"Hey guys, I'm bored!"

"I don't know why," Alex says "I mean, how can you be bored Peter, with all this 'adult' stuff we're talking about?"

"Sorry bro," Chad lends his thoughts and an arm around Peter. "I thought you would find it exciting moving out to the country."

In all of their talking about Chad taking a job at the company's executive sales office in New Jersey, not much had been said of where they were going to live.

Peter was ecstatic, thinking they would still be living with Alex and Kyle. But when Chad mentioned moving, Peter responded, "Do we gotta?" It was noticed, his hug shifting from his own brother, to Alex.

"I'm receiving a nice little pay hike, but it still would not make sense living in Manhattan and commuting. "Besides," he steers into Peter's face, "I thought you would be happy going to school in the country?"

Then it comes to Peter, a positive aspect, "Can we get a house near Garth'n'then I go over to his house all the time and ride his horses?"

Again, the monetary means of living hitting him, Chad speaks of Peter's request, "Even with my new position and salary, we would fall short of owning a piece of real estate in Garth's neighborhood!"

Alex nudges Kyle, but fences his question for all to hear, "With Kyle's father in real estate, maybe he can find a handyman's place on a tenth of an acre?"

"Handyman?" Chad chuckles. "Nine out of ten times I can't hit a nail with a hammer!"

But Alex volunteers, "I'm pretty decent at pounding a nail with a hammer."

"Yeah, he's really good," Kyle says with hidden meaning.

Chad got it, smiling.

It went over Peter's head and wanting to live in the country, near the horse farm he puts his hand in Alex's saying, "I can help, Alex."

Still coupled with Peter, Alex replies, "See? I got all the help I need. Us men can handle the job!"

At least seeing things from Peter's perspective, Kyle says as he withdraws his cell phone from his pocket, "I suppose I should get things moving then." Instead of digging up his father, Kyle phones the broker who helped them acquire the city condo. Unfortunately he only handled Manhattan real estate, but referred Kyle to a reputed NJ agency. They all waited a sec while Kyle finished speaking.

"Is Kyle going to find a place for us?" Peter was anxious.

"We hope," Alex replies.

Then they, along with Chad listened as Kyle asked for, "I'm looking for Tom Vasco?"

He was on another line, so Kyle opted to leave his cell number.

"They didn't have any houses for us?" Peter asks.

Alex comforts him, "The man's busy and will call us back. But in the meantime I think we should think about getting cleaned up and out of those clothes?"

Chad fell back into the parental mode when Peter asks his brother, "Can Alex help?"

"I think we should leave Alex in Kyle's care," Chad says with a wink. After all, don't you want to hear about my trip?"

As much as Alex would not mind, he had wanted some time with Kyle. However, as soon as Chad and Peter vacated the room, Kyle's cell sounded out a tune.

"Betcha that's Tom Vasco!"

Sure enough, Alex chilled out while Kyle talked up a storm.

After the episode with Darryl coughing his lungs out, they were greeted by Kellan's cousin entering the bakery cafe and assuming his role as the next person in charge of the counter.

"Guys, this is my cousin Patrick." He threw his arm around his older relation as if a sibling.

Right away, after Kellan introduces them, Patrick asks of Michael and Darryl, "Are you two boyfriends? Partners?"

"How did you," Darryl says with astonishment, "know?"

Simultaneously, Kellan who knows, Michael guessing, the two bestow upon him, "Gaydar!"

Modestly Patrick replies, "I guess I do... at least it's what everybody thinks."

Darryl, thinking if Patrick knew, then he must be gay himself. "Nice outfit," he said of the white uniform, slightly bulging at the chest and arms.

Getting it, with the stares and scanning eyes, Patrick replies, "Yeah, I work out at the gym," he does a he'man bod pose, lifting his arms and tightening up on his 'guns'. Then, hearing the little bell on the door, looking over towards it, seeing the over six-foot dude walking in, Patrick says, "Mm-m-m, I better spring into action!" He leaves the small enclave of family and friends after wiggling his eye brows.

"Does Patrick know him?" Darryl asks.

"His name is Harry. He works out with him at the gym," Kellan replies. "But I have a feeling they do more than workout on the weight machines!"

Darryl asks, "So you're off the clock now?"

Peering over at the counter, Kellan replies, "I suppose I can make my exit now."

Now this is something they hadn't discussed, their relationship not evolving to this state, but Michael comes up with, "You want to come home with us?"

Kellan, now Darryl for that matter, comprehended the way Michael meant what he said. They just stood there, looking at him. Kellan was doing some wishful thinking, but he was sure Michael meant hang out. Darryl thought about hanging out, but if it led to more, so be it!

Michael then clears things up, "To hang out... and maybe more?" Then, there first mention of the sexual aspect of their relationship, Michael asks Darryl, "If it's okay with you?"

"Fine with me," Darryl says of it.

There, they had been over their first hurdle, both not minding to share their bed with a third. As things stood now, Darryl and Michael were leaving it up to Kellan, who responds in the affirmative, "Oh man I should've saved it for when I get between you two!"

But as they were leaving the shop, Darryl assured him, guys their age had enough saved up to go one, two or three more rounds.

Meanwhile, back in the East Hamptoms, Micah inquires of Byron, "Are we having any fun?"

"You're joking right?"

Micah asks in a very sly manner, "Why?"

Tilting his head, Byron wisely replies, "Like ten guys tried to pick me up already?"

"Was one of them Jeremy?"

Byron replies, with intent, "You're 'ex'?"

"Yeah well, he kept on pressuring me and..."

"I know," Byron says with a grin.

"What?"

"No less than four times as we swam down the levels of the pool he blatantly asked me to fuck him?"

Suddenly reacting with seriousness, Micah makes a fist, saying, "I should march right over there and put his baby-makers out of commission!"

Byron smiled.

"What?" Micah asks.

With insight he replies, "You haven't got a mean bone in your bod!" With that he closes the gap between them, throws his arms around Micah and kisses him.

"Mm-m-m-m," Micah moans as he sways his hips back and forth, massaging his bare pubes against Byron's.

"Getting Byron hard for me?"

Opening up one side of their closeness, Byron boldly replies to Jeremy, on his boyfriend's behalf, "Yeah and I think I'm hard enough to bust your ass open?"

"By?" Micah questioned. But somehow he knew to trust. So he watched as Byron walked Jeremy over to the side of the pool, had him lean over. "Oh shit!" he said to himself as Jeremy was waiting to get porked, Byron squatting down, his hands all ready to grab at Jeremy's ankles.

Darryl steps over to lend a hand and together they heave Jeremy's legs up and flip him right over into the pool.

Some guy then calls out, "Chicken fights!"

Half the mass of men jump to it and pair off.

"How about us?" Micah asks.

Before Byron can answer, Armando Novellino is standing right at their side. "Now tell me, exactly what area of art interests you?"

His eyes were all over Byron, from pink, double-dotted chest down to the blond happy trail which freely flowed from his bellyhole, Armando's eyes taking a swift glide over his pubes.

"I used to draw a lot of cartoon characters when I was young. Then I took photos and tried to draw what was in the photos. Do you think it's a good start?" Byron asks, skimming over the fact the artist's eyes had done some wandering.

"Come with me," Armando says to the twenty and eighteen year olds.

When Armando trails a yard ahead, Byron asks, "What's up?"

"Beats me," Micah replies. But as they enter the house, connecting the schoolyard, walk through it, Micah says, "Oh I get it."

But Byron didn't get it at all when Armando opens up a pair of double doors, the first thing hitting the eye sight, a kingsized bed. Too, he watches as Micah runs forward and takes a dive into the cushy bed.

"Micah?" he questions.

Micah laughed, because he knew what his boyfriend was thinking!

Wondering what was happening, Micah making himself comfortable, Byron was aghast, until Armando starts dragging an easel over to the middle of the room. Byron then slings at Micah, "You asshole!"

"What?" Micah exchanges thoughts.

Armando even confirms it, "Yes Micah, you 'are' an asshole to allow your boyfriend to think the three of us are going to have sex together!" Then with suggestion he confronts Byron, "Unless you 'want' to have sex together?"

Tilting his head, Byron had his tongue in check, his demeanor dictating his disapproval.

"I guess not!" Armando replied.

It caused Micah to laugh his ass off, saying, "See Armando, you can't always get what you want!" And really rubbing it in, "And just think... for the rest of my life Byron and me will have each other!" He lay back in the mound of pillows.

All the happiness drained out of him, Armando replies, "Ah yes, well.... why don't you see if you can draw your boyfriend," And he walks out of the room.

"I think he took what you said the wrong way," Byron says.

Knowing Armando's personal history, of his loved and lost, Micah says in a more serious tone, "Uh yeah. I think I may have actually 'goofed'."

Interrupting them in their thoughts, in walks a familiar face.

"Somebody said I'd find you.... in here," Ellio said, looking Byron up and down. "Um, like why do I have the feeling I'm wa-a-ay overdressed?" He was, still in the pants he wore trimming the hedge and his Springsteen tee shirt he picked up at the Stone Pony last summer.

"OMG, I adore Bruce Springsteen!" They suddenly heard as the louvered doors to the patio open, hearing their thirty-four year old host's voice.

Ellio asks in a subdued tone so only Byron could here, "Who's this fruitcake?" But he wasn't too critical when Armando came closer, seeing what he was packing between his legs.

Armando, who had a few glasses of bubbly, helped himself without shame, lifting Ellio's tee shirt and saying, "Who let you in here with so many clothes on?"

"Uh," Ellio tried answering, but his voice became muffled as his tee shirt was lifted overhead.

Right away hands were exploring his hairy chest, Armando remarking, "Oh my, isn't this a treat!"

He was looking right at Byron when Armando kinked his neck, his mouth finding Ellio's left nip in all the black fur. "Oh-h-h-h-h-h!" he sighed.

Micah and Byron exchanged communicative looks. Then, so much for the drawing, Armando coaxing Ellio over to the bed.

"Want to sit and watch?" Micah asks, seeing Ellio fall into the bed, feeling it rock with his bod weight.

"Nah. I feel like swimming, Byron says, his head nodding towards the door.

Outside, after closing the two in, Micah makes comment, "Did you see how fast Armando came on to Ellio?"

"Like a piranah to a swimmer!" Byron replies. He also confides, "Did you see how fast Ellio gave in?"

Ten feet from the house, Micah stops dead in his tracks.

"What?" Byron turns to him.

A crafty smile, Micah replies, "I wonder how it's going to end up?"

"I'll tell you how it's going to finish up," Byron speaks with confidence, "Ellio's going to wear your friend down and regardless of what Armando wants, Ellio will wind up taking his ass." But with a tinge of doubt, "Why? You think any differently?"

"I'm not really sure," Micah tries to draw a conclusion, "because from talking with Armando, I was under the impression his former partner was a bottom."

Byron replies, "Does it matter? It's really their own business, right?"

"Of course," Micah replies and starts strolling along once more. "And of course," he assumes, "you can find out later from Ellio."

Putting it back on Micah, Byron replies, "And you can find out from Armando?"

It brought to new light how far their relationship carried, on a personal basis, Micah saying, "We're really not 'close' like that close."

Chuckling, Byron says, "Well I guess we blew it then."

Perplexed, Micah asks, "How does that go?"

"Armando... he invited us to stick around and since we didn't... it's our own fault!"

Stalling in their walk to the pool, Micah questions, "Did you 'want' to stick around?" Which meant crawling into bed with Ellio and Armando.

"I don't know," Byron replies. "I never was in bed with anyone but one guy at a time. You?"

"Same," Micah replies.

Inadvertently clarigying things, "And I suppose since now we're a couple, in a relationship, we'll never find out what it's like?"

Detecting maybe Byron wanting to experiment, Micah replies, "Unless we officially begin our relationship 'after' our little fling?"

Seeing possibly Micah wanting to do this as much of himself, out of curiosity, he says, "Think of the bright side..."

"What's that?"

"Neither of us will have to fill the other in on the details!"

After a brief laugh, Micah says, "You've got a point there. So?"

Making excuse, Byron says, "Over the years Ellio has always told me about going out and meeting with guys, asked me if I ever wanted to join in. Of course I was always too young."

"But did you 'want' to?" Micah puts it to him.

Smiling, Byron replies, "I've been curious."

Taking Byron's arm and sweeping him around in an arc, Micah says, "Don't you think we should finally solve that curiosity?"

"What about you?"

Micah replies, "I'm doing this for you!"

In their speaking to each, Byron has noticed and in taking Micah's hard cock in his hand, "Looks like I'm not the only curious one!"

Tired from their almost all day excursion and the details encompassing their trip to buy Peter some clothes, Kyle and Alex took to lying down in their upstairs loft.

"I can't believe everything is about to change."

Kyle responds, "We're not changing, unless you've found another mate?"

Alex smirks. "Oh right. Like at Braddock's this afternoon, Tom Ladner and me ducked into the fitting room and made love!" He laughs.

"Oh really? Is he tight?" Kyle replies.

Overriding Kyle's question, Alex theorizes, "I wonder?"

Pretending to be in deep thought, Kyle figures out, "Well, Garth's got to be a bottom."

"Ya think?" Alex asks, but then interjects thought, "Tom's way too butch."

Which completed the circle, Kyle saying, "Then I guess you haven't found a new mate?"

They nuzzled up in the bed and even though fully dressed, Kyle gave Alex a 'rubdown'.

Until they were interrupted by a call halfway up the stairs, "Hey guys are you doing it?"

"Peter!" Alex quips, them both hopping out of bed.

Then they hear Peter being reprimanded by Chad for tresspassing, "Don't you go up there...." it trails off.

"Nice nap," Kyle says of their short time together.

Getting up out of the bed, Alex clutches his crotch and says, "I owe ya one!"

"Only one?" Kyle jokes back, kissing Alex before they descend the stairway.

Upon reaching the landing, which pans out to the foyer, Peter rushes over to them saying, "Chad says I have to say I'm sorry incroaching on your room."

"'En'croaching," Chad corrects.

A curious lad, Peter asks, "You wasn't doing it, were you?"

Chad cautions, "Peter?" When his brother looks at him, he reminds, "That's Alex and Kyle's business?"

"Ok." And then to Alex and Kyle, Peter says, "You don't have to tell me."

"You know," Alex squats down to Peter's level, "I bet without somebody your own age you've been lonely for conversation?"

He wasn't sure Peter was getting his meaning, until Peter says, "I miss the kids at the hospital, even though there wasn't any as old as me."

It caught them all off guard.

Then Peter rambles on, "But Garth says he's hiring some kids!" Him saying it like it was in the bag.

Still, Chad didn't know how to rectify this, Alex sliding from squatting, to kneeling on the floor, "I'm sure Garth will be true to his word, but don't feel surprised if there aren't any kids 'exactly' your age?"

Kyle informs Chad, when Peter nudges next to Alex, "He's got a way with kids... got a whole flock of them back home!"

Eavesdropping, Peter asks if Alex had any at home his age.

As Alex goes to answer, they hear Ellis on the intercom near the elevator, "Anyone up for a visitor?"

Kyle thought it rather an upbeat request and approaching the little box to buzz back, "Depends on who it is, Ellis?" He thought maybe Carlos Guerra, or possibly Scotty coming back for his belongings. Talking to Alex, earlier, they thought it would be an awkward situation, but better when Michael wasn't there.

Ellis announces, "Um, a Sargent Nouguet?"

Alex jumps to his feet, yelling across the floor at the little box, "You send my brother right up, Ellis!"

Before Ellis could reply, the elevator is humming.

Tugging the pocket of Alex's pants, Peter asks, "Can I play with your brother?"

But Kyle responds, "Um, Alex's brother is an adult, Peter."

It makes everyone smile when Peter answers like an adult, "Dang it!"

As the door opens, Joey stands there with a case under his arm, toting two in each hand. His first words are, "Sorry Alex, but I didn't want to go home first."

By the time he ended the word 'first', Alex was hugging him, saying, "You're welcome to stay here as long as you wish." And secondly, he turns to Kyle, "I think?"

"Of course!" Kyle replies, taking the piece of luggage from under Joey's arm.

Chad rushes him too, "Here, let me help!"

Being Chad is the same color hair as Kyle, blond, Joey immediately assumes, "This your brother?"

Kyle replies, "Nah. My brother's in the hospital."

"I hope he's okay," Joey says, his eyes still on Chad.

Alex, who has relaxed out of the hug replies, "He's find. Long story."

And since none of them has offered, Chad extends a hand and says, "I'm Chad Monteith and this is my little brother, Peter!"

As Alex had done, Joey stoops to shake Peter's hand, saying, "You look about Bobby's age." And looking up at Alex, "What do you think bro?"

"Who's Bobby?" Peter asks.

Alex and Joey both begin to answer, "Our brother..." Joey finishing out, "Our brother back home. He's ten. How old are you?"

As Joey and Peter are making conversation, Kyle was sort of paying attention, but more to how Chad was reacting. Since Joey and Peter were in the same vicinity, he was unsure whether Chad pay more attention to his brother or Alex's brother. He also got a far-fetched idea, if Chad and Joey ever remotely hooked up, his attention refocused on Peter, then this would instantly place Peter on a limb of their family tree, which brought Kyle to 'Alex'.

"What're you lookin' at?" was Alex's way in asking what was on Kyle's mind.

Kyle chased away the inquiry, "Oh nothin'."

"Why am I finding myself hard to believe you?"

"Oh?" Kyle countered.

"You know," Alex puts it theoretically, "there's ways and means by which to extract the truth from somebody?"

Toying along, Kyle asks, "Oh? And how would that go?"

"Probably the most influential, like going on strike in bed?"
