Gay

This is the first story I've ever written, I wrote it over the summer of last year and my writing skills have grown immensely. Although this is my first story I've wrote, I have published other stories on here and am currently working on one. Under the high school section, I have the One or the Other, which is a current project; Hayden's Story; and GAvin's Got Game. Under the college section, I have The After Party. The latter three stories all contain sexual content.

I kept trying to steal glances at him but I couldn't. There were no opportunities to do so with Ms. Murphy not pointing out anything that might be important to us in the back of the room. She told us about the grading scale in her class, the assignments we would receive, the point values, and all the other things I really didn't care about.

After school ended, I got up and left. At first McAlister and I were nearly side by side. "Do you have a staring problem?" He asked.

I stopped. He stopped. "What?"

"In third period you kept staring at me. And I could tell you were trying to stare at me in 6th period."

"I...uh...umm..."

He smiled and laughed. Damn was he cute. "Don't worry. I think you're cute too."

I looked at him. "What?!"

"I can tell you're gay. At lunch the few friends I have told me you are. They also told me you're dating that cheer dude."

"Yeah...I am."

"That's cool. Could I like see your schedule to see what other classes we share?" I gave him my schedule and he looked over it for a few minutes. "We have homeroom, third, and sixth together." He handed me my schedule back.

"Awesome." I saw Tyler and Tommy walking up to me.

"So I'll see you tomorrow?"

"Yeah, I guess you will."

He gave me a hug and smiled once more. "Bye, Shawn." He then ran off to catch his bus.

I then remember I had no clue who he is. "Wait! What's your name?!" But he was too far to hear me. Soon Tommy and Tyler were on both sides of me.

"Who was that sexy piece of ass?" Tyler said as he put his arm around me and directed me towards the library.

"I have no clue. I forgot to ask him for his name."

"Well, if he's curious send him my way. I would say send him to Tommy but we both know Tommy won't give up on you."

"Shut up!" Tommy yelled at hm. He seemed to be a little pissed.

"We need to acknowledge the elephant in the room, little bro. If not it could get worse."

"I know." Tommy said. He looked away and said nothing else as we walked to the library. Once there I saw Ginger and Jay sitting there.

"Hey sweetie!" Ginger yelled when she saw me coming.

"Hey Gingy." I hugged her. "How have you been?"

"Pretty good. Just looking for a date for Friday night."

"Why?"

Before she could say anything, Jay started talking. "Amy, Ginger, and I made a bet to see who could get a date for Friday first. Do you wanna go with me Tommy?" Tommy blushed. We have both talked about how cute we thought Jay was.

"That's not fair! He's part of my family!" Ginger said.

"So? We never said family was out of the question. And it's too late to vote. So Tommy, do you wanna?"

"If it's just to piss Ginger off, then no. Even though she's my sister I don't want to be mean like that." Tommy was blushing. I knew he would do that to his sister. But he'd rather go on a real date with Jay than a fake one.

"Fine then." Jay got down on one knee. Oh my god! I can't believe he's doing this. "Will you, Thomas Dawson, go on a real date with me this Friday night. I think you're really cute and would love to get to know you better."

Tommy blushed. Tyler was giggling while I stood there shocked. Ginger was starring down Tommy, but he didn't care. "I'd love to."

Jay wrapped his arms around Tommy and gave him a light kiss on the cheek. "Thanks, cutie!"

"Come on!" Tye shouted. "If you were serious about wanting to date my lil bro you'd kiss him on the lips!"

"Tye!" Ginger, Tommy, and I yelled at him. Jay laughed and kissed Tommy on the tip of the nose.

"That's as close as I'll get to his lips until after the date." Tommy was blushing fiercely.

After Tye was done trying to embarrass Tommy, Jay and Ginger had to get to work. Tommy, Tyler, and I started to study for each of our classes. I kept noticing Tommy stealing glances at Jay. I was mad at both Jay and Tommy. Tommy says he loves me and then does this. Jay knew all of this but asked anyways. I never realized what an ass he truly is.

After tutoring was over, Ginger said she would take me home. Jay offered but I refused. It was out of his way anyways. He then asked Tommy if he wanted to go get something to eat with him. Tommy said yes and the two of them were off. When Tyler, Ginger and I got in the car, they could tell something was wrong.

"What's wrong sweetie?" Ginger asked as we pulled out of the school parking lot.

"It's nothing." I replied.

Tyler rolled his eyes and gave her what he thought was the answer. "He's mad because Tommy is going on a date with Jay instead of sitting around, waiting for Shawn to be single."

"Shut up, Tyler! It's none of your business and that's not why!" Actually he was dead on. I did want Tommy to wait on me.

"If you're going to sit there and bitch about Tommy having a date then go ahead. Like I told Tommy earlier today, there is no point to have an elephant in the room."

"You know you're not always right."

"So far I haven't been wrong. So yeah, I'm always right."

"Damn! If you're so smart then what do I have to do to get him back! I need him, Tye! I love him for fucking sakes! All I want is him!"

"Then tell him that and dump Avery! He's a big boy!"

"I can't Tyler...I just can't" The rest of the ride home we were all quiet. I thanked Ginger for the ride and apologized for acting up in her car.

She smiled. "It's okay, Shawn. I know how it feels."

I waved bye as they pulled out the driveway. By the look of Tyler's face he wasn't very pleased with me. I wouldn't either if I were him. I'm too chicken to confess my love for his brother.

I walked inside and saw Amy sitting on the couch. There were tears in her eyes. "Amy...what's wrong?"

She didn't say a word. She just handed me a piece of paper. I didn't know what it was at first. But then I saw who it was from. It was DJ. The note read:

Dear Amy,

I know I've made so many mistakes and hurt you so bad. But I seriously do love you. Every day when I wake up I think of you still. When I'm with Ev all I can do is think about you then too. You're always on my mind, Amy. I remember every little thing you've told me about you. I still remember the first time we kissed too. If I knew what I know now I would have never let you go. I would have made that first kiss last forever to keep me from ever hurting you. I know what I did has no excuse. I take full responsibility for everything I've done. I hope you can accept my apology.

Love, DJ

~ IMPORTANT ~

There are two chapters that were written by a friend of mine and I will tell you if when the chapter is written by her. Please DO NOT contact me and tell me how different those chapters are from the rest of the story and they are written completely differently. If you do I will most likely insult you. :D
