This is my first story that has chapters! My other stories are Hayden's Story and Gavin's Got Game, they're here under the High School section. If you like this story then you should check them out because there are some similarities except this one doesn't have sex. So if that's what you were looking for I'm sorry. My shorter stories may have sex but this story will contain no sex, there may be references to sex, but I will not go into detail.

If you like this story, contact me at wah.stories@yahoo.com. I strongly encourage it. Also, If you want to be on my e-mail list to find out when the next chapter comes out, please include that in the email!

"Are you sure you're okay?" Mom asked me.

"I'm sure. I was fine two minutes ago and nothing has changed."

"I was just asking Spencer. I don't want anything to happen."

"Sorry." Right now Mom and I are on our way home. They released me from the hospital thirty minutes early to my surprise. Usually hospitals are super slow and it takes forever to get out of one. Mom had already warned me that no one was over yet since they thought I'd be there another hour.

When we got home, I headed straight up to my room. Megan's door was open and since her room comes before mine, I saw that she was on the phone with someone, most likely Jordan. I went into my room and closed the door. I immediately pulled out my phone and dialed Trey's number.

"Hello?" He said. It sounded like he just woke up.

"Hey babe."

"Spencer?" He asked.

I laughed. "Yeah, it's Spencer. When do you think you'll be able to get here? I really want to talk to you."

"Soon. Let me go see if Mom will drop me off. She should be up by now." Trey didn't hang out and took the phone with him. I could hear him asking his mom if he could come over. I think she said no because I then heard Trey say, "But Mommy...I wanna see Spencer." I couldn't help but giggle. He heard me and then said, "I hate you" and hung up on me. I knew he wasn't serious though.

About five minutes later I got a text from him. "I'll be there in a couple minutes babe. ;)"

I replied with "Don't bother if u hate me. :( U meanie face"

We then texted back and forth for a couple minutes. He kept trying to "apologize" and I kept rejecting him. I then heard a knock at my door. "Who is it?" I shouted.

Whoever it was didn't answer, they just opened the door. My mom has never done that and Megan usually just enters without knocking at all. Trey's head then popped around the corner. "It's your sexy boyfriend." He then came completely in and shut the door behind him.

"You aren't Channing Tatum though."

"Nope. I'm sexier than that." Trey then came over and sat down next to me on my bed. So, what was it you were wanting to talk about."

I leaned over and kissed him. At first he was shocked but then started to kiss back. "I want to know if everything is all right between us."

"Everything's perfect babe." Trey said grinning. "Now, we should get back to kissing."

I moved my head when he tried kissing me. "We seriously need to talk. I have to tell you some things that may hurt you."

Trey had this confused look on his face. "What are you talking about?"

"Kurt kissed me yesterday." I didn't dare tell him about Mason since that would ruin him.

"Do you mean Daniel?" Trey asked.

"No. Kurt said that he would kiss me if we were both single since I was the reason why Daniel realized Hannah was no good for him. Macy said that she doubted he would if we were and he did it to prove her wrong."

"So it wasn't an i-like-you kiss?" Trey asked.

"Kurt did say he liked it but I don't think it means he wants to like date or anything."

"For a second I was actually worried." Trey said with a sigh of relief.

"Actually...Daniel and I have had a few i-like-you kisses since you and I have been dating."

Trey looked like I had shot him. "What?"

"One was when we went to the bathroom. We started shouting at each other and then we found out that we both actually have feelings for each other and he just...kissed me. The second time we were at the football game and it was kinda the same thing, but this time Mason found us and nearly beat the shit out of Daniel."

"Did you...kiss back?" Trey asked. I didn't answer. I didn't even look him in the eyes. "So is that a yes?" I still didn't answer him. "It's kinda hard to hear that my boyfriend has been cheating on me and expects me to feel like everything should be all right."

"I'm sorry, Trey." I started to tear up. "But you're going to have to accept that I've had feelings for Daniel for much longer and they are much stronger. I'm not going to do anything about them though because I'm with you and I would be a huge asshole if I left you for someone else."

"So you're only with me because you want to spare my feelings?" Trey asked.

"It's not that. I actually do like you, Trey. It's just that I like Daniel more."

"Then why are you with me?" Trey asked.

"Because Daniel had his chance and he missed out. I'm trying my hardest to move on but it's going to take a while."

Trey then looked me in the eyes, he had tears streaming down his face. "Please don't kiss him ever again. And if you do, don't tell me. I'd rather be in the dark about these things."

"But I don't want to lie."

"Well you're going to have to."

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

"Yo! Spence dawg!" Lizzie said as she came in without knocking. Right now Trey, Macy, Jessie, and I were sitting on the couches and watching TV.

"Lizzie!" Jessie shouted. She got up and ran over to her and kissed her on the lips. Usually I would nearly vomit but I'm so used to it that it's nothing new now.

"How are you babe?" Lizzie asked her.

"Better now that you are here."

"Get a room!" Kurt said as he and Daniel appeared at the door, which was wide open.

"You know you wanna watch." Lizzie said winking.

"Not really. I'm not into lesbian and gay porn like you weirdoes." Kurt said as he lightly shoved Lizzie and Jessie out of his way.

"I think that kiss with Spencer would beg to differ." Daniel said. I don't think he realized Trey was here, and if he did he was being a huge asshole right now.

"WHAT?!" Lizzie shouted with a huge-ass smile. "YOU DIRTY LITTLE WHORE!" Lizzie said as she threw Lizzie away and nearly tackled Kurt. "I knew your ass couldn't resist his sexy little ass."

"He was all over him. I think he kinda liked it." Daniel said laughing.

Kurt then looked over at Daniel while Lizzie was hanging on him still. "I am going to kill you when we get home." This made all of us laugh.

After a couple more minutes of Lizzie's 20 questions, we were all sitting down and watching the movie. "So, when are Dusty and Mason coming over?" Kurt asked.

"Dusty had a test so he had to go to school." Jessie said.

"Mason is at school and I don't think he's coming over."

"And why's that?" Macy asked.

"He says it's awkward to be hanging out with all of us since he and I haven't been talking that long."

"You need to like force him to come and play with us." Kurt said.

"I don't think we should force him to hang out with us." Daniel said.

"I agree with Daniel." I said. "He does have a reputation to keep up anyway."

"Why does that matter?" Jessie said. She is usually okay with whatever someone does, beside Lizzie, who is on a very tight leash, but she sounded pissed. "If he were your friend he would tell everyone to fuck whatever they think."

"You don't know what he's been through Jessie." I said. I didn't either but there has to be a reason why he doesn't come out to a gay guy.

"So? When my parents found out that I was a lesbian they didn't even acknowledge my existence for about a month. I had to wake myself up, I had to make my own food, I had by buy my own things with my own god damn money, I had to do my own laundry. There is nothing that this straight jock could have gone through that could compare to that."

"I'm sorry for what you've gone through but doesn't that make you more vulnerable to others? Aren't you scared that they'll reject you like your parents did."

"Actually no. From that point on everyone knew I was a lesbian. I wanted to know who actually gave a fuck about me. I didn't want to have to fear losing someone when I could just prevent those people from ever being a part of my life."

"Well I'm sorry that everyone isn't like you Jessie, Not everyone can stand up and stare rejection in the face."

"Why are you fucking siding with him?" Jessie's anger went from Mason to me.

"Because. He's one of my friends. And I always stand up for my friends."

"Even though he won't even admit he's your friend in public?"

It was quiet for a while. I wanted to say something but I didn't know what to say. "Spencer..." Trey started to say: "The day that you went into the hospital but before anyone knew what happened...I overheard Mason talking to Isabella. He said that after he was finished with the project he wouldn't talk to your "faggot ass" again. He also said that he didn't like hanging out with you now because he didn't want to catch what you have and become one of them."

"See what I mean!" Jessie shouted. "That stuck up asshole doesn't care for you! No one talks like that about one of their friends!"

I was holding the tears back now. I remembered everything Mason said the other day. I knew they were wrong, but I couldn't just come out and say it. I had to protect him. And it's none of their business whom I hang out with. "Get the fuck out!" I shouted.

Everyone just stared at me. Jessie went from pissed to confused. "What?"

"I said get the fuck out of my house! Don't you fucking know English?"

My mom then came in from the kitchen. "What's going on?!" She asked. I guessed she heard me yelling.

"Nothing." Jessie said. She then turned toward the door and left. Lizzie gave me the why-did-you-do-that-look and then left to find Jessie. Macy and Trey eventually went after the two of them, leaving Kurt, Daniel, me, and my mom in the living room.

My mom sighed. "Someone please tell me what happened?"

I opened my mouth to say something but then ran and darted upstairs to keep everyone from seeing me cry. I felt like an asshole for what I said to Jessie; I felt hurt for what Mason said; I felt like I could actually have feelings for Mason; I felt like I was all alone; I felt like it was only a matter of days before Trey and I broke up; I felt like Daniel could be the one in the long run; I felt like I had too much on my plate.

"You okay?" Megan said. I looked up and saw her standing at my door.

"Why the fuck would you care? I'm your faggot brother remember?"

"Yeah, I do. But you're my faggot brother and deep down I love you." Megan came in and sat beside me on my bed. "What's wrong?"

"Just get the fuck out. You chose Jordan over me." I turned away from her.

"Just because I put my boyfriend of like three years first doesn't mean I'm going to stop being your sister."

"You didn't come visit me in the fucking hospital! All of my friends were fucking there and you fucking spend time with Jordan! Don't sit there and fucking tell me that you care about me! Do you know what it feels like to have a family member turn their back on you?! Do you know what it feels like to be in the hospital and not see your own damn sister?!" She didn't say anything. "Point proven."

"I know I've been a horrible sister lately, and even a horrible daughter at that. But it's just I didn't know how to react to your being gay."

I knew she was going to say more but I interrupted her. "You were okay with it until Jordan found out. That's when you started to think it was wrong."

"I know, I know. I've been letting him control how I think. And I'm seriously sorry. But you can't tell me that someone you like has never influenced the way you think." It was as if she knew what was going on in my head. "I don't expect you to like welcome me back into your life anytime soon but please let me start making up for all the shit I've put you through."

"It's okay I guess. Sorry I blew up on you."

"It's okay. Now tell me, how long have you liked Mason?"

"What?"

"I was going to get a drink when you and that Jessie chick started fighting. All her reasons were very good yet you still didn't want to believe her about him. From big sis to stupid lil bro, Mason really is no good. He may act one way around you but around me, Isabella, and Jordan he's a completely different person."

"I don't like Mason, we're only friends."

"That's why you kicked out your best friend's girlfriend?"

"I didn't mean to! She was yelling and what Trey told me was pissing me off so I just yelled. I wanted her to stop talking and that's the only thing that came out."

"You know if you don't mend things with her then you could lose Lizzie as well. We both know boyfriends and girlfriends usually come before anyone else."

"I'll talk to her tomorrow. Right now I need to just...I don't know"

"While you do that I'm gonna go. Tomorrow I'm skipping lunch and fourth and taking you out for lunch. I'm sure Mom won't mind. You and I need to catch up." She ruffled my hair the way she used to before I came out.

Right as Megan got up and started walking out the door, Mom came from nowhere and was standing in front of it. "Was I hearing things or was Megan just being nice to you and offering to buy you food."

Megan rolled her eyes. "Yes Mom. I know it's a little late but today I really realized what would've happen if nobody found Spencer that day. It hurts me to say this but I would've missed him."

"Finally, I can be proud of both of my children." My mom said with a smile. By the way, Megan is a genius. She was offered to skip a grade twice while in elementary school but Mom didn't want Megan to be ahead and have the risk of being made fun of. Megan even used to look like a mega dork before high school. Her nickname was Alberta Einstein. But when freshman year started she kicked her appearance up a notch and that nickname was forever forgotten.

"And people wonder why I hate my family." Megan said. She then left the room and went to hers.

"I was just kidding, baby! You've always been special to me and I've always been proud of you." My mom and I then heard her door slam. Everything was finally back to normal with Megan.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

It's been a while since Megan and I talked. She's been nice and actually has tried being around me and my friends more. Jessie and I have kinda made up but it's not really the same -- there's now an obvious rift in our group of friends. Daniel, Macy, Jessie, and Trey thought I shouldn't be friends with Mason, while Kurt, Dusty, and Lizzie felt like I can hang around with anyone I wanted to. Right now we're at breakfast.

"So...we all need to hang out this weekend." Macy said. "To celebrate Spencer's well being."

"But I don't-" I started to say.

Lizzie interrupted me. "No! No excuses! You're hanging out with us."

"But what if I have plans?" I said.

"But you don't."

"And why does that matter?"

"Because I am forcing you to."

"I hate you."

"I love you too, home boi." Lizzie said.

"So, how are you and Meggie?" Kurt asked.

"We're doing better, I guess. She's been nice to me." I said.

"Are you sure she's not like sick or something? I mean she's like hated you for like...ever." Lizzie said.

"Are you high?" I asked. "You said like three times and you like never like say like unless like you're like very high."

"Like" Kurt added. It made all of us laugh.

"Not really. I may have smoked some on the way here but I'm not like...yeah."

We all looked at Jessie. "What?" She said. "It's not like I control her or something." This time everyone but Jessie and Lizzie laughed. We all knew that Lizzie was basically Jessie's dog, or using correct terminology, a bitch (a female dog). "You are all assholes. I do not control Lizzie."

"Dude. She's like pussy whipped." Kurt said laughing. Just then the bell rang so we all went our own ways. Daniel, Jessie, and I headed off to English. Usually Jessie and I are talking, but right now we're still not on talking terms.

"So...what do you think we should do this weekend?" Daniel asked. "I'll talk to the Miss President later today to confirm what will go on."

"I think we should go out to dinner and a movie." Jessie said. "It'd be like starting all over in a sense. Except this time there would be no Hannah or Isabella to ruin the whole thing."

"You know there are only seven of us now right?" I asked.

"So?" Jessie asked. It wasn't a bitchy so. It was more of a confused so.

"I know it's surprising but Kurt and Lizzie can count that high and when they realize that they'll try to find someone else. Since they won't take chances with another Hannah they'll probably want me to bring Mason along..."

"I'll just have Dusty come along. I know he's straight and Daniel is a guy but they'd make a cute couple."

"Sorry Jess, but Dusty is too...country for me." Daniel said.

"Are you serious? You can like barely detect an accent."

"And that's enough for me." Daniel said laughing. I laughed along with him.

Jessie punched him in the arm. We then entered class and respectively took our seats in the back of the room.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

"Dinner and movies again?" Macy said at lunch.

"Yeah." Daniel said.

"But this time no Hannah or Isabella to ruin the night." Jessie said.

Trey then entered into the cafeteria and looked around for us. It took him a second, I don't know why because we're always in the same spot, to find us. "So...have you all decided?" Trey sat beside me and kissed me on the cheek. In the background we heard someone mumble the word fags but we brushed it off.

"Not really." Macy said. "Daniel and Jessie are wanting to go out to eat and to the movies again."

"That sounds like fun though. It's not like we didn't enjoy the last time."

"Wait a minute..." Lizzie said. She started looking around the table and mouthing numbers. "There are only seven of us."

"Good job Captain Dumbass!" Kurt shouted, sarcastically.

"Shut the fuck up you cock-sucking, fudge-packing, rainbow-loving fairy boy." Lizzie said.

"Hey! Be nice!" Jessie said. She slapped Lizzie on the arm.

"You two!" Macy said. She slapped Kurt on the thigh.

"You coulda gave me a vasectomy!" Kurt shouted. People then started to look over at us. It made Macy blush and Jessie hide her face from the world. The rest of us, mainly because we're guys, and Lizzie, didn't mind it.

"It's not like we need any more Kurts running around here anyway." Daniel said.

"Please!" Kurt said. "There isn't enough of me to go around."

"Actually..." Macy started to say. It caused everyone to laugh.

"So...back to what I was saying." Lizzie said. "There are only seven of us. We need someone else...for Daniel."

"Mason!" Kurt shouted.

"Dusty!" Jessie shouted.

"Canyon!" Trey shouted.

"Lizzie!" Lizzie shouted.

"Mason isn't coming. It would be awkward and he wouldn't be caught dead with us anyway." Jessie said.

"I'm pretty sure Dusty has to work that night. He's always working." I said.

"Who the fuck is Canyon?" Lizzie asked.

"That hot guy we saw last time we went out to dinner and a movie."

"Oh yeah! That hot piece of ass!" Lizzie said.

"What if I don't want any of those people to be my date?" Daniel said.

"You don't get to find someone for you." Lizzie said. "What kind of friends would we be if we let you find love on your own?"

"Good ones." Daniel said.

"I think I know a guy you'd like." Trey said.

"You know another gay guy?" Lizzie asked.

"Yeah. From my old school. I think you would like him, Daniel."

"Thanks but no thanks." Daniel said.

"We need more people though and if Daniel doesn't have a date then it will be awkward." Lizzie said.

"I could see if any of my other friends would like to go. I know I messed up with Hannah but Emma and I are close friends."

"I swear babe if this one becomes another Hannah...I WILL slit your throat and leave you to die." Kurt said. He then kissed her on the forehead.

"And before I died, I'd make sure to use my hands and rip your balls off." She then kissed Kurt on the lips.

"You two make the perfect couple." Daniel said.

"What about us?" Lizzie said as she squeezed one of Jessie's boobs. Jessie nearly jumped out of her seat and slapped Lizzie's hand.

"If Jessie hadn't jumped and slapped your hand away, I would have said that to you." Daniel said.

"See what you just did!" Lizzie said. "You just ruined our relationship!" Lizzie then kissed Jessie on the lips. The awkward thing is that the quick kiss became a making out session. What was even more awkward was that Macy and Kurt were basically making out as well. Daniel, Trey, and I sat there awkwardly waiting for this to end.

When it finally did, we went back to discussing things. "So, tell us about this Emma chick." Daniel said. I think he was giving Macy one last chance to hook him up with someone.

"I think she has this lunch. I'll go find her!" Macy then got up and went hunting for some random chick none of us knew.

"Are you actually going to date this chick?" Kurt asked when Macy was far enough away to not hear him.

"Probably not. I just don't want to be alone and I don't want you all trying to set me up with someone. When the right person comes along, she, or he, will be there." I could feel Daniel's eyes looking over at me when he said that. I'm pretty sure everyone did. Everyone knew that Trey knew about Daniel and me kissing now so tension between the two has heightened. The only thing they agreed on is that I should stop talking to Mason.

"I'd like you guys to meet Emma." We all looked over to see who this Emma person was. Standing beside Macy was a girl who was beyond gorgeous. She has long black hair, she's Asian, she has a body to die for, she's Asian, I realized she's in some of my classes so she's smart, she's Asian, her smile could light up the room, she's Asian, her lips are so perfect that even I have to keep myself from wanting to kiss her, she's Asian, she has a great sense of style...and she's Asian.

"Hi." She said with a smile. "I'm Emma."

Every time I read a story of Nifty, I never read the top part, so just in case you are like me and only read the bottom portion if you liked the story, here is my email again: wah.stories@yahoo.com. Also, if you want to be on my email list to find out when new chapters come out, include that in your email. AND if you email me, please state what story you're referring to. Thanks for reading the fourteenth chapter of my story.

I'd also like to give thanks to my editor, John. He's like majorly epic and catches my mistakes. I make a lot of them so he deserves as much credit as I do for getting this chapter out. And check out Hayden's Story and Gavin's Got Game, they're here in the High School section, if you like this story.

Also, I want this story to be somewhat interactive, where yo tell me what you'd like to see happen next. There are no guarantees if it will make it, but there are possibilities. I already have some things planned out, but most are too obvious. I need you al to help me think of new things that no other story has.
