This is my first story that has chapters! My other story is Hayden's Story, it's here under the High School section. If you like this story then you should check it out because there are some similarities except this one doesn't have sex. So if that's what you were looking for I'm sorry. My shorter stories may have sex but this story will contain no sex, there may be references to sex, but I will not go into detail.

If you like this story, contact me at wah.stories@yahoo.com. I strongly encourage it. Also, If you want to be on my e-mail list to find out when the next chapter comes out, please include that in the email! I forgot to ask that for Hayden's Story, but one of my epic fans reminded me to do that.

It's been a few days since I've talked to Daniel. Ever since Macy and Trey said that he likes me, it's just hard for me to look him in the eyes. But knowing that doesn't make it hard to talk to him, it's the fact Hannah and Daniel are now officially dating. They hold hands in the hall, stare and smile at each other, whisper things into each other's ears. It's just hard to watch.

Right now I'm with Jessie and Lizzie at the mall. We're suppose to meet Jessie's cousin here, he's coming in from Washington. His name is Dusty and he's a junior. Something happened between him and his parents and they kicked him out. He called Jessie's parents crying and they said he could live with them.

"Where the hell is Dusty?" Lizzie asked. She was snacking on a corndog with her feet up on the table in the food court.

"Maybe he saw his cousin's girlfriend and got scared." I said. "Just look at how your sitting."

"Hardy har har." Lizzie said. "Maybe he saw your ugly ass and got scared."

"I wouldn't doubt that." I said. "My ugly ass could scare Mr. Sizemore away."

Just then someone walked up. "Jessie?" He has a cute somewhat-southern accent. I know, gay guy likes a southern accent, it's the irony that attracts me.

Jessie looked up from her book and looked into his eyes. She jumped up and wrapped her arms around him. "Dusty! What took you so long?"

"Considering I've only been here once or twice in the past...twelve years...you're lucky I'm not somewhere in Idaho."

"I know you da hoe!" Lizzie shouted, interrupting Dusty and Jessie. "Hi, I'm Jessie's girl." Dusty and Lizzie shook hands. "And that cute guy over there is my best friend, Spencer."

I stood up and shook his hand. "Hey Spencer. I'm Dusty."

"Hey. It's nice to meet you."

"Nice to meet you too." He then turned to Jessie, "Where's your gay friend at? I thought you said he was comin' with ya?"

"You're shaking his hand." Jessie said.

He then turned and looked at me. "There's no way you're gay! You act as straight as I do! Well...without the country accent." He smiled.

"I'm what most call a `straight' gay. I look, act, think, and sound straight. Except I don't chase girls." He laughed.

"Well I'll have to find you a girl then. Show ya what you're missin' out on."

"I hang out with Lizzie on a daily basis. I know exactly what I'm missing out on and I'm glad I am."

"But-"

"No buts, Dusty. Spencer is gay and there is nothing you can do about it."

"There is somethin' I could do," he then winked at me, "but since I'm straight I wouldn't do it." The four of us laughed. We then headed off to find Dusty some more clothes since he was only about to get a few when his parents kicked him out.

"So Dust, why were you kicked out?" Lizzie asked.

"Long story short, I knocked a girl up, she wanted an abortion, I said it was okay, she got it, our parents found out about the pregnancy and the abortion, my parents were mad I knew and let her do it, they said I was a murder, and then I was kicked out."

"That really sucks." Lizzie said. She really didn't sound sad, she was too busy looking through plaid shirts for Dusty. "I'm glad that I can't get Jessie preggo. That would end in a disaster!"

"Which part, telling your parents or raising the child?" I asked.

"Neither. The hardest part would be telling my parents I broke it off with Jessie." Both Dusty and Lizzie laughed. Jessie and I didn't find it that funny.

"So you would leave me if I were pregnant?"

"Well the only way you can get pregnant is if you cheated on me so most likely yeah."

"But I thought you loved me?"

"I do love you, Jess. It's just that I wouldn't like it if you cheated on me."

"Well you're not the boss of me! I can do whatever I want!" Jessie then stormed out of the store.

Lizzie rolled her eyes. "She must be on her period again. I'm gonna go outside and smoke a joint real quick. If Jessie comes back, tell her I went looking for her." Lizzie then rummaged through her purse to make sure she had what she wanted. She gave us a hug and left, she made sure she went the opposite way from Jessie since Jessie didn't like the fact Lizzie smoked pot.

"Have they always been like that?" Dusty asked. "When Jessie and I had talked on the phone before, she acted as if they were alright."

"Since they are around each other so much they get their periods at the same time." That is actually true if you didn't know that. When women are around each other, the estrogen they left off causes other women around them to have slight changes of when their period is. "So about once a month for one week, they are very emotional and very bitchy."

"Damn, I don't see how you can stand to be around both of them." We both laughed.

"I ask myself that same question sometimes. But then I realize if I ended the friendship with Lizzie she'd kick my ass."

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

"So you were hanging out with Jessie and Lizzie today?" Trey asked. We were talking on the phone. It's become a nightly ritual to talk to him before I go to bed.

"Jessie's cousin was there too. I spent more time with him than with the girls. They were fighting."

"Again?" Trey asked. He then sighed. "That's like all the do now. This is like the fifth time this week. And it's only Wednesday."

"I know what you mean. So, how was your day?"

"It was great! My family and I went to The Cheesecake Factory today. Guess who I saw."

"Canyon?"

"Yep! He and I even talked for a little while when I ran into him on the way to the bathroom. We had a short conversation and the next thing I knew I was telling my mom and dad that Canyon and I were going to hang out since his shift was almost over and he was going to take me home afterwards. He's a pretty awesome guy."

"Trey, can you promise me something?"

"What?"

"As long as I can't flirt with Daniel, you can't flirt with Canyon. Deal?'

"I guess. But Canyon is sooo cute! If it weren't for you I'd probably still be out with him."

Please tell me Trey isn't trying to make me jealous. I don't see how guys think it's hot when the person they like gets pissed because they're a whore. All it does is cause problems later on. "If you're trying to make me jealous then it's working. But that's not good because it pushes me away instead of pulling me in."

"I'm sorry, babe. I honestly wasn't trying to make you jealous. I was just excited that someone like him wants to hang out with me."

"It's okay. I guess I'm just...I don't know. I want us to have a healthy relationship, not one based off jealousy."

"I know what you mean babe. And by relationship, do you mean as in boyfriend and boyfriend?" I could hear him smiling through the phone.

"As in boy then the word friend and boy and then the word friend. Two separate words."

"Boyfriend boyfriend is two words."

"Then four words."

"I love my boyfriend."

I rolled my eyes and sighed. He's just too cute sometimes. "You know what I mean, Trey. Me and you are just friends right now."

"Then why did you kiss me last Friday night?"

"Because, I wanted to make Daniel jealous." I started to laugh, but I knew he wasn't happy with that.

"You better be kidding. That's even worse that me talking about Canyon."

"I am babe." I then yawned. "I gotta go. I'll see you tomorrow?"

"You know it." We then hung up. I then texted Lizzie and told her that she and I were on the bus because Megan never came home last night. She texted back like 5 minutes later with a smiley face and an "aight." Lizzie doesn't go to sleep til like 3 in the morning. Right before I fell asleep, I received one more text. It was from Trey. It read: "Night babe :)" I smiled at it and turned my phone off.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

"I hate your sister." Lizzie said when she plopped down next to me on the bus. She looked like she could kill.

"Everyone does nowadays. Ever since I came out she's been a-"

Lizzie interrupted me speaking. "A total bitch."

"I was going to say annoyed by me, but that works too." We both laughed. We then went on to discuss about our classes and why we hate everyone in them and why we hate every teacher, excluding a few who don't give a fuck about what we do.

When we got to school, we headed towards the cafeteria to meet up with the crew for breakfast. "Where's Hannah and Macy?" Lizzie said as she sat down.

"They had practice this morning. Hannah texted me earlier and said they had to take a shower real quick and then they'd be here." Daniel said. I really missed the sound of his voice, even though I hung out with Kurt and Macy a while back and Kurt and Daniel sound pretty much alike. Daniel's voice is much softer and warmer though, Kurt is loud and goofy.

"I wish I was a cheerleader." Kurt said. "Taking showers with all those sexy ass girls. I'd be in hog heaven."

"You'd also be single." Macy said walking up with Hannah.

"The reason I'd be in hog heaven is because I'd be there with you." He said, trying not to get his ass kicked.

"You sure it has nothing to do with Isabella?"

"That wimp? I don't want anyone but you babe." He stood up and kissed her on the forehead.

"So guys," Macy sat down, leaving Kurt standing up, "what are the plans for this weekend?"

"I'm going to be hanging out with Dusty this whole weekend. Let him get familiar with the city." Jessie said. "You gonna go with me, Liz?"

"Why would I miss out on going around town with the hottest piece of ass in town and my girlfriend?" Most of us laughed, but Jessie didn't find it funny.

"I'm going to go find Dusty." Jessie got up and left. She usually kisses Lizzie bye, but not this time.

Lizzie sighed and got up. "I'll be back." She then tried to catch up to Jessie. I could tell she was getting tired of having to apologize.

"It's just a matter of time, isn't it?" Macy asked.

"Sadly, yeah. Jessie doesn't like the playing around and Lizzie does. Everywhere we go they find something to argue about."

"I really wouldn't call it arguing. It's more like Jessie running off, Lizzie chasing her down, and then I have no clue since the next time I see them they're love birds again." Kurt said.

"That's when they fight." I said. "Jessie has came to me before because she wanted to `figure Lizzie out' and since I've known her my whole life, she thinks I know things about her. While she was there Lizzie came over to bitch about Jessie walking off on her. They saw each other and they started screaming at each other. If I weren't there I'm pretty sure both of them would have had black eyes."

"Changing topic!" Hannah shouted. "How are you and Trey?" Ever since `the talk' I always think Hannah is trying to make sure I'm not going to make a move on her man.

"We're doing okay. We're still not dating though."

"When are you going to just dive in and take a risk?" Hannah asked. "If you ask me that's the funnest thing about a relationship. You never know what's going to happen or who you're gonna end up with."

"First off Hannah, I didn't ask you-" Just then the bell rang for first period. Hannah, Daniel, Kurt, and Macy looked at me like I just shot an animal. I got up, and headed towards first period.

"Hey cutie!" Ricky said walking up behind me.

"Leave me alone Ricky."

"What's the fun in that?"

"There is none. That's why I said it."

"Harsh." He moved himself to my side. "I heard you and my first ex are rocking the boat now."

"Trey and I are just friends."

"That's not what I heard. Today at practice," Ricky is a cheerleader, "I heard that you two hid the salami Friday night."

"And who did you hear that from?"

"Can't say. Breach of confidentiality."

"Wow."

"Wow what? You surprised I can keep my mouth shut or something else like that? You don't have to call me a whore, I already know I am one."

"I said wow because I didn't know you could say seven syllabled words." I then turned into my first period, which was Honors English, a class Ricky couldn't get in if he wanted to.

Jessie was sitting in her seat with her arms crossed, I could tell Lizzie wasn't able to find her. "She's an ass." That's all Jessie said when I sat down next to her.

"I know she can be but-"

"Can be?! All she does is insult me and make rude comments! I can't be with someone like that, Spencer. That's not the type of girl I'm into. And she's violent. She's never hit me, but ever since she hit Isabella, I'm scared she could do that to me one day."

"Jessie, she would never hit you. She loves you too much to ever hurt you. She's use to joking around like that and it's going to take her some time to adjust to not being able to joke that way around you. One of the few things I know about Lizzie is that when she gets tired of someone, she just leaves them or cheats on them. Lizzie is trying her hardest to quit being the slut she was in middle school and be faithful."

"Thanks, Spencer. I feel like an ass right now. But she's never told me how hard she's been trying to change."

"Lizzie isn't really open about her feelings. She acts like a dude in that way." We both laughed.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

I walked into third period and saw Mason sitting there talking to some of his football friends. When he saw me walk in, he smiled at me, but then went back to focusing on his friends. I sat in the back corner and waited for Lizzie to get her ass in here.

Like always, she was late. She made up an excuse that her mom had called her and it was an emergency. The teacher didn't believer her though so she was written up for being tardy. "Damn, teachers. Why don't they ever believe me?" She whispered as she sat down.

"Because all you do is lie." I whispered back.

"Still. Teachers should be gullible."

"What were you actually doing?"

Lizzie opened her purse and showed the half-smoked blunt she had in there. She smiled at me.

"Why are you smoking so much now?"

"Stress. You try keeping Jessie happy. At first it was easy because when I did something wrong she was okay with it. Now, she's always bitching."

"I talked to her in first, she said she realized she was out of line."

"I honestly don't give a fuck anymore, Spence. She'll just bitch about something else tomorrow." I rolled my eyes and then starred at Mason as he texted someone, most likely Isabella.

Every time I read a story of Nifty, I never read the top part, so just in case you are like me and only read the bottom portion if you liked the story, here is my email again: wah.stories@yahoo.com. Also, if you want to be on my email list to find out when new chapters come out, include that in your email. AND if you email me, please state what story you're referring to. Thanks for reading the first chapter of my story.

I'd also like to give thanks to my editor, John. He's like majorly epic and catches my mistakes. I make a lot of them so he deserves as much credit as I do for getting this chapter out. And check out Hayden's Story, it's here in the High School section, if you like this story.

Also, I want this story to be somewhat interactive, where yo tell me what you'd like to see happen next. There are no guarantees if it will make it, but there are possibilities. I already have some things planned out, but most are too obvious. I need you al to help me think of new things that no other story has. You will also get credited for that chapter so that's another plus :)

Also, check out one of my friend's youtube channel. It's karinnanazario. If you can't find it, then email me and I'll send you some linkage. Like me, she's an inspiring internet sensation and she needs your help as much as I need yours. And tell your friends about her too. Thanks!

I know this gets longer and longer each time, but I wanted to tell you that my laptop crashed so the chapters I had done and that were waiting to be put up (six through eight) and now all gone :( Thankfully I had sent this chapter to a friend to read and I fould it the other day. So the next time a chapter is out will probably be a while since I have finals around the corner and I have to rewrtite so much :(

Next: Chapter 6
