Sorry. I'm a bit bummed."

"What happened?" I joined my eyebrows together and tossed my bag on the floor, sitting at the edge of my bed.

"My girlfriend sort of dumped me. She said she wanted some time to think."

"Oh, man. That really sucks. One minute you're making her eyes roll and the next one she dumps you. It's confusing."

"Tell me about it." He pressed play again on the music.

"Wanna play something to cheer you up?" I offered, not knowing what to say anymore.

"Not feeling it, mate. I'm just going to sleep it off." He adjusted himself under the covers and locked his phone, closing his eyes.

I got the lights off and got ready to sleep too.

I was in a lab and my mind was so clouded that all I could do was lift my torso a little, in pain, and look around me. All I knew was that I had to wake up and get the hell out of there. Something was really wrong. Chris was lying next to me on a metal coffin, "8" written on its side. Wires were coming out of him and into a computer nearby, maybe his life support. I felt the urge to cry and a great rush of pain again took over my body. Carl and Jeff were standing there, their backs turned at me. I want to shout at them to release me from my handcuffs thinking I could magically fix things up for me, my best friends and the love of my life. But they were interested in the screen in front of them. They turned and noticed I was awake and got really nervous, rushing to the cabinetes behind me. The last thing I saw was a needle going inside my right arm and I fainted again.

My alarm went off that Tuesday and I got up instantly, shaking away the memories of the bad dream. Ethan was still sleeping, or it seemed like it. I lazaly sat on the edge of the bed.

"Hey, Ethan. It's 6 o'clock." I tried to whisper slash talk loudly at the same time.

"Ok." He answered and rolled on his back, eyes closed.

I went on to gather some things to take a shower and he still wasn't showing signs that he would get up soon.

"Come on, man. Are you going to skip classes?"

"Maybe I will."

"I know it must be sad, but it's your career, dude. Get up!" I suddenly took his covers off and got a good view of his morning wood as he was sleeping naked. The size eight thing just swinged when he tried to get his covers back and I laughed.

"Mate!" He complained.

"I'm just looking out for you." I continued laughing but covered him back. "You and I are going for some good workout tonight, ok?" He rolled to face his wall side and I let him be.

After the morning classes and lunch time, I decided to check the applications for the baseball team. I still wasn't sure if I was going to pursue it anymore, but it was my best shot to get into a professional team. I found a flier attached to a board next to the Administration door and took it. I contacted the phone number in it with the name of the team captain - Ross.

"Hi, Ross. This is Michael, I'm a Law School freshman. I would like to try out for the baseball team." I sent him a message.

"Of course, lad! I'm the team captain. Tryouts are tomorrow after lunch time and again on Friday." He responded a few minutes later.

"I think I can make it tomorrow."

"Good. If you have an old uniform, bring it. Until then."

I locked my phone and it buzzed again with a message from Carl. My goofy grin splashed back on my face.

"You know I can see you from across the parking lot, right?" And then a picture of me on my phone, taken from the second floor from the Manor Road Building.

I tried to look up and locate him, but I couldn't see him on any of the windows.

"Great! A hung guy and a stalker in the same package." I replied. "Do you mind if I bring my roommate to the workout tonight? He'd just broken up."

"Will he be in the middle or in the end?"

"He'll be straight hahahah"

"Bummer."

I bumped into someone as I wasn't paying attention to my path.

"Sorry." I looked up and saw who he was - Chris. I was instantly taken back to the moment he beat the crap out of me at Sigma Phi and to seeing him around the square a few minutes earlier our fight. He seemed unguided and I sure didn't want to face him again, so I turned back to get into the classroom's building before he could resume what he'd started that night.

"Hey! Big guy!" He called and I froze.

Shit! How come I lost all my confidence around him and turned into a complete coward? I turned back at him, nervous, as he got a few steps closer.

"Just wanna apologize for that night at the frat. I think I was stoned, dude." He crazily laughed. "It just gets a little crazy when I'm high, you know?"

"Alright." I answered. That was one weird dude.

"So, I hope I didn't break anything in your pretty face." He deviously smirked.

"I'm a tough guy." Was all I could say.

"Yeah, you are. So, if you need something let me know." He brushed his nose twice and walked past me.

I shook my whole body, feeling a sudden rush of chill all over my spine, and got out of there.

Ethan was still underneath the covers when I got back, except this time he had his laptop on. I internally rolled my eyes. Straight guys are so weird! If it was me, I would be searching for the next guy to ride me, for sure.

"Let's go." I said and he didn't move, so I insisted. "Common, dude! Are you going to sit and cry all day long?"

"I don't want to go out." He didn't take his eyes off the screen.

"Ethan, skip classes just because a heart break is going to have consequences. You know that, right?" I sat on my bed, looking at him.

"I don't care, mate."

I took a moment to analyze him. Even though his hair was a mess, it fit him perfectly. Any girl would love to have her world shaken by this blondie stud, but all that mattered to him was a specific one. That was cute, right?! But not on my watch.

"Why did she break up with you?"

"She--" He paused as he was analyzing how much info he wanted to give me and closed the laptop. "Her parents had troubles and couldn't afford her living here. So she's moving back home and-- And she asked me to move back with her." He sighted.

"What the hell?! Tell me you're not considering it."

"I did for a second." He paused again, looking nowhere. "And that made me hate her. But how can I still want her back after she asked me to give up everything?"

"Do you love her?"

"No. I don't think so." He thought for a moment and made a weird face.

"Then why are you behaving like a little girl?"

He looked at me with his eyebrows joined and suddenly his face relaxed in a grin. "See? You're too hot to be having just one girl. It's time to whore yourself out there." I patted his leg twice under the covers.

"I miss having someone to talk to and to go out with."

"Well... You know what you need? A good workout. Let's go!"

Ethan got really excited to meet the guys of The Club, somehow. I've warned him several times that this was not a get together club, but he enjoyed the idea of me as a workout buddy plus the empty gym.

As soon as Carl let us in through the glassy doors, he scooped me in for a hug and kissed me in front of Ethan.

"Missed you today." He said.

"Me too." I lost myself in him for a couple of seconds until Ethan coughed to warn us of his presence again. "Right! This is my roommate Ethan."

"Hello, lad." Carl put on his best masculine straight moves and fist bumped him like he wasn't hugging another man on his left arm.

"I won't kiss anybody." Ethan joked and made us laugh.

We went down the lockers with Jim, Jeff and Simon going their way up, leaving us alone down there. We were quickly exchanging into proper clothes until he dropped his phone from his pants. I got down to pick it up for him, but tilted my head to the right confused. It was a weird looking iPhone that had a black detail over the screen on the top, with the front camera in the middle, dividing the notification bar in two tiny portions. Where was the main button? And who would do something like that to lose the screen space? And the thing was fucking huge, a slim brick.

I handed it back to him, checking again behind if it was an Apple original.

"Dude, what the fuck happened to your phone?" I asked him.

"Did it break?" He checked it himself. "What do you mean?"

"What kind of iPhone is that? I'm an Apple boy and I've never seen them releasing it."

"What are you talking about? It's from last year." He twisted the phone in his hand, double checking if it was broken.

"No. Last year, as in 2012, Apple released this one. This is the latest they have." I showed him my tiny white iPhone 5.

"No. Last year, as in 2018, they started selling this: the iPhone XS Max." He paused and looked at me with a funny face, smiling. "We're in 2019, Michael!"

And he froze there. Even the humming sound of the AC machine had stopped.

"Ethan?!" I called him, confused. He had the same pose as he did seconds ago, like he was a statue. What the fuck?!

I heard footsteps running down the stairs and saw who it was - Chris. Was that guy going to stalk me everywhere?

He was crying, tripping on his right foot, for what I could tell. He was shouting something, but all I could see was his mouth opening and closing. I instantly got scared he was trying to attack me again and I took a step back, falling down sitting on the bench behind me. He got really close to me, like we were intimates. He took both my shoulders and shook my whole body while still screaming soundless words at me.

For a second, I thought he was really gorgeous even while he cried. I wanted to brush the back of my hand on his left cheek to collect his tears. He lowered his head a bit and closed his blue eyes, so I focused on his mouth. I tried to read his lips and managed to understand something like "please, get out". Looking at his crying face, my memory took me back to us kneeling down in the middle of an airplane corridor and his same suffering expressions facing me.

I had my face looking down at the floor. How could I have so many intimate memories of this lunatic? He took my chin up, just like Carl used to do, and we joined lips.

I was instantly taken to a comfortable hotel double bed. The shades of gray and white were all over the expensive room, time seemed to stand still and contemplate the grace of my waking up movements. The white cotton curtains swirled with the light wind as the doors for a balcony were open. I got up in a strangely happy mood because of the bright morning sun and walked into the shine of the outside. Chris was there, leaning into the railing and contemplating something right in front of us. A couple of squares away, past the other renaissance buildings, sat still The Eiffel Tower warning me we were in Paris.

I looked at Chris' completely smoking hot figure, magazine cover body, and realized we were both naked outside, all windows open, for the world to see our glory. For a moment, love was all that mattered in that room. For a moment, I belonged to Chris and he was all mine. I made no noise and walked up to him. As soon as he noticed I was there, he turned to me smiling and we embraced each other, my arms around his lower back and his around mine. Kissing, happy about everything. Nothing could stop us at that moment.

"Did you order breakfast?" He asked softly.

"Yes, your favorite - cold pizza in the morning." I smiled.

"Remember when we talked about this? About coming to Paris?" He asked me in the middle of the silent ballad we were dancing, naked on the balcony.

"Yes, I do. You said we were only coming here for our honeymoon." I was all smiles, lost in his embrace.

"Did we get married?"

My head was resting on his shoulders as I thought that not a lot of guys were taller than me, but he was. I fitted right into him. I felt safe in my own skin. Cozy. I opened my eyes in that same position and thought to myself about his question for a second. When did we get married? Where was the ceremony? Did my parents show up? And what about his-- parents?

I released myself from the hug and looked at his serious face.

"You have to remember. That's not you, my love." He pleaded.

"No-- I--" I froze. "How do I know your parents are dead?" I asked him, shocked at my own words.

"Only you know what to do. Just make it stop!"
