Last time on Chapter 9 of Love Interest -

"Um, Jocelyn, my girfriends name is Jocelyn." Justin spoke up, thinking of the closet girl name to Josh he could.  Josh gave him a look of worry, because he didn't have that easy of a name to work with. "Josh is dating Jessica, they are actually friends. So it's pretty cool, because we get to hang out together." Justin watched Josh's look of nervousness fade.

"See that wasn't so hard" Rosie laughed, and looked at the group. "Well I want to thank all of you for coming, and be sure to come back quickly. You aren't going to get away from me for so long the next time." Rosie stood and after hugs went all around the group of singers were standing with Rosie in the hallway as a commercial rolled.

"Thanks for having us Rosie." Lance politely obliged the talk show host for everyone, like usual he was the only one to remember to do so.

"It was my pleasure, you guys know your my favorite boy band. And how could I say no to the new pop divas." Rosie giggled, and looked at Justin and Josh. "Nice cover out there, Jocelyn and Jessica." Rosie nudged Justin, and Justin felt himself blush. Worry crept over the group as they wondered if Rosie knew who they were really dating. Sensing the worry, Rosie stopped laughing and got a sincere smile on her face. "Don't worry, your secret is safe with me." Rosie laughed, as the guys faces returned to normal.

"What secret?" Josh asked in his coolest manner.

"Josh it's okay, you can trust me. I am an activist for everybody, and I want to congratulate you two. You are lucky to have found each other." Rosie responded to Josh's question. Josh's face turned to worry again, while Justin just sat there, the color in his face fading.

"Were we, were we that obvious." Josh stuttered out, as Justin still stood dumbfounded by the truth.

"No, but you can tell you two are in love. You kept glancing at each other, and it looked like you were upset about the seating arrangment." She teased, as Justin slowly regained his composure. Josh relaxed slightly, enough to grab Justin's hand in comfort.

"Um, you aren't going to tell anybody are you? I mean not even your parents or nothing?" Lance questioned as he looked at her.

"Of course not, I just want to be the show that you two come out on." Rosie teased again, before giving the group another round of hugs. "Make sure to come back any time." Rosie winked, and walked away. With a sigh of relief, the group headed back down to there bus.

"That was close." Justin let out as he sat down in the living area. Josh took a seat next to him, and one by one they all were sitting next to each other.

"Yeah too close. Maybe you guys should work on hiding it." Joey snapped at them unexpectedly.

"I think Joe's right, you guys are gonna get caught, and that could seriously ruin our careers." Chris joined in, suddenly Justin and Josh felt contained in an environment against them. Justin leaned on Josh's shoulder, ready for the arguement.

"It's not our fault we love each other. Rosie was the only one who noticed for sure, and she won't tell anyone about us." Josh insisted.

"If she noticed some body in the audience could have too. Or some body watching on tv." Brittney warned.

"There right, it's not there fault. We can't blame them for looking at each other. Let's just drop it." Christina joined in, the only one who hadn't spoken a word was Lance. He was surprised to find the sides equal, realizing it would be his say that would make the odds uneven.

"Um, I think Chrissy and Josh are right. I love you Britt, and if you were man I would stare at you all day no matter what. I think we have to understand that between Justin and Josh, because they are only looking out for each other. " Lance ended the arguement with only one statement. Silence fell over them, and soon the table was disbanded as they pulled into the back parking lot of Time Square.

"I hate doing this show." Justin whined, as he clung to Josh. Getting warning looks from his friends, he moved his body away from Josh's to please them. It did not please him though, and Josh had a similar look of displeasure.

"Me too, but we have to. It's MTV, we have to have there support for this type of shit Just." Lance smiled and agreed with the younger man.

"Folks, In case you didn't notice that there is a large crowd here in Time Square, and that's because we have a large group of celebrities with us. Please welcome Justin Timberlake, Joshua Chasez, Christopher Kirkpatrick, Lance Bass, Joey Fatone, Brittney Spears, and Christina Aguilera." Carson Daily got it all out in one breathe as the fans cheered. Before having to be warned the black curtains come down over the windows blocking out the fans on the streets.

"Hey Carson, what's up dude?" Chris walked up first and gave him five as they others stood around waiting.

"Not much, not much. But I don't think you guys can say the same. You all just finished tours, and here you are on a joint tour. What's the deal?"

"Management!" They all answered in unison getting a laugh from the group. "They want us to get in all the fans possible, and what better way to have the biggest stars of pop do one joint tour together." Josh continued to answer.

"Aren't you forgetting another big pop quintent?" Carson questioned, and the group knew who they were talking about.

"Um, the BSB were not invited on this tour. Managment didn't want two of the boybands together, that would 13 people on tour." Lance answer that question,  laughing.

"13? I can get the 7 from you guys, 5 from BSB, but who else?" Carson asked in confusion.

"Samantha Mumba is joining us later on tonight." Brittney replied smiling. "She'll be a great addition to the group. As long as she ain't to scared of freaky shit, cuz we all got a lot a secret lives, that might scare the hell outta ya all." Brittney laughed again, as so did everyone else in the room. However, Justin's laugh was not sincere. The thought just crossed him that they barely knew Samantha, and she may not be open to homosexuality. Which could a big damper on the tour.

"Interesting, care to share any of those secrets?" Carson questioned like always.

"Well we can give you a few. Lance and I are dating, and Chris is still dating his girl back home. Chrissy's got a crush, and Justin and Josh have a special some one too." Brittney replied, not letting out the real secret the group was now sworn to keep.

"Those are some nice tidbits, because the word has been around town that you and Justin were finally becoming serious. I was hearing talks of marriage even." Carson laughed, but got no similar reaction from the group on stage.

"Nope, we don't care about those rumors anymore. No one believes us, so we just don't care. The truth is we aren't together, and we haven't gotten together since we were 12, sorry if that dissappoints the viewers." Brittney smiled, but it was obvious that she was only being sincere towards the crowd because she didn't want to come off as a bitch.

"That was worse then the Rosie situation. Did I mention that I hate that show, and Carson?" Justin whined again, as he climbed onto the bus.

"Yes you did, and I think we are all getting tired of hearing it." Lance replied, but was caught off guard by a smack from Brittney.

"I still love ya baby." Josh winked, and kissed Justin gently and quickly on the lips. As Justin, Josh, Lance, and Brittney turned to pay attention to where they were walking on the bus. They caught Samantha Mumba sitting in the living area, her eyes wide open and mouth drooped to the floor.

Justin's own mind raced, she had seen him. Not knowing what to do, Justin turned his mind to sadness, and soon began to cry. Rushing out of the area, he ran to his bunk and jumped in. Josh hesitated. He didn't know if he should explain to Samantha, or if he should run after and comfort Justin. Deciding it would be better if he settled the situation with Samantha, he walked casually to the living area.

"Hi, I'm Josh. You must be Samantha." Josh smiled and grabbed a hand that just wasn't extended for a shake. "I hope you aren't appalled by what you saw back there Samantha." Josh quickly added.

"You, you can call me Sam." Is all she managed to get out, as she took into consideration what to say. Sam was not comfortable with the situation, but she knew she couldn't say anything against it. They were nice enough to allow her to join the tour, and if she said anything it could ruin the careers. "Um, no, it's cool. I was just, shocked to say the least. I mean, you two are close and thats obvious, but I didn't think you were sleeping together." Samantha let out, and looked at Josh with a smile.

"Oh, we aren't, we haven't gone that far yet." Josh joked, laughing with her. "But are you sure?"

"Yeah, I'll get use to it." She smiled again and replied honestly.

"Alright, well then I hope you don't mind, but I have to go and talk to my boyfriend, I think he's a little upset right now." Josh said frowning, as he stood and walked to the bunk area. Sliding into the bunk he knew to be his and Justin's, he rolled right up to the back of Justin. "Babe, it's okay, Sam's cool with it." Josh kissed the back of his neck, waiting for Justin to respond.

"Really?" Justin croaked out, his tears subsided slowly.

"Yep, she said she'll get use to it. So now you can meet her." Josh smiled, and released Justin from his hold.

"Okay." Justin agreed, and wiped away the tears that still remained. As they headed back towards Samantha it was obvious that Justin had been crying. And although he didn't want to start off there relationship with tears, it was hard for him not to, after what he had expected from Samantha.

"Justin, this is Sam. Sam this is my boyfriend Justin." Josh let them shake hands, and they both took seats. Josh sitting next to Justin and wrapping an arm around him.

"I'm really sorry if I hurt you earlier Justin. I didn't mean to get that look on my face. I was just a little shocked to say the least that you two were together." Samantha apologized, not wanting to start the friendship off on a bad foot.

TBC.....

I am really sorry this chapter is so short, but the next one will be longer I promise. Not much was covered in this chapter. But I managed to get through the Rosie and TRL shows, which means the next chapter will cover the first day of touring. The guys met Samantha Mumba too, and it started off with trouble, but ended on a good note.

I would just like to say send me some e-mails on who Chris should like now. I have some good ideas of my own, but I'd like to hear from the fans if possible.

Next: Chapter 11
