The Man with the Jeep Chapter 11

"Hey Andrew!" came a muffled voice from a distant realm. "Andrew!"

Then he felt himself being jostled in a weird way that made him feel like Jell-O.

"Time to wake up, buddy."

Andrew groaned. He felt weird: all sweaty and hot in front, while chilled goosebumps covered his back and his butt. He shivered a little and then it all came rushing back to him. 'God, that was hot!' He thought to himself. He had given John a good drilling, and then...what? Fallen asleep? Where was he?

He jerked upright with a start and almost fell over he made himself so dizzy.

"Easy there, champ! Give yourself a minute."

"I am SO sorry, John! I didn't mean to collapse on you like that! I had no idea I was tired enough to fall asleep!"

"Calm down, it's all good. If you will recall, I think you earned a rest. Anyone would need a recharge after what you just did!"

"Did I hurt you?"

"Only barely, and it was all delicious," John assured him. "Now can I talk you into stepping down?"

"Stepping down from what?"

"The Jeep, sleepy head. I need to get up."

"Oh!" exclaimed Andrew as his still-waking brain finally started connecting the dots. "Of course!"

He hopped off the Jeep using John's handy rear end for balance. He could see a little stream of dried cum on the back of one leg, and another much longer one on the inside of the other leg that clearly came from the puffy red lips of John's hole.

"Are you sure you're okay?" Andrew asked as John slowly stood up.

"I'm fine, just a little stiff, if you'll pardon the pun."

"Now I know you're fine, you dork."

"Thank you for believing me. And thank you for that excellent fuck. It was the hottest one I can remember."

Andrew was both embarrassed and pleased with himself. He didn't know what came over him. He was normally a very sensitive lover. That "beast mode" almost never came out, though he could feel it within himself often enough. He just didn't dare let it loose. Somehow John had yet again drawn a hidden part of his inner self out into the open. And as usual, John got the brunt of it. Literally, this time.

As John carefully got down from the Jeep, Andrew tentatively explored that new revelation. It was kind of freeing to let go, but he really didn't want to hurt anyone. If it wasn't for John egging him on, he never would have lost control. So in a way, if John was lying about any pain he was in, it was really his own fault, right? Andrew snickered inwardly just a little bit at that thought, but then embraced the responsibility to himself once again. He would have to be more careful if he didn't want to scare John away.

Having stretched his muscles a little bit, John turned to him.

"How about we go put our clothes back on and grab some lunch?"

"Excellent idea," Andrew responded.

John led the way back around the hedge and down the receding path of grass along the cliff face. Andrew could see the golden hair of John's furry ass and legs shine in the sun as they walked back down into the alcove. 'Such a beautiful butt!' Andrew thought yet again as they walked. 'And it felt SO good inside!' Andrew was at half-mast by the end of the short walk down to the heaps of clothes they had left piled on the ground.

"Make sure to shake them out before you put those back on," John advised. "This is the wilderness after all."

Andrew did as he was instructed. He wasn't keen on getting a bug bite in an unfortunate location. John reached for the small cooler while Andrew opened the lockbox of food, and between the two of them made a quite satisfactory little lunch of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, chips, and some juice.

Once they each settled into a sitting position on their respective hammocks, John motioned to Andrew.

"So, how was your mom's birthday party?"

"It was good. You did make me late though, you jerk."

"I'm sorry, I couldn't help myself," John chuckled. "Was there a penalty for being late?"

"No, of course not."

"Tell me about it. Was there a bunch of people, or just family?"

"It was just family. Mom isn't so keen on the annual celebrations anymore and is quite happy to just spend it with us, so that's what we did. My sister made her a white cake with raspberry filling and some beautiful pink roses on top. She really did get all the talent for that. Mom tried to teach me, but I never did get the hang of it. All I can do is lettering. Which is why I was supposed to get there early: she wanted me to write `happy birthday' on it before Mom saw the cake. She had to sneak it in and stash it on a top shelf in the pantry until I got there to finish it. She got over it though.

Her three little minions were a little less accommodating, and as soon as I finished my part of the cake, they whisked me off into the basement where production had already started on a fleet of Lego cars. It's our tradition to use every Lego in the house for a new fleet every time we visit Grandma's house. Those kids are so creative! You should see some of the stuff they come up with! Some have really cool features and tricks, while others just look amazing. And, of course, we have our fair share of crazy ones by the time we get down to the last random pieces," Andrew laughed. "We try to go as fast as we can at the beginning so we have more time to play with them before the end of the day."

"That actually sounds like a lot of fun," John said.

"It is the best. I love those kids to death."

"So, did you just play with Legos all day then?"

"Oh no! We finished the building just barely before lunch, when we went back upstairs to eat and then have my mom open her presents. We had to go back down for races afterwards though. Dad still has an old pinewood derby track from when my brother was in Cub Scouts, so the niblings and I always run our creations down the course and the winner gets to wear an old beat-up Burger King crown for the day. Once I crowned the winner, I headed upstairs to join the adult conversation. "We just chatted and got caught up on family news and stuff."

"Any bombshells?"

"No, everything seems to be good. Now that her youngest is in school, my sister is thinking about getting a part time job to make some extra income. Her husband is still at his job as a mechanic. He loves it, but it hasn't paid as well lately, which makes him nervous. I guess Dad made a new friend who has talked him into joining a bowling league, which is hilarious, because my dad hates all things sports. Give him a stack of books and he is happy as a clam. You should see his library! It used to be the master suite, but his collection of books kept growing and growing until I left for college, when they moved into my old room. It was easier than moving all the books, hahaha."

"That sounds pretty awesome, actually."

"It is. Someday I want a library too, but I'm thinking an office with a lot of books instead of a regional database of print!"

"Funny!"

"So, let's see, was there anything else? Mom is still puttering away at home with weekly Bible studies, her bridge club, and an occasional wedding cake or something even though she swears she's retired. Oh! My little brother finally got a job at a firehouse, so he's super excited about that. Did you know they have to go to school for that and everything? That surprised me. And it surprised me even more when he graduatedÑwith honors no less! I couldn't be prouder of him. He was so crazy as a kid, I thought he'd never focus on anything enough to do better than McDonald's, and here he is a straight up firefighter!"

"Good for him! Sometimes it just takes the right motivation to accomplish your dreams."

"Very true! I just didn't know he had the dream, hahaha."

"And what did your update include?"

"Mine?"

"Yes, bozo: yours! What news did you share with them?"

"You want to know if I told them about you, don't you?"

"Maybe," John laughed. "But it's okay if you didn't. I know sometimes these things are tricky."

"Well to be honest, I was going to wait, but they kept asking me why I kept zoning out and I had to tell them. I'm no good at secrets."

"You were zoning out?"

"Well, yeah. I was still reeling from that farewell kiss you gave me that morning and I had a hard time figuring it out."

"What was to figure out?"

"Oh, nothing really, it just mostly surprised me is all."

"Did I go too far? Sometimes I get caught up in the mood and act rashly. I'm sorry if I did. It won't happen again."

"No, no! It was good, but I..." Andrew hesitated. "I am usually very careful about keeping myself out of situations where I am not in control. When you...jumped me by the front door, I didn't know how to react and then I was worried about how I did. And then I was worried that I could have reacted better. And then, well, let's just say it went round and round my head all day."

"I am so sorry, Andrew!"

"No, it wasn't you at all! Well, actually, it was totally all about you, but I finally just had to come to grips with the fact that I liked it. I just never thought I would, so it took me a while to realize it."

"Well, I'm glad you had that epiphany, but I'm sorry I messed up your day to get there."

"It's all good. Except you made me lose my first Lego race in years!" Andrew laughed.

"My bad!"

"Anyway, I kept pondering that while trying track with family talk, so I was a little distracted until mid-afternoon. My mom finally kind of called me out on it then."

John got a little nervous at this point, because he knew how "straight-arrow" Andrew was. The boy couldn't lie convincingly to save his life.

"So, I finally just told them that I met a guy I really like and that we had just decided to become official boyfriends the day before, and I was just distracted thinking of you."

John let out the breath he had been holding.

"Everything I said was true, I just left out a few details they didn't need to know. It was hard enough when I came out. I don't want to fan that flame if I don't need to."

"I'm proud of you." John said. "You were true to yourself, considerate of them, and didn't hide me. A lot of guys would have. Yet another thing about you that I love."

Though it was hard for him, Andrew tried to receive the compliment. "Thanks," he said simply.

"So then it was fine sailing?"

"Well, no. Mom suddenly got all mad at me that I didn't invite you to the birthday party to meet her and the family, and then she started asking all these questions about you: What was your name? Did you grow up here? Did she know your parents? Blah blah blah."

"So YOU had the bombshell!"

"I guess. I just gave her the short answers I knew and then promised to bring you home to meet her soon. She was fine after that. That is always the hard part: she wants to know all about every guy I meet. On one hand, it makes me feel embarrassed that I don't usually have all the answers that she wants, and on the other hand, if things go south as they always seem to, she takes it harder than I do and I have to spend a lot of energy trying to console her that my boyfriend and I broke up.

"By then it was dinnertime, so we all sat around the table and ate and teased each other as we do. After dinner, we started a movie and when the kids got bored fifteen minutes in, I took them downstairs and we went back to the Legos for the rest of the night.

"So that was my Saturday."

"It sounds like you had a good time."

"I did. I always do with my family."

"Very cool. I love hanging with mine when I can too, but we are a rowdy bunch, haha."

"I can't wait to meet them."

"Likewise! So when is the next birthday?"

"About a month away will be my brother's. I'm guessing we will meet up for lunch and a birthday cake on the closest Saturday, but it won't be an all-day affair like it is for Mom's."

"Sounds perfect then!"

"Yeah," Andrew said. On the inside though, Murphy's Law strove to the forefront of his mind. Anything that can go wrong will go wrong, so chances of John actually meeting his mom or the rest of the family seemed pretty slim to Andrew. As perfect as John seemed to be, he would inevitably fade away like everyone else did, and Andrew would sweep up the remnants of his heart and spend a month trying to avoid his mom. He hated this cycle.

"So now that you've pumped me for fun and I've pumped you for information, what shall we do next?"

"You mean you don't have all this planned down to the minute? I thought was the way you operated!"

"Well, I did last weekend. This is more my normal though: I have a list of options that we could do if and when we feel like it, but we could just as easily throw away the list and do something completely different. My plans are usually made out of rubber."

"That's good to know. So, what kind of things do you have on the list?"

"We could return to the grotto (that waterfall from last week), go on any one of a number of hikes, romp around the trails in the Jeep, climb this rock wall here, set up a zip line, and this morning it sounded like you might like to check out the garage too. Anything catch your fancy?"

"What, no more sex for the weekend?"

"I just figured that went without saying, you horny little bastard!'

"Well, as long as we are clear about that."

"You might notice that everything on this list goes well with sex."

"Oh good! I thought that was just my imagination telling me that."

"If so, we share the same imagination," John grinned.

"Well, the zip line sounds fun, but it might be a little late to set that up today, am I right?"

"Yeah, you're probably right, but we can do that tomorrow."

"Deal! And as much as I loved the grotto, I'm kind of in the mood for something else right now."

"Fair enough! I'm not feeling a hike at the moment,"ÑAndrew blushed a little at thatÑ"so how about a Jeep excursion?"

"Sounds good to me!"

"Great!"

They cleaned up the lunch mess and made their way to Old Red back in the clearing.

As they approached, Andrew immediately noticed the big dried puddle of cum on the hood with its various rivulets trailing down the sides. He felt gratified to know that John had clearly not been lying when he had said enjoyed the morning's adventure. The last doubts of his behavior faded away.

Andrew thought he saw the tiniest smirk on John's face when he saw where Andrew's gaze had been caught. Andrew blushed a little but acted as if he hadn't noticed. After all, he might be mistaken about John's thoughts.

Andrew clambered in the passenger side and automatically buckled himself in tight.

"I thought I was going to have to remind you about that."

"No, it's pretty automatic for me: I feel naked in a car without a seatbelt."

"I see," John laughed.

He started up the motor and away they went, crashing back the way they had come earlier that morning.

About two-thirds of the way back to the garage as far as Andrew could guess, they veered to the right down an invisible track that was much rougher than the other two they had taken thus far.

They jounced and bounced down the way, sometimes slowing to an almost complete stop to overcome big rocks or sharp turns and sometimes it seemed they would race to get through muddy patches that may or may not have gotten them stuck.

This was a new experience for Andrew. Yes, he had been down some rough roads in four-wheel-drivesÑincluding this very Jeep on this very propertyÑbut this was clearly untamed wild land. He kind of assumed there was a track because of the confidence John exuded and the expert and precise way he directed the Jeep, but he couldn't make it out. In fact, he was completely lost just a few minutes after leaving the trail to the alcove. The only thing he could even guess was that they were going slightly downhill.

Unlike the other trails they had taken, this course demanded full attention. There was no bird watching or listening to the wind rustle through the leaves this time around. The sturdy old machine crashed and banged its way down, over, around, and down until it suddenly pushed its way out of the undergrowth and onto the pebbly shore of a small river.

"Made it!" crowed John.

"Made it to where?" asked Andrew.

"The river!" exclaimed John.

"Oh..." replied Andrew, not quite sure what the big deal was about.

"Oh, sorry; another sentimental memory spot. We cousins would trample through all that brush for half a day to get down here and play in the water. That's what actually inspired the stairs."

He pointed off to the left, but Andrew couldn't see any stairs from where he was.

"Our parents got tired of the all the insect bites and minor injuries we would collect along the way. Personally, I don't see how that stair is any safer for kids, but you know if Mama ain't happy..."

"...ain't nobody happy," Andrew finished.

"Exactly! So once the stairs were done, we never again made that trek through the woods to get here. I wasn't sure I would remember the way."

"So, you bluffed your way through that? I thought there was a path!"

"Did you see a path?"

"Well, no, but I just figured I'm too new to see it."

John laughed again. "Nope, that was pure trail blazing!"

"Then I'm impressed you got us here so well," Andrew smiled. He really enjoyed seeing John this happy and satisfied. "I never could have done it, that's for sure!"

Andrew looked around. It looked like many pictures he had seen of many rivers and not incredibly distinctive, but it was pretty. The river was clear and meandered its way down its course of rocks, sometimes wide and shallow, sometimes narrow and quick-flowing. The pebble beaches on either side extended between ten and thirty feet from the banks of the water itself before giving way to green underbrush that continued up the sides of the slopes on either side. Some trees were near enough to cast generous shade in spots, and some had been too close and apparently fallen in to be washed downstream, their graying masses strewn along the way. It also seemed more peaceful here than in the forest above. Up to now, the life of the forest was around them at all times, but down here, there was less commotion. Maybe it was just that the steep banks on either side sheltering it from the sun, or the fact that you could hear the happy sounds of running water, but it was very endearing.

Andrew got out of the Jeep and walked up beside John, who was poking his foot around in the gravel a few yards away. He clasped his hand as they stood there.

"This is a really tranquil spot," Andrew said. "I like it."

"I'm glad you like it. I do too, but of course this river has a lot of memories for me."

Moments later, the peace was shattered by a loud, grating bellow.

"HEY! This is private property! If you value your life, leave NOW!"
