Thank you for reading LLL and I hope you enjoy this story!

Chapter 23! In Life's Expectations, this stories prequel; I was at Halloween and Shane's Birthday. Oh and the chapter Nick came out to his mom. That was only forever ago >.>

Anyways! This chapter 23 is a little more serious than others. A little bit of Nick, a little bit of Lucas and lastly Tyson! You'll also meet the newest member of the LLL cast! I won't spoil it, but he will appear in this chapter.

So besides that... my next chapter release will be huge. I believe it added up to 13 chapters in total. They will be coming out to celebrate my birthday! Then the next release will be a big one too, happening on August 1st to celebrate four years of writing!

On to the chapter now!

LLL – Chapter 24 – Going NoWhere – Love Game Nick Bells' POV

Okay! First GSA meeting of the new semester! Well, kind of. I have to prepare for it. I hope the week break between semesters has gotten our numbers up. We have enough to keep it running, but I can always hope for more members.

I was walking down the hall towards my mom's classroom when I felt a pull on my shirt. I turned to see a kid I'd never seen before. He was shorter, looked to be in like grade 8. Even with our age gap, I should have at least seen his face before. With that blonde hair and green eyes, I'd remember it.

"Excuse me, but are you Nickolas Bells?" He asked super politely. I can't even get mad at him for using my full name that's how polite he sounded.

"I prefer Nick, but yes."

His smile was glowing. "Oh sorry." Wow, he's super adorable, for a kid who's younger than me. I'm into older guys. "I was wondering when the GSA meeting was. I asked around, and everyone told me to ask you."

"Oh, you're interested in joining?" He nodded. "Ya, it's going to be tomorrow after school at Mrs. Bells' classroom."

He seemed shocked at the last name. "Is Mrs. Bells your mom?"

"Ya, she is. That's why she supports the GSA so much. My older brother is bi, and I'm gay." He listened so intently. "I don't believe I got your name..."

"Oh sorry. My name is Nikolai Tavenor; I just moved into town."

This makes a ton more sense now! That's why I've never seen this kid before! "Well welcome to town, I hope I see you tomorrow at the GSA meeting."

"You certainly will. Thank you." He smiled, showing his teeth. God if I was in grade eight again... I would want that really badly right now. But all I want now is Lucas back.

After a long night of figuring out what I want to talk about in the GSA meeting, I got it! Well, mom got it but screw that! It was all me!

"Welcome to the first GSA meeting of the second semester! I can see we have a few new faces in the meeting today so why don't we just go around and see who's all here!" That's a good starting point right? "I'm Nick Bells."

"Isaac Adams."

"Antoine Rieu."

"Mattieu Rieu."

"Shane Hearing."

"Jade. That's all you're getting from me." When Subs call out her full name, its chaos.

"Lucas Bear" I kept my eyes on him as the next few went by.

"Blake Bear."

"Shyla Brook."

"Chester Vermont."

"Jake Milton."

"Peter Small."

"Jayce Miles." The man I wish would go away.

"Bradie Taite."

"Jay Taite."

"Taylor Rolfe."

"Tyson Jackson."

Last but certainly not least. "I'm Nikolai Tavenor. I'm new to town and wanted to join."

Jake got his shit eating grin on his face. "You a supporter or member of the LGTB community?"

Nikolai was shell shocked. He turned directly to Jake, with a look of panic on his face. I saved him from answering. "Well that topic, sort of, is what we're talking about today. We're going to talk about 'coming out of the closet.'

"There are many pros and cons of coming out. You may lose friends over it, but you will also gain the freedom to be yourself. Ultimately, to stay true to yourself you must face your sexuality.

"Today, what I want to focus on is how can we support someone who has had a negative 'coming out'?"

Antoine raised his hand. "What do you mean, negative 'coming out'?"

Isaac answered it for me. "Nick means when the person doesn't get support from people who are close to them. Like friends and family."

"Exactly!" Couldn't have said it better myself Isaac. "I'd also like to look over what could go wrong, and how we can help them. I don't want to get to dark, so we won't get too into it, but I will supply everyone with a list of emergency numbers.

"Now to begin, let's say they lack the support of a brother or sister. How can we assist that person?"

Mom got up from her spot at the back of the classroom. "How about, we ask around instead of creating situations. That way we can address real concerns people have. If you don't mind, would you share your coming out story Shane?"

"Of course!" Shane repositioned himself. "In grade 8 I was with Lucas and one day we had a fight, and he ended up walking away to the end of the industrial wing. Someone overheard him talking to Chester, and it got spread around the entire school."

"Did we ever find out who it was?" Lucas asked Shane.

"OH!" Chester jumped out of his seat. "Ya, I did!"

"And you never told us?" Shane and Lucas asked together.

"It was Adam Bruce. I thought that was obvious."

"Anyways." Shane continued with his story. "With support from Gage, Nick's older brother, and a few friends I got through it and found Zach. Without my friends, foster parents, and most importantly my brother. I don't know where I would be."

"That is what I like to hear." Okay, mom's plan is a bazillion times better than mine. "Does anyone else have a coming out story?"

Nikolai raised his hand. "I don't have a story, just a question."

"What is your question?"

"It's actually for Nick." Wait what? Okay, let's go! "You told me yesterday that your brother is bi, and you're gay. What went through your mind when coming out to your parents?"

Fuck, why did he have to ask such a personal, and super good question? "Personal question, so I'll answer it in a not so direct way. Most people are scared of coming out to their parents. Some people have older siblings that are gay or bi. And then there are those who know their parents will accept them, but are still afraid they won't." Not as indirect as I would have hoped but nonetheless.

After that Blake and Isaac told their stories about coming out. But none really addressed coming out to a parent and having them disown you.

Mom changed that though. "So I know I wanted to change it up from Nick's tactics, but that didn't work. Someone in this room might fear coming out to us and expressing his or her fears. Therefore, I'll ask, what can you do when your parents don't approve?"

The room went silent. Isaac laughed suddenly after moments of silent. "You can't do anything. You can't change their minds about things." I shot Lucas a look. He was staring at the ground. "If you get kicked out, you can call the system but that won't do you any good. A lot of gay youth end up on the streets if they aren't wanted at home."

"That is true Isaac. LGTB youth are also the most at risk for suicide. There are suicide hotlines for youth out there though. Plus with a strong bond and the proper support, that can help them as well.

"So Isaac, your right, there isn't much you can do. But if any of you finds yourself in a situation where you cannot go home. Talk to me, you can stay at my house until you find someone to stay with." That was basically the end of the meeting. Good meeting in my books!

Well, almost a good meeting. Jayce came up to me after most of them had left. "So, want to go on a date now?"

"Really Jayce?" Lucas had barely left the room when he asked. I'm sure he asked loud enough for him to hear it too. "I told you before, no."

"And you never gave me a reason." Nope, I didn't. "So what's your reason?"

Fuck... He caught me. "I don't really have one... Other than Lucas and I just broke up."

"So I'll pick you up on Friday at five." Jayce began to walk out.

"I never agreed to anything."

"Picking you up. If you stand me up, you're going to seem like the ass." God damn it, what am I getting myself into?

Lucas Bear's POV

Today is the day that dad and I go to therapy together. It was weird, both mom and Riley thought it was a good idea. Blake refused to come with us.

The meeting was pretty good. The therapist spent the first part with me alone. We talked about our relationship with dad and my life growing up. He knew some stuff since mom works in the same building as him.

Now we're out at dinner together. Mr. Mikes is pretty decent. "So how's the new classes working out?" Dad asked me.

"Pretty good so far. I passed Socials so I can graduate this year." Which is a major relief off my back. "All I need to do is pass English and Earth Science and I can graduate on time."

"Better work hard then!" Dad smiled. I could only pass my science classes thanks to Nick. Socials I barely passed. "How's the GSA at the high school going?"

"Pretty good. Nick and his mom do a good job with it. We have almost twenty members. It's going pretty well." I think I went too far into that...

Dad had this look in his eyes like he really liked hearing about it. "You sound passionate about it."

"Not as passionate as Nick is." Fuck why did I mention him?

"How is Nick nowadays?" This is why I didn't want to mention him.

Can I really tell my dad that Nick is sad now? He knows we broke up, but I never told him how. If I tell him he's sad about us, he'll tell me to stop caring about it. I can't stop caring... I don't want to stop caring.

"He's good." I lied through my teeth.

Dad looked at me once, and I knew he knew I was lying. "That isn't what Rita says. She says he's lost his bounce and looks sad around school."

He's not wrong. Every once in a while you I see him bounce before he sees me. Once he sees me, his mood gets turned down to zero and every once in a while he looks over at me.

"She's not wrong..."

I looked down at the table. Food, please get here fast! "Then why did you lie to me?"

"I didn't mean to... I just thought you'd tell me to ignore it."

Dad sighed. "Nick is your friend Lucas; you're allowed to care about what mood he's in." I couldn't help but smile a bit. I mean I can care about Nick and not have to care what my dad thinks. "Any luck finding a girlfriend?"

And there's the question of the night. "Not really. I like a girl, but I don't know how to... well ask her out."

"Just go up and ask her out. What's the worst that can happen?" Nick can find out and be even more depressed. I will get denied and get made fun of until the end of days. Shyla is pretty popular...

Again I looked down at the table. "Ya, I guess so..." Yep, awkward as always with my dad.

Dinner went over... sort of well. We moved onto other topics of conversation. Sports mostly, talking about just stuff. Dad did most of the talking, like usual.

He dropped me off at home, I waved and walked inside. Mom was sitting in the kitchen looking out the window. "How was dinner?"

"Pretty good..." I shrugged as mom still had that look saying 'I'm not done with you yet.' "What else do you want?"

"How was the therapist?"

I sighed. "He told me to stop trying to impress my dad. That I don't need to prove anything."

"And he's not wrong." Can people please stop telling me that what I'm doing is wrong? I just want to do what I do without those comments.

"I'll be in my room." Was all I could say as I walked away. Blake was in the living room watching TV. He wouldn't even look at me as I passed by. All the signs are there, but I ignore them... am I really doing the right thing?

Tyson Jackson's POV

"So that Nikolai kid is cute," Bradie stated as we entered his house. "I'd let him suck me off." Is that a hint at something?

"He's pretty cute." Who am I kidding, I boned up the moment I saw him! He was in my French and Math classes! I think those are going to be my favorite classes this semester.

Bradie looked at me. "Would you kiss him?" I could feel my face heat up. "I'll take that as a yes." He laughed as he continued through his house.

"So what's the plan?" I asked as we got into his room.

He sat down on the bed spreading his legs. "Well, I think we both know what happens every time you come over." Bradie undid his fly and leaned back.

I got on my knees and pulled his pants and underwear down. His fully erect penis came into view. I took hold of it and got as much of it as I could into my mouth. At this point, I'd blown him a few times, and I could almost make it to the base. Bradie pushed me down more; I had his full member in my mouth.

Usually, I thought of how Bradie was reacting when I did this. Now... I'm thinking what would it be like if this were Nikolai?

How is he naked? Does he have a thick penis? Maybe a long one or both! How much hair does he have? Is he hairless, or maybe covered in hair? Would we be sixty-nining? How big are his nipples? IS HE CUT OR UNCUT!?

Before I knew it, Bradie shot his load into my throat, and I pulled off him. "Awesome! You know, next time we should try anal."

"What!?" I croaked.

"Anal, me fucking your ass. It's how guys fuck." Yes, Bradie I know that. "Would you be up for that Tyson?"

"I don't know; I'm just getting used to blowing you, and I enjoy it." Not a complete lie, right? If I were enjoying it, I would be more focused on him but I do enjoy sucking him off.

Luckily my phone went off. Zach texted me.

Zach – Your parents are taking us out to dinner. You have got to come home and get ready Me – Okay, I'll be home shortly Zach – I'll come pick you up, where are you? Me – Bradie's Zach – K, be there soon

Bradie looked at me. "What was that about? You went into a deep concentration on your messages."

"I have a dinner I have to go to. I got to go home and get ready."

"Like a big dinner?" I nodded. "How dressed up do you have to be?"

"I have to do my hair nice and have a vest on. I shouldn't need a tux at this sudden of a dinner." Hopefully, I hate tuxes.

"That's cool, I guess. I hope you have a good time."

Knowing the difference between Bradie's family and mine... I was about to get served food that could feed them for a month. My family is really well off... The Taites, not so much. Their mom works two jobs, and their dad is seasonal.

"Thanks..." I quickly got out of the room. I don't want to be that guy and brag about the food I get and all... but I feel like an ass anyways.

By the time I got outside, Zach's truck had just pulled up. I quickly hopped in, and he just looked at me. He didn't drive he just looked at me. "You two did something." WHAT!? How could he tell? "It's written all over you. So what did you two do?"

He started to get the truck going. I can be honest with Zach right? "I blew him... You can't tell my parents though!"

"Did he make you?"

"No." Why would he? He's too nice for that.

"Then I have no reason to tell them." Thank God. "Was this your first time?" Nope, not answering!

"Zach, how do you tell if you like someone? Like REALLY like someone."

Zach looked over at me for a second. "Who do you think you like?"

"This new kid... his name is Nikolai. He's in my French and Math class."

"Well, it sounds like you have the typical 'new kid crush' to me." What does he mean by that? "Basically, without knowing too much about him to like him. I say get to know him a bit more and then see where that goes. Did he join the GSA?"

"Ya, he did!" I am way too excited about that.

Zach laughed at me. "Well, that's a good sign. I wish you luck in your wooing of this new kid. Maybe he'll even woo you."

"That would take a miracle!"

He shook his head. "I was a new kid once, who wooed the hell out of Shane." True enough. But I'm not that lucky to get a guy like that so easy.

Nikolai Tavenor's POV

I jumped into my house. "MOM, TRAVIS!!"

I quickly ran around the corner into my new living room. Both my mom and Travis were sitting there watching TV. I started jumping up and down, waving my arms while spinning in circles.

"Yes, Nikolai?" Travis asked.

I stopped my bouncing to speak. "So there is a GSA at this school and there are a bunch of cute guys in it!"

Okay, two things I should explain about me. First I'm bi, with more of an interest in guys. Second, Travis is my step-father. My mom and dad split when I was 5. I go and see my dad on major vacations. Next time I see him is Spring Break.

Mom laughed. "That's what's got you all hyped up?"

"YES!" I screamed. "There was a kid, named Tyson in it. I think he's your boss's son." Travis is the reason we moved here. He got a really good job opportunity.

"Was his last name Jackson? Cause Greg does have a son named Tyson. In fact, I'm meeting him tonight at a company dinner."

"We're going out for dinner?"

"No dear, just Travis. Since he just got into town, there wasn't room for all four of us." Oh ya, I have a little sister named Wednesday. Don't ask me why she's named after a day of the week.

"Aww, that sucks!" I snorted and pouted. I knew it wasn't going to get me anywhere though. "I'm gonna go finish my homework. Mom, can I go swimming tonight?"

"Sure, take your sister." Of course...

"Fiiiine!" I groaned before heading to my room.

Dropping my bag on the floor I grabbed my digital camera from it. I opened it up to a picture of Tyson... his smile is so intoxicating. I hope the whole GSA thing is a hint he's gay. Usually, they are, but sometimes they aren't... hopefully though!!

Chapter end.

Okay, so originally I didn't lie. Cause the plan wasn't to have Nikolai's POV in the chapter. But I thought it was too short, so I added it.

So next chapter release, you get three chapters! Well, 2.5... but it turns out to be three in total on nifty.

Next few chapters are going to be... well difficult to some people. You may have seen this coming but if you haven't, there were signs. The chapters will be released on July 3rd! My birthday!

Thanks for reading!

Next: Chapter 28
