CHAPTER TEN LIVING IN A LIE Written by Trevor Editor Richie

In fact school was turning into a living hell for Jordon and Geoff with the Rednecks never letting them alone and the Rednecks parents weren't much help because they were encouraging them.

The school had cut the funding for the Hockey team which meant their parents had to shell out more cash so the team could survive. In addition they had to travel close to eighty miles each week for training because that is where the nearest ice rink was and the cost of transport and rink hire had suddenly risen. On top of that the only coach they were likely to win with was in jail for trying to murder his wife.

One of the boy's parents was currently coaching but he didn't really have much of an idea so tempers were running hot and the two gay boys were copping all the blame. Jennifer too was having trouble teaching classes which had the rednecks in them because discipline was impossible with these guys.

Betsy and her gang kept a watchful eye out whenever they could but it wasn't easy and some of her gang were getting either tired or scared of being intimidated fearing that they could end up like Geoff did in intensive care.

The boys talked about this to Miles and Keith on the way home after school that day. Miles also mentioned the fact that when the farm gets up and running how are the kids moving in going to cope with going to school and facing the rednecks, "I suggested that Damien take a look at the figures and see if they can afford to hire a tutor." Remarked Keith.

The other three in the car thought that was a good idea and over supper that night they discussed it with Damien and Bentley. Damien's face took on a serious look as he began to speak, "Well guys today was spent by me looking over some facts and figures and to be honest with you unless we can pull in some extra funding somewhere we haven't a hope in hell of pulling this off. Ok, in time the farm we hope will be self-sufficient and pay its way but I predict that will take about two or maybe three years to happen and in the meantime we have to have cash to make things happen."

Everyone looked stunned at this statement and Jordon had a sinking feeling in his stomach as he saw his dream go down the drain. Damien continued, "So we need to find businesses and people who are willing to invest in our venture, sponsors or even companies who will in turn take our product when it becomes available and be prepared to wait for a return on their investment."

He went on to explain in detail what he had in mind and said that he had already began to draft a proposal to attract potential sponsors and investors. Jordon jumped up flinging his hands around Damien's neck before kissing him and declaring he was a genius. Blushing Damien shrugged him off saying it was nothing.

Miles then came up with an even more brilliant idea, "Why not ask your mother Jordan if she would be interested in tutoring you two and others when they arrive here at the farm. She is having a hard time at school because of what has taken place so it would suit her here I'm sure."

They all agreed what a brilliant idea that was. It was getting late by the time they finished talking and once their chores were done and the place secured for the night they all retired to their respective beds.

Jordon and Geoff lay side by side discussing the day's events and Geoff pointed out, "Without Damien we wouldn't be able to make this happen would we?" Jordan agreed with him before turning and kissing his partner passionately on the lips. What followed was a hot love making session which both boys knew would leave then very tired in the morning.

Next morning they had to be called a couple of times before they could be raised from their sleep. As a result it took them longer than usual to do their chores so breakfast had to be gulped down and they made it to school just before the final bell. Classes as usual dragged and the insults and taunts were just the same as ever.

Back at the farm Miles and Luke worked hard clearing up the barn and the surrounds because the builders were due in next week to convert it into a dormitory. Government money was funding this part of the project and the money was already in the bank. Miles and his lover only had two more days before they had to head back to Texas and Luke was due back at work under his new homophobic boss which he wasn't looking forward to.

They had both made daily calls to their mothers and found that they were coping quite well without them which was good news. Damien once again spent the day manning the phones chasing Government grants talking to sponsors and generally seeking donations.

By the time the boys came home that night he had some fairly positive news for them which he delivered over supper, "A major seed and feed supplier has agreed to provide us with all our feed for the stock and seed for planting for the next two years free of charge in return for advertising and endorsement, plus after the two years is up we buy all our needs exclusively from them."

This brought a cheer all round as Damien continued, "But wait there's more because of what we are trying to achieve the Government will provide funding for a tutor as soon as we have our initial five internees or whatever you want to call them so your mother if she wants the job can have it."

More cheers followed that revelation, "and last but not least the McDonald Corporation has pledged a tidy sum over the next three years with the option of extending it another two years. This will cover general administration costs and also allow us to have our own security so we are not a burden on the local police force." He went on to explain that several other companies were considering his proposal and the gay youth camp have indicated that they will pay to hold their annual camp here for as long as we can handle them.

Taking on a more serious note he then added, "Bentley and I have to return to Toronto in the morning to look after some Triangle project stuff and will be away for at least a week and with Miles and Keith going home in a couple of days you boys will I'm afraid be on your own for a while. During the day you will have the builders here but the nights are a bit of a worry. Therefore I took the liberty of hiring a security company to be here at night. They will bring in a caravan for the guys to live in but I agreed that we would supply them with food like bacon, eggs, chicken and so on."

Both Jordon and Geoff agreed that wouldn't be a problem and they would feel safer with them around. After supper Jordon called his mom and she jumped at the tutoring job saying that she would put in her resignation right away and begin to home school the boys anyway.

Just as he had put the phone down it rang again with a neighbour telling him that someone had pulled down one of their fences and driven the horses and the house cow onto the road. He told Jordon that he had them in his paddock and they could stay till morning but the fence would also have to be repaired before they could go back into the paddock.

He went and told the others the news and they decided that they would fix the fence and recover the stock right away, "This is why you need round the clock security." Keith pointed out. They got into the farm truck with everything they might need and it didn't take them long to fix the fence before going to collect the horses and cow. It was plain to see that the wire had been deliberately cut and a rope tied around a fence so it could be pulled out of the ground.

By the time they got home it was late and after showers all of them went to bed and straight to sleep.

Meanwhile Veronica and Eddie her boyfriend were already making plans to move closer to home because in their home state of Saskatchewan they had a better chance of adopting a baby. The regulations in other regions made it nearly impossible to adopt. This meant Eddie had to give up his job and begin looking for another one.

On the phone to her mother Veronica said finding a job closer to home could be difficult but her mom had a brainwave, "Damien is hiring security for the farm to take the pressure off the local police. What if I talk to the company he has contracted to do the job and see if they have any vacancies, that way we will all be working together on Jordon's project."

"Mom that would be great but what about me, I'll need to find work as well to help pay our way?"

"Leave it with me and let me talk to Damien in the morning before he heads back to Toronto for a couple of weeks and maybe we can come up with something. You can both stay here with me because I'm feeling lonely without Jordon living here anymore, so you could keep me company as well."

Veronica passed the message onto Eddie who was thrilled and excited at being part of the project anyway. It also meant that they could get married in the church were Veronica was baptised.

Fred meanwhile was in a dilemma and would have loved to have got some advice from Miles regarding his plans to propose to Martha. For a start he wasn't sure what the law was in his state regarding same sex marriages and was he really doing the right thing proposing and marrying a transvestite. Not that it mattered as he loved Martha dearly and he knew the feeling was mutual, so if he didn't propose or they didn't get married it wouldn't really matter.

Yet, he wanted to make their relationship more permanent but his lack of experience in matters of the heart having him unsure what to do. Finally he decided that with or without Miles, Keith or anybody else's advice for that matter he decided to go ahead and propose.

The first thing he did was buy a beautiful diamond engagement ring and then he arranged for a quite intimate dinner at a restaurant just out of town. He picked Martha up and didn't say much as they drove the few miles to their destination. The restaurant was fairly quiet with just a few patrons and the table he had asked for was in a small alcove away from everyone else.

Once they had eaten what was a wonderful meal he took Martha's hand placing the small jewel box in it before her saying what he had been rehearsing all day. "Martha I love you with all my heart and soul, you have made this old man very happy and I would like to take our relationship to a higher plane. Martha will you do the honour of agreeing to be my lifelong partner and marry me?"

Martha gasped when she saw the beautiful ring. Fred took it out of the box and slipped it on her finger before she had even said yes.

"Fred this ring is beautiful and yes a thousand times yes I will be your lifetime partner and I will love you for ever. You know already how much I love you and this has made me the happiest woman in the world."

Not caring if anyone was watching they kissed passionately across the table clinging to each other with nothing but love in their eyes. They broke off and just sat there for a while not saying anything, just holding hands and looking into each other's eyes.

Finally Fred said, "I don't know if we can legally marry but we will find out and in the meantime there is nothing to stop us from living under one roof as husband and wife." Martha agreed completely and it was a very happy couple that left the restaurant that night to return to Martha's home to consummate their engagement.

Back at the farm it was a sad group that gathered after breakfast to say farewell to Damien and Bentley as they headed back on their long journey back to Toronto. Jennifer had spoken to Damien before breakfast and he had arranged an interview for Eddie with the security company in about a weeks' time, giving him and Veronica time to move back home.

He also told Jennifer that he had an idea for a position within the organization for Veronica but he would have to work out some facts and figures first before saying any more.

After hugs and kisses all round and the promise to be back in a couple of weeks Damien and Bentley headed off in their rental car to make the long trip to the airport and then home. Earlier Jennifer had told her son that she would be teaching both him and Geoff at home, having spoken to Geoff's parents who both agreed it would be safer for the boys to be home schooled.

Therefore the boys had the day at the farm helping Miles and Keith finish up clearing the barn plus they had to go out and make a more permanent job of the fence that was vandalized the night before. They had finished all their work by mid-afternoon and Jordon suggested that they go down to the creek for a swim. It was a warm sunny day so the other three agreed it was a brilliant idea and they loaded up the truck with some food and drink before heading off across the fields to the shady spot were Jordon and Geoff had made love a few weeks previous.

They swam for what appeared to be hours before Keith suggested they eat and as the lay on the grass he remarked what a beautiful romantic spot this was. He leant over and began to kiss Miles lying beside him and it was obvious they were getting carried away and had forgotten about the boys being there.

Jordon nudged Geoff and they got up and wandered further downstream to another shady spot out of sight and began to kiss and cuddle and before long they too were in the throes of making love. It was beginning to get dark when the Miles and Keith realized the boys couldn't be seen anywhere. They began calling out for them and two young boys hand in hand came rather sheepishly from behind some trees.

Nothing was said as they loaded up the truck and headed back to the farm house. None of them were very hungry so after doing the usual night time chores they had a light supper and headed for bed with Miles reminding them that tomorrow was their last day.

After showering together the two boys lay in bed side by side, their bodies touching almost as if they were afraid of losing each other. "Were going to miss having Miles and Keith around, I wish they could stay for ever." Jordon said.

Geoff agreed with him before kissing him gently and holding his partner in his arms until they both dropped off to sleep. Happy and contented to be with each other, yet still wary of what might lie ahead.

Next morning while they were having breakfast, George, Geoff's father came over to tell them that an auction of the excessive farm equipment had been arranged and an auctioneer would be round later in the morning to have a look at all that the stuff we didn't want. George suggested that we use the tractor to line up all the stuff for sale in rows to make it easier to look at. He hoped that the funds from the auction would raise enough money for them to buy some more stock including a couple more cows and possibly a bull.

He headed off back to his own farm and just as he left another vehicle towing a caravan arrived in the yard. The driver introduced himself as Michael Burke head of Burkes Security, the company that was going to look after the safety of the farm and the boys during the night. "One of my guys will be here this evening and he will then sleep during the day in the caravan so where do you want me to park it?"

They showed him and once it was in place and the power connected the boys stocked the refrigerator with eggs, bacon and milk along with a few other bits and pieces. Meanwhile Miles and Keith were putting all the spare equipment in a row and making hard work of it because both of them had never driven a tractor before. The boys couldn't help them for laughing at the trouble they were getting into. Miles was all right if he was towing something forward but reversing with a farm implement on the back and he would get into all sorts of trouble.

In the end Jordon who was an expert took over showing him how it was done. They had almost finished when the auctioneer arrived and began to catalogue the stuff on display. By the time he left it was almost mid-afternoon and they realized that they had missed lunch and they were starving.

Geoff made a heap of sandwiches and with plenty of fruit juice to wash it down with they relaxed in the kitchen. Damien rang for a progress report and was impressed at the work they had done, "You've done great guys and the good news I have is that the sponsorships are beginning to roll in and I don't think we'll have too many problems in opening the refuge on time and operate it fully." He paused before continuing, "We will have enough money available to hire an administrative person to handle paying the bills and looking after the accounts. So I thought we might be able to offer that position to your sister Veronica if that is all right with you?"

"Wow, Damien that would be great and with Eddie working for the security company we will be a true family outfit." Jordon told him.

"The only bad news on the horizon is that your father Jordon is determined to have his day in court and contest the ownership rights of the farm. Our legal representative tells me that he hasn't got a hope in hell of winning but it'll get him out of jail for a day. You and your mom will have to attend court I'm afraid."

That news put a bit of a damper on things but Damien told them not to worry it would all be ok. He rang off and Jordon relayed all the news to the others. Once he had finished Miles suggested that because it was their last night that they go into the tiny township to the only Chinese restaurant and dine out. They all thought that was a great idea and Jordon rang his mother inviting her to join them and then Geoff called his folks so it was a big happy group that took over the tiny Chinese restaurant. Being so small they took over the whole restaurant so no one else could get a table.

Word soon got around the tiny community that the faggots and their supporters were at the restaurant and by the time they had finished their meal a large crowd of rednecks which was made up mainly of the hockey players and their parents had gathered outside. Chanting homophobic slogans and it was obvious they were intent on causing trouble.

The Chinese restaurant owner was worried that his property would be damaged and had called the police but only a couple of officers were available right away and they would have no chance of controlling this mob if things got out of hand. Miles called Damien for advice and he right away called Michael Burke of the security company who despatched four guys straight away telling them they would be there in about thirty minutes. The group sat tight waiting for help to arrive when a loud explosion ripped through the building. Having no idea what was happening they rushed to the window to find Miles and Keith's rental vehicle going up in flames.

With only a small volunteer fire service within the community and with several of them being parents of the rednecks any chance of saving the car was nil. The mob outside were dancing and yelling around the burning vehicle baying for blood and totally out of control.

While inside the female staff of the restaurant was crying and hiding under tables, even Jordon and Geoff were very close to tears. They clung to each other in fear of what was going to happen next and what did happen was a shock as a Molotov cocktail came flying through a window. Keith was quick to smother it with a tablecloth before it could catch hold and he managed to extinguish it.

The sound of more police sirens in the distance and the arrival of our own security very quickly dispersed the mob. Our own people surrounded the building while the police inspector took statements from everyone, "We intend to hold a full enquiry into this disturbance because we are sick and tired of being called to your aid because of the redneck element which exists around here. This is draining our resources and manpower and must be stopped."

He said all this mainly for the benefit of the media which had arrived in the meantime. Miles thanked our security chief for the rapid response to his call and also the police for what they were doing. We apologized to the Chinese owner of the restaurant who was saddened by the whole thing.

Michael Burke said that he would post an extra couple of men at the farm tonight as an extra precaution. When we finally got away and headed home it was quite late and we all had to bundle into Geoff's parent's truck for the trip home with Jordon and Geoff in the back cuddling up in the bed of the truck. They both kissed and began crying, upset at all the trouble they were causing just because they were gay. "What's going to become of us and is it going to get worse when we open up and have others like us here. Why was I born like this, why couldn't I be normal like other guys?"

Geoff took him in his arms, his mouth close to his ears so that his voice wouldn't be lost in the wind, "This is how we were made and we can't help that and with other people like Damien, Bentley, Miles, Keith and our parents and friends to help us we will survive we will have to make sure because we can't let these bastards win." He said defiantly and angrily surprising Jordon with the tone of his voice which was new to his lover. They kissed before settling back in each other's arms for the remainder of the journey back to the farm.

As they approached the farm they saw a series of anti-gay slogans that had been pinned on the fence. Our security guy on duty said that he had managed to keep them off the property. At least the farm was safe and the stock appeared to be all right when they checked on them before heading into the house and bed, but it was an uneasy sleep all of them had.

The shrill of the telephone woke them all early and when Jordon answered it was Damien who had just heard and saw what happened on the early morning news, "Are all you guys ok?" he asked. Jordon related quickly what had taken place and Damien you could tell by the tone of his voice was very angry. "Don't worry and don't say anything to the press. I will issue a statement from here and in future I think it might be best if all our press releases come from one source, don't you agree?"

Jordon agreed and thanked Damien before ending the call. He looked out the window to see about a dozen media camped outside the farm gate with security making sure they came no further. He immediately went outside and told them what Damien had said telling them that nothing newsworthy would be issued from here.

Most of them left but a handful remained just in case something did happen. Jennifer arrived in her car to take Miles and Keith to the airport, a full days round trip, while Miles had the task of explaining to the rental company what had happened to their vehicle. It was not long after breakfast that the guys had to leave and it was with tears in their eyes that the boys hugged and kissed them. With promises of coming back whenever they could they left and both boys were crying as the car disappeared from sight, "They are two wonderful people." Geoff sobbed as he clung to Jordon before they rushed inside after realizing the media were taking pictures.

"We'll miss them and I hope they come back soon." Jordon answered from the safety of the kitchen. They decided to clean up the house, that being one chore that had been neglected while they were getting the outside yard ready for the builders and the auction. Damien was on the phone several times during the day checking on them and giving them updates on what was happening and by mid-afternoon they got a call from Saskatoon. It was from Jordon's mom telling them that she would be hanging around home because Veronica and Eddie were arriving soon. They were able to very quickly sell off most things including their car in hopes of getting ready to return home.

The boys agreed that was great news especially when Jennifer said that Eddie would be starting right away with the security company and Veronica would be coming in to do all the paper work for the project when Damien returned next week. During the course of the day several trucks had passed by with the passengers chanting nasty slogans but no one had attempted to enter the property. Geoff's mom Martha had called up to say she was bringing supper over later and they would all eat together. Due to the fact that there was security on duty all the time, extra milk, eggs and bacon and a few tins of other stuff were taken over to the caravan.

It was a gratifying sight to eventually by late afternoon to see the last of the media go.

Jordon's mom called to say they had arrived safely and that Veronica and Eddie would be staying with her at the house. Both of the boys felt safer and secure knowing that they had security looking after them and also the family was once again all together.

Meanwhile Miles and Keith had both made it home safely and the first thing they did was call Jordon and Geoff to make sure they were well and safe, "I wish we could have stayed to help some more but we had to check on our mother's and Keith has work again after the weekend."

After chatting some more they broke the connection and Miles turned to Keith kissing him fully on the mouth before saying, "I know the sex was great while we were away but there's nothing like being in your own home and bed, so let's go try it out and see if I am right."

Grinning from ear to ear Keith said nothing he just grabbed hold of Miles hand leading him into the bedroom for a session which went on for hours and was only interrupted by Keith's cell phone. It was his new boss who wanted him in early on Monday morning. "He wants me there by six." Keith moaned, "He is so homophobic that I know he is going to give me a hard time."

"Don't let him get you down darling; I'm sure you will be able to cope after all you managed your mother quite well." He answered with a laugh as they got back together again for another session.

The biggest decision Fred and Martha had to make was who's home were they going to live in and that was posing a problem because both of them had lived in the same house for some time and neither of them wanted to move because of the stuff they had accumulated over the years. Fred had converted his basement into a computer room and had a heap of gadgets and computer lying around everywhere most of which he wanted to keep while Martha had a stack of ornaments, what she called `knick knacks' that she had picked up over the years and didn't want to get rid of.

It almost turned into a big argument until Fred suggested that maybe they should sell both places and buy a new bigger home, "The only problem with that Fred is that there is a housing slump on right now and we wouldn't get anywhere near the value we should get for our homes."

"True, but we might also pick up a bigger home at the right price because they are the ones not moving right now." They agreed that might be the way to go and decided to go and see a realtor in the morning. They also decided to hold off the wedding until they had worked out were to live. Fred had already told Martha that he would like Miles to be his best man so it would have to fit in with his availability as well. With all this agreed upon, they as always, when the conversation was at an end had a love making session which lasted like Miles and Keith's for some considerable time.

The legal battle over the farm was held in a civil court so the boys, Jennifer, Veronica and Eddie had to drive about eighty miles to the civil court. None of them were looking forward to it because their father would be there.

After parking the car they met their legal representative who explained that they can sit in the court and may or may not be called. It was better to have them there rather than delay proceedings. He went on to explain that he would show that Freddy Foster only had a quarter share in the farm and with you three voting as one then he is outnumbered, "One option which I would like to recommend is that you offer to buy out his share of the farm if that is possible, an offer which I think his attorney will recommend he takes."

Jennifer looked at her two children and whispered, "That would be good if we can raise the cash."

Looking thoughtful Jordon said, "What about your house mom could we sell that?"

"I was going to let Veronica and Eddie have that especially if they plan to adopt once they are married."

"Ok mom, I'll ask Damien what he would do he's bound to have an answer."

They entered the courtroom which only had them and their legal people anyway which was good because they didn't want any more media attention. Looking round Jordon couldn't see his father anywhere but then the doors opened and he was brought in handcuffed with two prison guards, one on either side. He looked very pale and had lost a fair bit of weight. Jordon thought that would be because he's not able to drink in prison.

They all stood as the judge came in and the petition was read. The family lawyer immediately rose and presented their sworn affidavits regarding the shares to the farm and when Freddy Foster heard this he went berserk calling his wife all the names under the sun and was taken away by the guards and back to prison. His lawyer protested at the split but the judge said that as far as he could see it was all legal and above board and dismissed Jordon's fathers claim on the farm.

It was all over in less than ten minutes and they were soon on the way back home.

On the way back Veronica began to talk about the wedding saying that she and Eddie had decided on a small civil ceremony at the farm away from the rednecks, "We would like Damien and Bentley there and of course your parents as well Geoff. We will also invite Miles and Keith so we can meet them and perhaps Betsy and some of your closer school friends."

They all agreed that was a good idea with both boys getting excited about the prospect of a wedding at the farm. Leaning over Geoff whispered so that no one else could hear, "Maybe one day we can get married at the farm?" Jordon cuddled up to him squeezing his hand in answer.

It was with some trepidation that Keith reported back at work after his short but very pleasant holiday break in Canada. He went straight into his new bosses office. Standing smartly to attention he introduced himself and just stood there. His boss Captain Mark Burrows continued shuffling papers on his desk ignoring Keith as he stood there finally he looked up saying, "I don't like poofters. I'll make that clear right from the start and I will do everything in my power to get you transferred out of my team."

Keith just stood there in stunned silence not sure if he should make a comment or not. His boss continued, "Don't expect any favours or compliments and while you are here I expect you to carry out your duties the same as a normal man would."

Unable to contain himself any longer Keith finally spoke, "Sir with all due respect the way I act and who I act with outside of my work is my business and no one else's. I believe I am a good police officer dedicated to my job and I will continue to do so no matter what you may think sir."

"Just remember officer that a Texas Ranger is always on duty and how you carry on is always under scrutiny and within the public eye, so your last statement means nothing. You're dismissed and your duties for the time being will be to man the desk and answer the phones, I don't want people like you out on the highways." At that he went back to the papers on his desk as Keith left his office to go and sit at the receptionist desk which all officers regarded as a menial task. In many other offices around the state this job was carried out by a civilian.

It was a very upset Keith who called Miles to tell what had just taken place, "The mans a fucking homophobe of the highest degree. I don't know if I can cope working with this fucking biased idiot who has no idea at all. In fact I don't think he fully understands what a homosexual is and how we are born this way. I'm sure he thinks I caught it like you would a cold or flu."

"Don't worry about it Keith I'm sure everything will settle down and remember you will always have me here to take care of you each and every night."

That settled Keith down and he agreed with Miles that he would just have to make the best of it and do the job he is dedicated to doing.

Back at the farm the weekend came along and the boys decided to take things a bit easier and wait for the builders to arrive on Monday. Jennifer, Jordon's mom would also start home schooling on Monday as well while Damien was hoping to fly back up from Toronto on a quick visit just to check on everything, "Bentley won't be with me, he has to look after a few things at the Triangle school for me, but I want to make sure the builders are ok. Don't forget boys next Saturday is the big auction of all that old farm machinery."

He then went on to talk about the thing that was worrying him most, "Are you guys all right being there this weekend on your own? After the Chinese restaurant affair I worry about you two. I know you have security twenty four seven right now but I still think we haven't heard the last of the redneck element."

"Don't worry Damien we have a lot of people looking out for us and I think Betsy and some of the good guys from school are coming out to visit tomorrow." They chatted some more before Damien said he had to go and he would be there late Monday.

Jordon took Geoff into his arms saying, "I hope Damien isn't worrying too much but I must admit without him and the others around I do feel a bit scared."

To be continued.

Writers corner. Once again the redneck element in the region as bared its teeth and it's not just the kids but the parents as well. One thought that just went through my head was I wonder if any of the builder's guys are part of the redneck gang. I hope not but who knows. The whole project appears to be progressing well and will in the end be very much a family affair except of course for Jordon's father who must be very unhappy sitting his prison cell knowing that he has lost the farm and his family.

Keith also looks as if he could be in for a tough time at work with his new boss who sounds like a first class ass hole.

Fred and Martha well their relationship is blooming so let's hope it continues like that way.

In the meantime please write and let me what you think of this and all my stories. If you are wondering why the chapters have slowed down well I am back working in radio and this is keeping me pretty busy and not giving me enough time for my writing but I will try and speed up I promise.

In the meantime hugs and keep reading.

Editors corner. Well Trevor you gave us another very exciting chapter.. I am glad that Jordon and his mom were able to take the farm away from his father. I hope they make sure that he knows it will be a gay sanctuary, that ought to piss him off, royally. I am trying to figure out how Keith can take his boss down a notch. He certainly does not hide the fact that he hates gays and thinks gays are the lowest of the low. I wonder if he could sue the SOB under Canada's right to work bill. There has to be a way of making him crack. I wonder if he is related to the Redneck's.

I had the same thought as Trevor about the possibility of one or more of the construction crew being related to the Redneck's. That would be scary indeed. I am definitely glad that Jordon's mother is going to home school the boys and that they have a private security firm to watch for their safety. They need to get some camera's etc. to begin to take pictures of the Redneck's in action. They also need to ask a higher court to remove the current judge as he is obviously prejudiced. Then maybe they can throw these barbarians and some of their parents into jail where they belong.

I wonder if the boys sued the Hockey Team which could cost them lots of money in legal fees even if the boys lost the lawsuit. Since they now are surviving on less money this could require the parents to have to pay even more. Now that would be fun.....

Well until next time have a great day,

Do not forget to write Trevor and let him know your thoughts about the story. It takes a lot of work to write a chapter like this. I know I definitely appreciate his efforts.

Hugs Richie
