I drove first to my parents' house to drop off Pookie. I looked at Pookie curled up. She was sleeping at the passenger's seat. I knew that I was gonna miss Pookie! She's such a sweet and loyal dog and it's the first time that I was gonna be parted from her for such a long time. I parked my car and carried Pookie along with her bowl and some cans of dog food. I walked to the front door and pressed the doorbell.

After a few seconds, my mom opened the door and smiled when she saw me. "Hey there!" She greeted and gave me a hug and kissed my cheek.

"I just came to bring her." I told her and she took Pookie from me. Pookie was barking and wagging her tail so much. She must be really excited to see my mom as well. My mom was doing some baby talk with her. Jeez, she's not a baby anymore even if she seemed like a puppy in size since she's a chihuahua.

"Come in first hon." She told me. I stepped inside the house and closed the door. "Where's Josh?" She asked.

"He's at home with Justin, another friend." I informed her.

She looked at me. Probably scrutinizing me mentally. "Are you really sure about this?" She asked.

"What do you mean this?" I asked back emphasizing on the word 'this.'

"You going away with him." She clarified.

"Mom, I'm gonna be back. It's gonna be just for a few weeks. Then I'm back at home." I told her.

"I know, I know. But you're gonna be with him 24/7 in some foreign place. I'm just asking if you're really that serious in seeing the good and bad side of him?" She questioned.

"Mom, I love him. I know that we had a lot of fights and arguments but I still think it's normal. I mean you and dad always argue about the most superficial stuff." I said making her raise an eyebrow. "And we have that too. If we're gonna be together forever, I need to really see him in a place where he won't notice me. I want to know the real him when he's working." I explained and my mom just nodded.

"I'm just worried with you. You have so much love in you that you want to offer. I don't want you to get hurt. I'm your mother." My mom said.

"I know. That's why I love you." I told her with a smile. "Anyway, I have to go. I have to talk to Matt about this arrangement and take any work I can." I said standing up from the couch.

"Just take care of yourself. I love you." She said giving me a hug and a kiss at the cheek. I smiled at her and walked out of the house going back to my car.

It was still around 10:00am when I reached my workplace. As usual, it was very quiet with the hum of the air conditioner filling the room. I spotted Will and waved at him. "Kyle! Long time no see." He greeted me with a one-arm hug.

"It's just been a few days." I chuckled.

"Still!" He answered.

"Matt here?" I asked.

"Where else will he go?" Will replied rhetorically. "What's the deal?" He asked.

"I'm gonna be working on the road. Just want to tell him about it and get any job I can take." I answered Will's question.

"Leaving again? Man, this place is so boring without you." Will whined.

"Please! This place is boring whether I'm here or not." I laughed that made him laugh as well. "Anyway, I gotta rush because I have guests at home." I told him and started to walk away.

"Okay. You take care, okay?" He said as we parted. I walked to Matt's room and knocked before entering.

"What brings you here?" Matt asked when he saw my face.

"I have to talk to you about something." I said as I walked to the sit in front of his desk and sat down. "I'm planning on going with boyfriend out of state. I'm gonna ask if it's okay for me to take my work on the road." I told.

Matt just looked at me intently at first. I didn't know what was inside his mind. It's like he's weighing his decision. "Can you still forward your work here?" He questioned.

"Yeah. I'm gonna be calling you every few days to give you an update and to ask for any changes or stuff. As of now, I really don't have anything to do except maintaining the sites that I worked on. I could just update that on the road and if you would give me a new project, I can just work on it with my laptop." I was trying my best to convince Matt. I kinda knew that he would approve but I just needed the magic words from Matt to make everything sure.

"Okay then. There's no new project as of now. I don't see any problem with it." Matt told me. "When will you be back?" He asked.

"First week of May I think but I'm not sure though." I replied.

"Well, I'm gonna miss you." Matt said.

"I'm gonna miss you too!" I said to him. "Anyway, I have to go now. I have a guest at home." I told Matt.

"Sure! I'll see you soon. Good luck." Matt said. I nodded and left his office. I walked to Will's office and informed him that I was leaving. He protested a little bit but he relented when I told him that I have a guest at home. I left and went inside my car.

I pulled out my cell phone to call my house. I was wondering what the two were doing at home. Actually, I was a little worried. Two men who has no idea with housekeeping inside my house. The phone just kept on ringing. "What on earth is happening?" I asked myself as it continued to ring.

"Hello!" Josh answered.

"Why aren't you answering the phone?" I asked.

"Er, Justin and I were just doing something." Josh answered.

"Please tell me that you're not making lunch." I groaned.

"I wish but I don't wanna lie to you." Josh said with a chuckle. I groaned once again. Certain scenes were flashing in my mind. All of them were visions of a wrecked kitchen - my beloved kitchen. "Don't worry. Everything looks okay here."

"Are you sure you two can cook?" I asked.

"Of course!" Josh answered. "Justin! Stop mixing the water. It won't get burnt." Josh shouted. At that moment, I knew that I have to hurry going at home.

After a few minutes, I reached my house. I opened the house and the smell of roast chicken permeated my nostrils. It smelled good actually. I walked in the dining room and saw Josh and Justin setting the table. "Ooh! Ain't that sweet?" I cooed leaning at the door.

"You're back!" Josh said and walked to me. He gave me a peck at the lips.

"Aren't you early?" Justin asked.

"I was worrying about my kitchen." I informed him bluntly.

"Hey! We can manage cooking." Justin said defensively.

"Yeah, right." I told him sarcastically. He just rolled his eyes. "What's for lunch?" I asked.

"Roast chicken and mashed potatoes." Josh answered me.

"It smells good. I hope that it tastes good as well." I said as I sat down on one of the seats.

"We haven't tasted it but I don't think it's hard to go wrong with mashed potatoes and roast chicken." Josh told me with a chuckle.

"True." I agreed. Justin brought out the chicken and placed it on the table. The chicken looked magnificent and delicious. We all settled down and enjoyed the lunch. The meal was very good and I never imagined that it came from these two. "This is good." I informed them.

"Thanks. Josh did all the work though." Justin said pointing at Josh.

"Still, you helped a lot." Josh said. "You just need more practice and cookbooks and you'll be the best cook in the world." Josh was truly like the ideal big brother. The way he takes care of Justin is genuine. I could only smile looking at them.

During lunch, we talked about what I can expect in their tour. They had tons of stories to share. Some are sad. Some are nice. But most of the times, they were sharing very funny moments. I was a little relieved that my time with Josh wouldn't really suffer. We would still have our mornings, and nights. Something hit me. "Guys, do the others know that I'm coming with you?" I asked.

The two just looked at each other and paled a little bit. Then they looked at me and then to each other once again. It was a little bit funny. The two stood up at the same time. Josh went to the phone and Justin was using his cell phone. "Hey Lance! You remember Kyle?" I heard Josh say. I think that just answered my question. I smiled and continued eating.

I didn't know how many people they called because once I was done, they were still talking. I decided to just clean up everything myself since the two were busy talking to a lot of people. It's the least I can do since it's me that's causing this frenzy. Once I was done, I walked to the den and saw them sprawled on the couch. "That was tiring." Josh said.

"Hey, I'm sorry I didn't help in cleaning up." Justin apologized timidly.

"I understand." I said smiling. "Everything okay now?" I asked them.

"Yeah. I have notified the other guys." Josh said.

"I talked to Johnny for clearance and with the tour manager for reservations." Justin said.

"Gosh, you don't need to do that. I can pay for my own. I don't want you to spend your money on me." I told them.

"Kyle, you're gonna be our guest. And we usually do this while on tour. If we can't go to our love one, we make them go to tour and management understands that." Josh explained.

"But..." I started.

"No buts!" Justin and Josh said at the same time. My stomach was feeling a little queasy about the situation. It was already in my nature to be independent and as much as possible, not to depend on anybody. Well, when Josh entered my life, one of it was broken. I was already dependent on Josh emotionally and having to depend on him financially was just like selling my soul already. I really didn't know what to do. All I could was agree with it with a sigh.

"So what are we gonna do today?" Justin inquired.

"I dunno. Pick something." I told them dismissively.

"Since it's our last day in Florida, I think we should go out and have a little fun." Josh said. I raised my eyebrow. "No, I'm not talking about clubbing. We'll just hang out and breath in the Florida breeze."

"That is so cheesy." Justin laughed. I giggled as well because it was really cheesy.

"Even if it's cheesy, I think it was a good idea." I chimed in trying to control my giggling. "We can just do a little sight-seeing around." I suggested.

"That's a great idea." Josh said.

"Won't we get mobbed?" Justin asked.

"I don't think so. I think your fans are expecting you to be in your venue and I know that it's not Florida." I reasoned out. Justin just nodded at me. "Okay, do you have to dress up?" I questioned.

"Nah. I think this is fine." Josh answered looking at himself. "We just have to wear caps and dark glasses." He said. I nodded knowing the necessity of those two articles. The two walked upstairs to get their 'disguises'. After a few minutes, the two were walking down the flight of stairs chattering once again. They only missed each other for a day and they still have things to talk about. Well, Josh and I talk to each other and we still find things to talk about.

"Ready to go?" I asked them.

"Yeah!" They said at the same time. The three of us walked out of the house and into my car.
