The sun was shining through the window of the hotel room the next morning when Manu started stirring out of his sleep. He tossed back the cover and sat up on the couch wiping the sleep from his eyes. He made his way over to the kitchen area, poured some water, and started making a pot of coffee in case either Randy or Cody wanted any.

While he thought about that he headed over to the bedroom door and lightly tapped on the door to see if they were awake yet.

"What?" came Cody's sleepy voice.

"Just checking to make sure you're alright. Making some coffee so get your ass out of bed."

"I don't want to get..." was all that was said causing an awkward silence.

Manu smiled to himself knowing that Cody had just realized he wasn't in his bed alone. He walked back to the living room and sat down on the couch flicking through the channels.

Back in the bedroom Cody had sat up in the bed and was looking down at the sleeping form of Randy lying next to him. He carefully got out of the bed and made his way into the living room. He sat down beside Manu and ran his hand through his hair.

"Um, what is that all about?"

"What is what about Cody?"

"What's Randy doing in my room? And why was he in my bed?"

"I don't know what happened after I went to bed." Manu said knowing that Cody would end up saying something.

He didn't say anything but he did get a look from Cody and could see the confusion in his face. Then the confusion went away and it looked like he was ready to cry.

"Relax Cody, things kind of got bad with Ted and Randy came over to make sure you were alright. I guess he ended up falling asleep and staying the night."

The bedroom door opened again and Randy came out looking to Manu and Cody. "Morning guys."

"Morning" Manu answered as Cody just watched Randy not sure what to think.

Randy crossed in front of them and sat down in the chair next to where Cody was and watched the TV to see what was going to be on.

"So, are you feeling better?" Randy asked his blue eyes turning to Cody.

"I'm doing alright I suppose. I mean I'm not sure how I should be feeling. Broke up with my boyfriend and then ended up with you in my bed."

"And that's bad?"

Cody couldn't fight the chuckle but shook his head. "Well, I don't guess it's bad but I really. I don't know."

"It's okay Cody, nothing happened." Randy said reaching over and patting Cody's knee.

"I know, I remember."

"You little shit." Manu said when Cody admitted he remembered last night.

Randy looked to Manu but didn't get an answer as to what he was talking about. Cody chuckled as well and got up getting him and Randy a cup of coffee before sitting back down on the couch reaching a cup over.

Manu grinned and lean over closer to Cody, "just to pay you back for acting all innocent, you might have slept with him, but I've seen him naked."

Cody looked towards Manu his mouth dropping open as he then turned and looked to Randy.

"What?"

"Nothing." Cody said grinning.

Randy then looked to Manu and shrugged his shoulders, "just told him I saw you naked. No biggie."

"No biggie?" Randy said almost spitting out the coffee that he had took a sip of before Manu admitted what he told Cody.

"Yeah, like I said, no biggie. I've seen Cody here naked too."

Cody had started blushing just a bit and reach over punching Manu's arm, "Hey, let's not broadcast that to the world, I told you I'm forever locking the door now due to that little misshap."

"Yeah, to late so sad."

Randy had started chuckling now and got a glare from Cody.

"What are you laughing at? He freaking saw you in your birthday suit too."

"Yeah, and Randy doesn't have anything to blush about." Manu said wiggling his eyebrows as Randy's face started getting a deeper and deeper shade of red.

Cody looked to Manu and then to Randy and had opened his mouth to say something but was cut off.

"Come on guys, let's not talk about this, it's kind of uncomfortable." Randy said as he shook his head.

With that they both did drop it but Randy could see by the little smirk on Cody's face that he hadn't put it out of his mind and his blush didn't seem to be going away anytime soon. Cody got up and refilled his and Randy's cup of coffee before walking back over to the couch. He sat right down at the end of the couch now and his leg was pressed right up against Randy's.

Cody held the coffee cup out and Randy took it and nodded his thanks. He focused back on the TV as they were talking about the weather and he wondered what it was going to be like. Cody sat there looking at him pushing all naughty thoughts out of his head but still not sure what to say or do. He had always considered him a friend as they grew up together. But he never expected the man to have been there for him like he had last night.

After the weather went off Randy finished his coffee and got up taking the cup to the sink before stretching.

"Well guys, I'm going to head back to my room. I need to take a shower and see if it can get me motivated."

"See ya." both of them said at the same time.

Once the door closed Manu turned to Cody, "Are you sure you're okay man? You look a little confused still."

"I'm fine, thanks for going and getting him last night. I think he's been through the same thing that I'm going through now."

"At least you have someone to go to for advice." Manu said hugging Cody before going to the phone on the wall that was ringing.

"Whatever man, but it had better be quick. I don't want any trouble."

Cody looked to Manu after the phone hung up and wondered what that was all about.

"Ted is on his way back up here to get some things man. Do you want to go back into the bedroom and lock the door?"

"No, if he wanted in there he could get in there," Cody thought as he thought whether he should get out of the room or not. "I'm going up the hall; call my cell when he is gone."

"Okay, Randy's room?"

"Yeah."

Cody exited his hotel room and started up the hallway towards Randy's room. He knocked but didn't get an answer so he went on in and locked the door as he heard a door down the hall opening and knew it had to be Ted.

He heard the shower going and walked over to the bathroom and stood in the doorway.

"Randy?"

"Yeah?"

"It's me. Cody."

"Everything alright?"

"Ted was on his way up to the room to get some belongings and I just don't want to see him right now."

"That's understandable but you're not going to be able to avoid him all the time, you know that right?"

"Yeah, I know." Cody said walking over and looking through the glass door.

Randy was washing his hair as Cody watched him not saying anything. He slowly peeled off his shirt and then dropped his jeans to the floor walking closer to the shower door. Randy had stuck his head under the water and couldn't hear the glass door opening. Boxers hit the floor as Cody stepped into the shower behind the man as he closed the door back.

Cody reached out and put his hands on Randy's shoulders as he looked at the tattoo on his back. Randy hadn't expected it and jumped just a bit.

"Shit, you scared me." Randy chuckled as he got the water out of his face.

"Sorry."

"Um, I take it Manu stole the shower first?" Randy asked not sure what else to say.

Cody chuckled, "No. I just thought I would come and keep you company."

"Well I'm finished anyway so you can take a shower here. I don't mind a bit."

Randy reached for the glass door to open it and get out of the shower but was cut off by Cody's voice.

"Randy?"

"Yeah?"

"Stay. Please?"

Randy looked into Cody's eyes and didn't know what to say. He needed to get out of the shower because this wasn't right but he couldn't tell Cody no. He was already in a fragile state.

Randy turned and looked to Cody closing the door back. He nodded his head and moved out of the way so that Cody could get underneath the stream of water. He crossed his arms across his chest and couldn't stop himself from looking at the young man in front of him. Cody took the washcloth that Randy had used and started soaping it up with the body wash and started washing himself.

He turned and saw Randy looking at him and grinned. He knew it must have been awkward for him, but they both knew about each other so it wasn't like either should be nervous. There had been several times in their lives that they stayed over at each other's house as kids. Cody hadn't seen this much of Randy in years though, and well, he had definitely changed.

Cody let his eyes look over Randy's body and then slowly go back up to his eyes. Randy had started blushing again as he knew what Cody had done. He did it in plain sight, not hiding it a bit.

"Manu is right."

That was all that Cody could say as he grinned.

"What's he right about?"

"You definitely have a nice body."

"Did you guys talk about me more after I left?" Randy asked arching an eyebrow looking at the young man talking to him.

"Well, I couldn't help myself. I had to ask him what you looked like, and now I get to see for myself."

"Well I guess I'm going to take that as a compliment," Randy chuckled, "John never seemed to be into my body all that much; I guess it was my tats."

"He obviously doesn't see the things the way I do then does he?" Cody said rinsing himself off as he let his hair get wet so that he could wash the old gel out of it that he had put there yesterday. Once that was finished he rinsed and turned back facing Randy stepping closer to him.

"You fini--" Randy started to ask but was interrupted.

Cody's lips were pressed against his before the word was finished. Randy closed his eyes and put his hand on Cody's chest stopping him.

"Cody, don't."

"What?"

"Don't. I don't want you doing something that you're going to regret."

"I won't regret it."

"Cody, you're hurting. You don't know what you're doing."

"Yes I do, and I know you have a crush on me. You can admit it."

"Yes Cody, I do have a crush on you, but I don't want to be a rebound that you're going to end up regretting later.

"You're not attracted to me. Ted was right."

"What?"

"Ted had picked up that he thought you had a crush on me a long time ago. He said that you only wanted me because I was with him. I guess he was right, you don't find me attractive. You only wanted me because I was with Ted. Now that I'm not you don't want me."

"Cody, that's bullshit and you know it."

"What do I know? I don't know who to believe."

Randy shook his head and pushed Cody back against the wall of the shower and pressed his lips to the man's pinning him against the wall.

"I'm very attracted to you," Randy said his lips brushing Cody's, "but you just ended a relationship. You need to get over that first before you move on."

Cody's hands had reach out and rest on Randy's hips as he looked into his eyes. He knew that what Randy was saying was probably true. He probably was rushing things but he would do anything to stop the hurt that he was feeling.

Cody leaned in again and pressed his lips to Randy's slowly closing his eyes. Randy didn't fight it, he closed his eyes and kissed the man back. They broke the kiss apart when there was a knock on the door.

"Fuck!" Randy said resting his forehead against Cody's, his eyes still closed. He slowly reached for the door and opened it stepping out wrapping a towel around his waist.

"Did you lock the door?"

"No."

Randy stepped out of the bathroom right when the door opened and Manu walked in.

"Hey, Cody still here?"

"Yeah, Ted gone?"

"Yeah, he went back to John and Mike's room and said that he was going to get his own room tonight and for Cody to not come crawling back to him.

"Fat chance." Cody said walking out of the bathroom behind Randy with a towel wrapped around his waist as well.

Manu's eyebrow rose and a grin slowly crept up his face. "I see you had to find out for yourself didn't you kid?" he asked Cody.
