I am not too sure how this goes, so let me see... This is a new series, my first series. This is a fictional fantasy series with roots relating to sexual activities. It is not real in any way or aspect, but only from my imagination, and it does involve same-sex relations.

Now, let me explain a few things.

The tale begins with the title. The Enchanter is me, the narrator, and these words make up chapters within my storybook, hense the name The Enchanter's Storybook. The Storybook is based on many characters and events, as you will see.

But first, let us start with Marcus Mallow. Marcus is a quaint little boy, aged only thirteen. He is small for his age, but a handsome boy. Marcus has short blond hair and dark blue eyes, and can often be seen smiling. His perfect smile seems infectious, for it makes all others smile too. Marcus is friendly and kind, but he is a very dark little boy. Only, he seems not to be aware of his darkness. Yet.

Marcus lives in the tiny town of Rocky Pass, a village built into the sides of two tall and godly mountains. There is no royalty or nobility in the Pass, everyone is equals there. For, it is a stronghold hidden from the outer world, one of the last of mankind's territories left unbreached by the evil of sorcery. Yet, none of them know that Marcus Mallow carries that evil unknowingly, that sorcery has already infected their hidden village and lies inside of the teenage boy.

This story is also set in a medieval time, and is in a different world from our own.

Now to start the tale.

"Marcus, hurry up will you! I want to get there before the sun sets! Bloody hell!" screamed a bright but overly bold boy from outside of Marcus's home.

"Calm down, Darius. We have hours til sunset," Marcus bellowed as he tottered from the stony hut that was his home.

"Well, I don't like wasting time."

"We're going to the fucking dragon cave, for heavens sake. We're already wasting our time," Marcus reminded Darius, the one person he could call friend.

As soon as the little boy stepped out of his home, Darius was on him like flies on a corpse, dragging him to the floor and squeezing him tight.

"Get off me!" Marcus joked, as Darius grabbed his arms and pinned him to the grey stone floor. He looked at his friend and smiled. Darius had lengthy charcoal black hair and pristine hazel eyes, with a muscled body for his age and very handsome facial features. Darius was much stronger than Marcus, and could defeat him easily.

"Make me!" Darius replied, his strength too much for Marcus to overpower.

"Pax! Pax!" Marcus wallowed. "I said pax! Peace! Pax!"

"Calm down, dwarf," Darius chuckled, standing and helping his friend to his feet.

"Arse hole," Marcus whispered, brushing the stoney dust off of his clothes and hair. "Can we go now?"

"Aye. Come, then," Darius finalized, strolling away.

Marcus followed a little behind his friend, but he knew the way to the old dragon caves any way. He recited in his mind how to get there: out of the village centre, passed the farms and ryes and fields, through the flowery orchards, and onto the rocky moutain pathway. The caves were near the top of Mount Skull, so the journey there was more climbing up the thousand steps than walking.

Once they had left the village, they were alone, and Darius slowed down to wait for Marcus. They spent some time hiding or chasing each other in the fields and ryes, and they picked some apples and bananas once they reached the the orchards. Marcus could tell the mountain was close, just beyod the trees, but his journey was not over yet.

"There's the path," Darius spoke solemnly, his hand pointing through the lush green trees and out towards the rocky ground of Mount Skull.

Marcus scurried up beside him, out of the orchards, and could see the mountain from the very bottom. But Darius refused to stop for a break, and began climbing up the path ahead of Marcus.

Marcus wondered how Darius had the strength. They were the same age, and maybe Darius was a little taller and stronger, but it was still overwhelming what he was capable of.

Marcus idled slowly behind his friend as they climbed the steep stairway up into the mountain. It took maybe two hours of breathless climbing, stepping, crawling up the steps until Darius stopped for a break, but it only lasted a brief two minutes before he continued climbing.

"Stop," Marcus moaned.

"Why? The caves are only a half hour away."

Marcus sat on the steps stubbornly, and looked out over the mountain. The wind blasted him forward, but he refused to move. He was so high up, but he wasn't afraid of heights.

"I can't be bothered," Marcus admitted.

"Come on, then, climb on my back," Darius ordered, kneeling behind him, his back facing Marcus.

He climbed up and hopped onto his back, wrapping his arms around Darius's chest as he began climbing again.

Marcus felt the warmth coming from Darius, his chest, his back. He could smell exotic strawberries in his hair.

His trousers tightened.

No, Marcus thought. Not Darius. Not again. It was wrong. He was... another boy, and his only friend. He wiped the thought from his mind and readjusted his growing cock in his trousers without Darius noticing.

After a while, there was nothing for Marcus to do but hold on. He dozed off eventually, his head resting against Darius's shoulder as he fell asleep.

Not before too long, they had reached the caves. Marcus woke and sighed, but not from relief. He had to climb off of Darius, and although he knew it was wrong to think of, he liked him, and he wanted to stay close to him.

But Marcus forced himself from his manhorse and thanked his friend.

"It's fine, Marcus. Come on."

Marcus followed behind Darius, as they came up to a wide opening in the mountain. It looked dark and black inside, the silence stirring and their footsteps echoing as they crossed into the old dragons den.

Marcus was afraid. He had been before, but he had never came inside. He had never looked at them.

"You scared?" Darius asked coolly.

"No!"

"You are! Just stay close, I'm here. The dragons are dead, but their skeletons are still here," Darius replied, forcing Marcus closer to him, embracing him briefly.

Darius whipped out his torch and lit it with a scrape of his match. The orange light of the fire torch lit the cave in an instant, creating moving shadows against the grey cave walls.

Darius slowly walked, Marcus quivering behind him. They followed the tunnels of the cave for a while, before they came upon the first dragon skeleton. Yellowed and rotten, with a lingering smell of foist and filth, the skeleton was curled into a corner. Marcus could tell it was only a child dragon skeleton, it was barely bigger than him.

The skull had already been stolen, along with the tail and the rib cages, but they did not come to disrespect the dead. They came only to look, to watch, to see.

"How old is it?" Marcus asked, his voice booming through the caves.

"Looks to have been five or six years. But it's been dead for centuries," Darius replied, his deep voice thundering on.

"Poor thing," Marcus remarked.

"Come on, then, dwarf," Darius said, grabbing his wrist and continuing passed the corpse and further down the tunnels.

The next skeleton they saw was much larger, positively gigantic. The two could climb into its jaw and travel down the skeleton. The rib cage made good use for pretending, and the empty eye socket a surprisingly good window.

Darius sat against the wall for a moment, and unhooked his dagger from his belt. He began scratching something into the cave wall.

"What are you doing?" Marcus wondered aloud.

"Writing our names," he said. After he had finished, Marcus bent over to take a closer look. Darius had wrote 'Darius and Marcus, friends for infinity' and beside that he had drawn the symbol for infinity and their initials, wrapped in each other. Marcus felt so touched. He loved Darius. He just did not know which kind of love. He wanted to thank him, but how? A hug seemed friendly. But he wanted to kiss Darius, and he knew it was wrong. They were both boys, and boys were supposed to like girls, not other boys. Boys were supposed to kiss girls, not boys. He was so confused.

Then they moved on.

After a while, the silence became deafening, but Marcus could hear something not far off. A laughter, a groan, a cry.

"Did you hear that?!" He whispered.

"No. What is it?"

"I heard something," Marcus announced.

"It's probably just the wind or falling rocks," Darius reassured him.

But then the sound came back, louder, a roar of laughter. It was a cackle, an evil cackle.

Marcus jumped, his hand latched around Darius's. His skin was soft, he never wanted to let go.

"What was that?" Marcus asked suddenly, squeezing his hand tighter.

The cackle returned, followed by more. They sounded almost human, but they couldn't be.

"Don't worry, Marcus," Darius whispered shyly. "Just stay low. I'll protect you."

Darius dropped the torch and it rattled on the ground. The flame ceased and darkness drowned the two boys instantly.

Marcus drew himself closer to Darius, wrapping himself around him, holding his hand. He tried to feel for his face, but he couldn't find it. He felt his strong and warm arms wrap around him as they lowered down to the floor, cuccooning him gently.

Marcus buried his head into Darius's chest, terrified, as Darius cradled him softly.

Then the cackle came again. It grew louder, it came closer, until the boys felt the presence around them.

Marcus tightened his grip, and felt Darius kiss his head. He began hearing whispers and grunts, and then Darius was growing farther away from him. He tried to hold him closer, but it was futile. Marcus screamed, and then hands began grabbing him too.

They dragged him to the ground and whispered something in his ear. A magical word that made his eyelids too heavy to keep open. His eyes close shut, his senses clotted away, and he was dragged off into the darkness.
