G. A. Patrick

Welcome to Anshe Hesed Synagogue. We have two candidates who are about to undergo the ceremony to complete their conversion to Judaism. They are Mr. Dale Jacobs-Anderson and Mr. Charles Jacobs-Anderson, more affectionally known to all of us as Charley.

Dale and Charley have undergone a year's training in the beliefs and customs of Reform Judaism and in the study of Hebrew and both have brought offerings of service to this synagogue and this community as evidenced by the members of Temple Anshe Hesed and by the numerous national and local news programs that have brought our synagogue to national prominence in a very short time. They have not only helped to reform programs within our local school system, but they have also helped to establish study programs for at-risk students across the United States in all fifty states.

Within a month of deciding to convert to Judaism, Dale studied and became fluent in Hebrew within a month. The Rabbis of this temple believe with all our hearts that Dale has an old Jewish soul evidenced by the things he has said and the things he has done over the past year. When he speaks to the congregation about why he wants to convert to Reform Judaism, you will see, hear, and understand what your Rabbis have been saying about these young men over the past year and why you, as a congregation, voted to install them as members of our temple even before they had completed their Judaic studies. We will now hear from Mr. Dale Jacobs-Anderson on why he desires and had desired for some time to convert to Reform Judaism and to be a part of the family at Temple Anshe Hesed.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, members of the congregation of Temple Anshe Hesed, my name is Dale Jacobs-Anderson. My desire to convert to Judaism began in the home of a wonderful lady whose father was an Orthodox Rabbi until his passing."

"I was in the home of Dr. Peggy Anderson Reynolds, the mother of my brother by choice, Robert Jaiden Reynolds, Jr., affectionally known as young Abe after his wonderful father whose friends and family referred to him as Abraham because of the great man he was.

"Charley and I were in the den of her home in Abingdon, Virginia, when I saw a picture on her wall, a picture that drew me to it and spoke to me in a particular way I had never experienced. I couldn't ignore the message it delivered. Jaiden and his Mom saw me staring at the picture and Jaiden asked if the picture was of interest to me. I told him it was and he explained that the picture was of his grandfather, Rabbi Abraham Anderson, his Mom's Dad, who had been an Orthodox Rabbi until his death. The longer I stood looking at the picture the more it spoke to me."

"Mom, Dr. Reynolds, smiled at me with a smile that confirmed what the picture has said to me and I asked her if I could attend temple services with her and Jaiden one Saturday morning. With tears in her eyes, she said she would be proud to have me attend those services with her. I did that as soon as Charley, Jaiden, Peyton, and I returned from our honeymoon in Hawaii. Attending that service changed my heart and cemented all thoughts and desires I had to convert to Judaism and that night I began my studies on my own to learn about, immerse myself in, and become a part of the Jewish community. As a result of those studies, I became rather fluent in Hebrew. That was confirmed by Rabbis Kravitz and Belson when they visited with me and my brothers."

"Jaiden had been davening for weeks for Hashem to lead him and Peyton to a synagogue that would accept and love them, a synagogue where they could immerse themselves in the activities and observances of the temple even though they were gay and were married. Hashem did not lead them to the temple for which they had prayed and, at the same time, Hashem strengthened my desire to convert to and became a contributing member of the Jewish family and community."

"I have been and am blessed to have parents who have fully supported me in my decision on conversion to Judaism. Additionally, Temple Anshe Hesed has adhered to the Yerushalmi Kiddushin 4-1 which says, "The law is that they are converts, and they do not push them away as they do with converts at the outset, but they accept them, for [converts] need to be welcomed; perhaps they converted for pure reasons...; you did not push us away, you warmly hugged us, loved us, and invited us into your loving family. I believe that acceptance is further proof that Charley and I are following Hashem's lead in our lives. Thank you for your love, thank you for your acceptance, and thank you for allowing us to be a part of this awesome synagogue."

"There is a requirement that we had to stand before a committee of three people who would question us about our desire to convert to Judaism. We stood before that committee and they were accepting of the intent of my and Charley's heart, of our motives for desiring so intensely to convert to Judaism, and they gave us their blessings. Rabbi Kravitz, Rabbi Belson, and Rabbi Schlottman thank you from the bottoms of our hearts."

"Charley, it is now your turn to address the congregation about your desire to convert to Reform Judaism."

As Charley stood on the stage, he said, "Wow! As the song says, Look at all the beautiful people." The congregation roared with that statement.

"To my loving Anshe Hesed family, I cannot explain my desire to convert to Judaism better than my husband already has. As Dale said, we davened for weeks after he saw Rabbi Anderson's picture on Dr. Mom's wall and listened to Jaiden tell us about his grandfather. As much as it was the picture that spoke to Dale, for me it was the love and acceptance of a wonderful, strict, and stubborn Jewish lady whose actions and love spoke to my heart. Dr. Peggy Reynolds, would you please stand so the members of this congregation can see who you are? Anshe Hesed family, this is the beautiful, loving lady who has changed my life in so many ways that I cannot describe them all. There just aren't words to do that. She is the person who lovingly took Dale and me to our first synagogue services and supported us by answering our questions without making us feel dumb. She took the time to educate us and point us in the right direction. We are not allowed to call her Dr. Reynolds, she is now simply Mom since she adopted us into her heart. Mom, we love you to Mars and back. Thank you."

"And now I would like to ask Dr. James and Mrs. Phyllis Riley to stand. My fellow congregants, this loving couple are the parents of Peyton Riley-Reynolds. They have showered us with more love than we can describe. Dr. Riley has been like a birth Dad to Dale and me, and Mrs. Riley has loved us beyond measure, held us while we cried, and dried our tears. She has made sure, like Mom Reynolds, that we know she and Dad love us beyond measure despite all our faults. And, yes, you heard me correctly, while we know and love who our birth parents are, the Rileys are our adoptive parents by their choice and we love them dearly. They also are Mom and Dad to us. They are the second Jewish family to which Dale and I have been exposed and their love has superseded anything of which we could have ever dreamed. They, along with Mom Reynolds, did something so loving that our lives within our birth families became far richer than ever before. Mom, Dad, thank you for what you did for us. We love you to Mars and back!"

"To my mother and my Dad, thank you from the bottom of my heart for loving me and supporting me through my education and in my choice of faiths and beliefs, and my choice of my spouse. You each are jewels in Hashem's crown. Of that, I am certain. I love you both from beyond Mars and back."

"Dale did not mention our Rabbinical interview but he did mention that Hashem had not lead Jaiden and Peyton to a loving and accepting synagogue for which they had davened. What Hashem did do, however, was send us two Rabbis in Maui, Hawaii who were from this very temple to lead us back here to Temple Anshe Hesed. He also led the Rabbis to tell us 20 minutes was long enough for the Rabbis' brothers, Dale, me, Jaiden, and Peyton to get dressed and get our rear-ends off Little Beach in Maui. That is a story you can ask Rabbis Kravitz and Belson about."

"We have attended a year of conversion classes without missing one class! We have become proficient in Hebrew, both read and spoken. We have learned of the rich history of Judaism and we have learned of its sorrows as well. But here, at Temple Anshe Hesed, we have experienced unparalleled love and acceptance, and for that, we are eternally grateful."

Dale and I are also overjoyed at being able to tell our friends that we have the three most beautiful moms in the world and the three best Dads in the world. We love you dearly.

After Charley addressed the congregation, Rabbis Kravitz, Belson, and Schlottman went to the pulpit and each spoke of Charley's and Dale's conversation and heart-to-heart talks with them about their desire to convert to Judaism. All three of us approved their conversion and pronounced them members of the Jewish faith and promised them that they would have overwhelming support from the staff and members of Temple Anshe Hesed as they begin their journey through the rich history of Judaism.

"Dale and Charley, we have a surprise for you, the occurrence of which the two of you do not know. Mr. and Mrs. Dale Anderson and Mrs. And Mrs. Charles Leonard, will you please come to the pulpit."

As the parents climbed up to the pulpit, the Dad's removed kippahs from their pockets and attached them to their heads. Dale's Dad spoke for Charley's Dad with his permission. "Dale, Charley, when the two of you began your studies of Judaism, you were so happy in a way your moms and we, your Dads, had never seen. We wanted that happiness in our lives, so we called Dad Riley and met with him to discuss something that had become a part of our hearts. He called Rabbi Schlottman who met us at their home and interviewed us about us also converting to Judaism."

"While you attended classes, your moms and we also attended classes, while you studied Hebrew, we studied Hebrew, and as you have stood before this congregation to explain your desire and journey to become part of the Jewish faith and family, we and your moms stood before Rabbi Schlottman's congregation and did the same thing. For that, you can thank Dad and Mom Riley and Mom Reynolds for the butt biting they gave us almost two years ago. The bite of the lioness was severe as she protected her adopted cubs and we paid attention and changed our ways."

"We aren't just a happy family, we are a happy JEWISH family, and we have our sons to thank for that."

Dale and Charley looked at each other and then looked at Jaiden and Peyton and their parents as tears began flooding from their eyes. They turned and embraced their moms and dads for the longest and the congregation and the Rabbis watched with the patience of Job as tears also fell from their eyes.

The ceremony was over and it was official: Charley and Dale were now considered converts to Judaism and so were their parents. The Rileys and Dr. Reynolds, they were crying inconsolably as the boys and their parents left the pulpit and embraced them where they were sitting. It was truly something beautiful to behold.

As everyone was exiting the synagogue to head to the country club for lunch, Peyton and Jaiden spotted Jenny and Jennifer and their two friends. The young men ran to the ladies, embraced them, and cried their hearts out. They had not realized the time of the month. Jenny introduced her friends as Sandra Leveson and Marty Jacobson.

Dale and Peyton had driven their Lincoln and Charley and Dale were driving their new Subaru, so Jenny and Jennifer rode with Peyton and Jaiden, and Sandra and Marty rode with Dale and Charley, and their parents took their rented vehicles as they drove to the country club for a celebratory lunch.

When they got to the country club and walked in, several members of Anshe Hesed and Jaiden's and Peyton's home synagogues were in the club. They all stood and thunderously applauded as the young men and their families entered the club. Pete and Allison were there with Jason and Ally, and Rabbi Kravitz and his family were there with David, his brothers, and their sister Abby. Rabbi Belson was also there with his wife. The brothers lost it when they saw Ginny and Gampy there and learned they had been at the synagogue for the conversion ceremony. Their embrace was the longest of the day. Ginny and Gampy were proud of their boys!

After a wonderful steak dinner with all the trimmings, Jaiden, Peyton, Charlie, Dale, and their parents along with all the Rabbis and their families headed to the Riley-Reynolds home on Landings Way. The house was crowded but full of love. The brothers four looked around in amazement. A few minutes after everyone arrived at the house, Ginny and Gampy came in and the partying began. The ladies were in the den and the men were on the deck and they all were dancing the Jewish dance of celebration.

All of a sudden, Dale and Charley realized Dale's Dad had put them to bed Friday night after he had completely undressed them and snuggled them up against each other after the medication Dr. Mom had told them to take knocked them out. They both walked over to Dad Dale and asked him if he had done that or if it was a dream. Dad Dale told them it wasn't a dream and he was proud to do that for his son's when they couldn't do it for themselves. It was the first time Dad Dale had seen either boy naked and in bed together and he was the one who had made it happen.

The boys broke down when they realized they truly had been accepted as a couple by Dad Dale and that he truly did love them. Dad Dale held the boys and let them get their emotions vented. It was a beautiful sight to behold, especially for the moms who were watching from the den with tears streaming from their eyes, especially from Dr. Mom's eyes.

After a short party at the house, Jaiden and Peyton took Dr. Mom to the airport to fly home and look after Laurie. When she got home, she called Jaiden and Peyton to let them know Laurie was doing well and appeared happy.

She would not be attending Mark's funeral given the circumstances under which he had died.

After realizing how he had provided for her in the end because he truly did love her, she had forgiven him without reservation. She did send her in-laws a very private and personal letter and they called her and let her know they held nothing against her and they were extremely sorry for what Mark had done to her. They cried together and Laurie promised to go see them if she was able - at some point - to get back to Erie. As of now, she was beginning a new life in Abingdon and there would be a very unexpected surprise for her in the coming months.

As the afternoon wore on, everybody except the Rileys, Andersons, and the Jacobs had gone home. The parents would spend a few days with their sons and sons-in-law. The son's parents had checked into the nearby Hampton Inn due to the crowd in the house and the ladies would stay in the downstairs bedrooms. The IVF procedures would begin tomorrow at 9:00 am.

The parents went to the clinic with their sons and the ladies as support for them all. As the young men were given specimen cups and started into the collection' rooms, Dad Riley walked up to the sons and told them that when they got into the collection rooms, they could finally shake their willies and let them explode. Dad Riley started laughing as his sons' turned several shades of crimson.

As Dad Riley walked over to where his wife and the other parents were sitting, Phyllis looked at her husband and said, "Jim, tell me you didn't say what I think you said." Jim looked at Phyllis and said, "Phyllis, you know I did." Dad Riley got the "you're gonna catch hell look when we get home" and he died laughing. The other parents asked what was so funny and they related to them the phone call where Peyton called them at the clinic saying they were scared to shake their willies after they peed because they were scared it would make them explode after a month without sex. The other parents were about to roll on the floor laughing.

When the sons came out of the collection rooms, Dad Jacobs looked and them and said, "tell me, my dear sons, did they explode when you shook them?" The young men turned about 10 different shades of red as their parents were seemingly rolling on the floor laughing so hard they started coughing.

To get back at the parents after they finally composed themselves and sat down, the boys spoke up and said, "No Dad, they didn't explode when we shook them but they did explode when we stroked them. This time it was the parent's turn to turn shades of crimson as their sons laughed at them. Touché.

A few minutes later, Dr. Schrader called everybody back to his meeting room and, with the boy's permission, told everybody that zygotes resulted from the IVF and they were implanted. They would know within a month if the pregnancies took.

School had ended and all four boys made straight A grades in their courses. And since tomorrow was Sunday, and their parents would be flying home Monday night, the celebration and fireworks would take place Monday night. With the ladies in the house, though, they would have to make things quieter than they normally would, but they fully intended to make up for the lost intimacy.

The boys decided to take their parents to the new fish house they had discovered earlier in the month. The ladies were staying home and resting as Dr. Schrader advised them to do. No lifting, no squatting, no hurrying anywhere when walking. Jaiden and Peyton would be bringing a healthy meal of broiled fish and vegetables to them.

When the ladies had eaten, everybody exclaimed how good their meals were and that they would be going back to that restaurant on their return visit. Dale made a pot of decaf coffee for everybody since the ladies could have decaf and they all sat on the deck, drank coffee, and talked about how everything seems to be working out for the good.

As they were sitting on the deck, Laurie called the brothers to talk with them and to thank them for all their support and to let them know she had talked to her in-laws and they let her know they didn't blame her for what had happened and that they were sickened and embarrassed about what Mark had done to her and what she was going to have to go through over the next ten years. Before they hung up, they told Laurie they still loved her and they would do anything they could to help her with whatever she needed.

Laurie said that when she told her in-laws what everybody had come to believe based on Melanie's epiphany, they cried together. Out of the bad came a tremendous amount of good and the realization that Mark had made sure the best way he could that Laurie would be taken care of financially and medically.

Jaiden was sitting in the corner of the deck crying his eyes out after the call and Peyton went over to help calm him. Peyton asked his Dad to go look under their briefs in the top dresser drawer and bring him one of the tablets in the bottle and a glass of water. When Dad Riley got back with the requested items, he made Jaiden take the pill, and as usual, Jaiden was asleep within 10 minutes and Peyton laid him on their bed upstairs until he awoke.

Everybody wanted to know why Jaiden was so upset, so Peyton told them the entire story of his and Jaiden's work with Mark, what they had discovered, that Mark had confessed to being HIV positive and had not told Laurie, that he went to her parent's house down the street Friday night with an apparently false intent to hurt Laurie over the pending divorce and how her dad had shot and killed Mark Friday night.

Peyton told the parents that's why Jaiden's Mom had flown in Saturday morning and left immediately after lunch Saturday to take care of Laurie, who was staying at her house, and Laurie's medical needs, and to let her work in the clinic so Mom could watch her and make sure she was going to be OK mentally.

The parents were aghast at the story they heard. Peyton also looked extremely stressed to his parents as they saw tears falling across his cheeks, so his Dad got up without saying anything and got a pill for Peyton and a glass of water and brought it to him on the deck.

Peyton didn't want to take the pill, so his Dad looked at him and said, "You know you can't argue with me and win, so take the damned pill and go lay down with Jaiden. Peyton obeyed his Dad.

About 15 minutes later, Dad Riley went to check on his sons and came back and told the other parents that all their sons were resting comfortably and were oblivious to the logs they were sawing because of the medicine.

Charley and Dale had become white as a sheet after the phone call, so Dad Dale got them a pill and some water and made them take it. They went to sleep before they could leave the deck, so Dale's Dad took him to his bedroom, undressed him and put him in the bed. Charley's Dad did the same thing for him and placed him cuddled up to Dale. The boy's moms were in total disbelief at what they saw their husbands do. When Charley's Dad sat back down on the deck, he commented that the boys were so cute cuddled up together, that he was so glad he finally saw them together and sleeping peacefully after Friday night's events. When he had said that, his wife, Lindsey, started crying as did the other mothers. Even the Dads teared up a bit.

Dad Dale called his other son, Jimmy, and told him what had happened Friday night and asked him to call Dale and let him know he was thinking about him and if he needed to talk, he was there for his little brother. Jimmy promised he would.

At 8 the next morning, the doorbell rang and startled everybody. Dale answered the door thinking detectives had rang the doorbell. When he saw Jimmy and Jimmy grabbed him and hugged him tightly, Dale lost it.

Dad Dale heard Dale crying his heart out and went to see what was going on and when he saw Jimmy standing there holding his little brother and letting him get his emotions out, he started crying. Angela had heard her husband start crying so she went downstairs to see what was going on and when she saw Jimmy holding Dale and trying to console his little brother, she, too, lost it.

When everybody had calmed down, they went to the den to sit down and talk. Dad Dale said, "Jimmy, I thought you would call your brother." "Dad, don't ever call me with the type of news you gave me last night and expect me to just call my brother. That won't happen! I will always come to him and have his back. ALWAYS!

Dad Dale and his wife went into the kitchen and started preparing breakfast for their 4 sons given the trauma they had experienced over the weekend. One by one, the boys began getting up and coming into the kitchen for breakfast thinking Dale was cooking it. When they saw Mom Angela and Dad Dale cooking breakfast, they asked where Dale was and Mom Angela pointed toward the deck. They were shocked to see Jimmy there holding his little brother. They asked no questions, they just knew.

A few minutes later, Dale and Jimmy came in and hugged Charley, Peyton, and Jaiden. Jimmy told them the place was gorgeous. It was the first time he had seen the house. Jaiden said, "let me show you the house. Dale's bedroom is unoccupied right now, but it is just like my and Peyton's room." When Jimmy saw the size of the bedroom and the adjoining bath, he was shocked at the size of the room. "This is unbelievable," Jimmy said. Jaiden said it was and they had been blessed to have been given the house debt-free. Jimmy's eyes almost popped out of his head when Jaiden said that. Jaiden told him the two bedrooms downstairs were about the same size but shared a bath in the hallway. As soon as the ladies got up, he would show Jimmy the downstairs area.

Jimmy asked, "Ladies." Jaiden said, "Jimmy, you don't know do you?" Jimmy replied, "Apparently not." So Jaiden explained the situation to him. When Jimmy heard what was going on, he started crying so hard he had to sit down. "Jaiden, you are kidding me, aren't you?" "No, Jimmy, I'm not."

"If the procedures done yesterday are successful, you will be an uncle of your biological nephew or niece, as the case may be, in 9 lunar months." That statement set Jimmy off. His Mom came into the den to get him calmed down. It took a few minutes, but Jimmy finally calmed down. When he did, Jaiden told him he had one more thing to show him. He took Jimmy to the garage and showed him the Lincoln the Ford Corp gave his brother for helping the school system after the meeting Jimmy had attended. All Jimmy said was, "Damn."

Dad Dale asked Jimmy how he got off to come to Erie. He told his Dad that when he told his boss what had happened, they gave him two weeks off to spend with Dale and that it was with pay and wouldn't count against his vacation or leave time. Dad Dale just hugged his son and said, "Jimmy, thank you for coming to be with and help your brother. It means the world to me and your Mom and I'm sure it does to Dale." "Jimmy looked at his Dad and said, "Dad, I had to, I didn't have a choice. He's my brother and I will support him no matter what, and if someone doesn't like it, then tough, they'll just have to deal with it!" Mom Anderson heard Jimmy say that and a prideful tear rolled from her eye.

After breakfast, Jaiden, Peyton, Dale, and Charlie went to take a shower and get ready to take their parents to the airport. While they were getting their showers, Dad Dale called the firm's CEO and let him know he would be in the office in the morning at the regular time but that Angela would like to stay with Dale a few days.

When he told his boss what had happened, his boss told him to tell Angela to take two weeks to be with Dale, that the time would be with pay and it would not count against her vacation time. Dad Dale thanked his boss and went to tell Angela what he had said. She put her elbows on the table, her head in her hands, and sobbed. Dale got concerned about his mother until his Dad explained everything to him. He hugged his Mom and held her until she stopped crying. He was elated that he would have two weeks to spend with his Mom and his brother.

When Mom Riley came down, she told Peyton that she had spoken to her boss' and he had given permission to stay with him for two weeks. Peyton smiled and asked her what she used to threatened his Dad to get the two weeks off. She told Peyton she didn't have to threaten his Dad that all she had to do was give him the look'. Peyton died laughing at his Mom saying that. Jaiden hugged Mom and thanked her because he knew Peyton needed her – and so did he. She grabbed Jaiden and gave him a hug only a mother could give.

The only people who would be flying home would be Dale's and Charley's dads. When Jenny found out she looked at the other ladies and said, "s-h-o-p-p-i-n-g!" Everybody laughed.

Jenny wasn't laughing though, she, the ladies, and her mom were going to go shopping for baby supplies: diapers, clothes, baby sheets, bottles, and all the other small items her brothers would need. Her brothers had already picked out the baby furniture and it was supposed to be delivered Monday.

When the baby furniture was delivered, the ladies got excited over how pretty it was and they were excited about the quality. Jenny asked Peyton how they could afford that quality of furniture and he told her they couldn't that the synagogue bought it for them. That is when her mouth hit the floor. Peyton said, "Jenny, pick your chin up off the floor, it's gonna make your jaws hurt if you don't."

"Peyton, the synagogue paid for the baby furniture?" "Yes, sis, they did. When they learned about everything, they, with Jaiden's home temple, gave us $10K to get the best of everything. The ladies were dumbfounded at such a gift. But at least they knew that the children they would help bring into the world would be well cared for and loved and that made them extremely happy.

Two weeks passed and the ladies returned to Dr. Schrader's for an exam to see if the implanted eggs were taking. When Dr. Schrader had examined the ladies, he called the brothers into the conference room and told everybody to have a seat. Ladies, gentlemen, from all indications, the zygotes have already attached and ladies, you are pregnant. I want to see you again every two weeks for a month and if everything is going ok, you can go home until it is nearly time for the deliveries and then come back to Erie when you are at the beginning of the 8th month of pregnancy.

We have a delivery center here at the clinic and that will also be available to you and your brothers. The obstetrician who works with me will deliver the babies at the same price I quoted you, zero. The guys and the ladies started hugging and crying.

Oh, by the way, I forgot to tell you, ladies you will from all indications be having twins. All the implants took. The brothers fainted! When Dr. Schrader got them revived, everybody hugged and thanked him profusely.

When they got home, they each called their parents to deliver the news.

Mom Reynolds was at her office and when she heard twins she collapsed in a chair in the front office. Becky and the other ladies ran to help her. When they got her to where she was coherent, all she said was, "it's twins." Becky said, "Jaiden's" and when Mom said yes, Becky fainted. The other ladies were celebrating as they were helping Mom and Becky. "Jaiden, let us get ourselves to where we can think straight and I will call you back." "Ok, Angie, thanks. When you get Mom and Becky settled, let Mom know that between me, Peyton, Dale, and Charley, she will have eight grandchildren!" Jaiden laughed when he heard Angie say, "Carol, get some more smelling salts, we are going to need it!"

Peyton and Jenny called their parents to give them the news, and Peyton heard Angie yell, "Phyllis, are you OK?" Mom shook her head yes and said to get Jim to the front now! Angie paged Dad Riley and he came running to the front. Phyllis looked up at him and said, it's twins for each of the boys, we are going to have four new grandchildren, and with Dale and Charley, we will have a total of eight new grandchildren! Dad Riley sat down and cried his heart out, he couldn't be happier for his boys.

Dale called his Mom at the office and asked if she was sitting down. She said she was and Dale asked if she could get his Dad on the phone as well. Yes, Dale, hold on a minute. "Hey, son, what's up?" Mom, Dad, it's twins for Charley, and for me, you are going to have four grandchildren. Mom screamed and Dad started crying like Dad Riley. People came running into Dad's office to make sure everything was ok.

Dad looked at the staff and his bosses and said, "It's twins for Dale and Charley. We are having four grandchildren if everything goes OK over the next eight months." Just about everybody was crying at this point and if they weren't crying, they had tears in their eyes. Mom told Dale she and his Dad would call him tonight.

Charley was finally able to get his mom on the phone. "Charley, you usually don't call in the middle of the day, is everything OK." "Mom, it is huge news you and Dad need to know about before it hits the gossip lines at the synagogue. The wonderful lady who is the surrogate for Dale is having twins. My surrogate is also having twins. The IVF took and the doc will reexamine them in two weeks. Charley's mom started crying.

Charley, I have to go to your Dad's office and tell him!

Mom got to his Dad's office and when he saw the tears in her eyes and rolling down her face, he became seriously worried. "Lindsey, honey, what's wrong?" "Sweetheart, you are going to be a grandpa. Dale's and Charley's surrogates are both pregnant with twins. That means four grandchildren!" Dad slumped down in his chair and started crying.

"Four, Lindsey?" "Yes, honey, four." Dad's office staff went wild. "Chuck, I told Charley we would call him back tonight."

Dad hugged Mom and then took the rest of the day off. He took Mom to the fanciest restaurant in Milton for lunch to celebrate.

Jaiden called Pete to ask him what time he thought he would get home tonight. Pete said, "Jaiden, you sound like you are crying, are you?" "Yes, Pete, I am but Peyton and I will tell you and Allison why when you get home." "Peyton, I will make it a point to be home at 5:30. You and Peyton come to the house then." "Pete, we'll see you and Allison then."

When 5:30 rolled around, Jaiden, Peyton, Dale, and Charley went to Pete's home. When they knocked on the door, Pete answered the door and ushered them inside. The guys were crying uncontrollably when they went inside.

Allison came into the living room and was extremely concerned about what she was seeing. Pete asked, "Guys, what has you so upset, what is wrong?"

"Pete, Allison, Dr. Schrader implanted two eggs each into Jenny, Jennifer, and the surrogates for Charley and Dale. Both implants took in each young lady. With everything progressing well, there will be eight children in the house in 8 months.

Pete fainted and Allison had to revive him with some ammonia. When he came to, he asked, "Did I hear 8?" "Allison said, "Yes, sweetheart, you are going to have 8 nieces or 8 nephews or any number of nieces and nephews in 8 months. Pete and Allison were crying and hugging Jaiden, Peyton, Dale, and Charlie.

When Rabbi Rob got home, Jaiden and Peyton went next door to his house, Rabbi, you need to prepare yourself for the possibility of 8 bris ceremonies in 8 months. The Rabbi was so stunned he couldn't speak, couldn't sit, couldn't do anything and neither could Nancy. "8 babies, Jaiden, Peyton, 8?" "Yep, 8 with Hashem's blessings and everything going well over the next eight months. The Rabbi stood up and started dancing. Rabbi, we are going to Tony's tonight to celebrate, if you, Nancy and the children would like to join us. Jaiden, Peyton, we will be there with bells on.

When we all got to Tony's, there were 16 of us in all. We were all crying our eyes out when we got inside and sat down. Phil came out and became worried at us crying until we told him why. He started crying and went into his office and closed his door. When he came back out and walked over to the table, he handed Jaiden his cell phone and said Tony wants to speak to you.

"Jaiden, this is Tony, Phil said you and members of your family and friends were in the restaurant and that all of you were crying. I want to know what's going on!" "Tony, are you sitting down?" "Yes, Jaiden, I am, so what is going on?"

"Tony, you are going to be the uncle of 8 babies." "WHAT!" The ladies are all carrying twins, so that means 8 nephews or nieces for you, whatever Hashem gives to us." Now Tony is balling his eyes out. "Guys, I am so happy for you and to be an uncle to 8 babies, what a blessing! I'll be up there when the blessed event gets here. Love you guys!" "We love you too, Tony." "Let me speak to Phil just a moment."

"Telephone, Phil." "Phil, the meal for the entire group is on the house, whatever they want." "OK, Tony, will do." "Guys, get whatever you want, this is on Tony."

Everybody was still crying when Jason got out of his seat and walked over to the brothers. "He asked Jaiden to lean over and when Jaiden did, Jason put his arms around Jaiden's neck and told him, "Mr. Jaiden, I don't know why everyone is crying, but I love you. Then he walked to each brother and did and said the same thing to them.

Jason went back to Jaiden and climbed into his lap and hugged him without any sign of letting him go. Jaiden glanced at Pete who nodded his head yes.

Jaiden looked at Jason and asked him if he knew what the word quadruplet meant. Jason said he didn't so Jaiden told him that single meant one, twins mean two, triplets mean three and he then asked him again what he thought quadruplet meant. Jason looked at Jaiden and said, "does quadruplet mean four?" "You're correct, it does mean four.

"Jason, with Hashem's blessings, everything will go well and in eight months I will become the Daddy of 2 babies, Mr. Peyton will become the Daddy of two babies, Mr. Dale will become the Daddy of two babies, and Mr. Charley will become the Daddy of two babies. If you add up all the babies I just mentioned, how many babies will be in our home in eight months?" Jason started adding the number of babies in his head. "Mr. Jaiden, you and Mr. Peyton will have four babies and Mr. Dale and Mr. Charley will have 4 babies. That means there will be eight babies living in your home." "Jason, that's correct, we will have eight babies in our home. That means eight little cousins for you and Ally."

Suddenly, everything registered in his little mind and his eyes had a new sparkle in them. Tears started rolling over his cheeks as he looked up and asked, "Mr. Jaiden, that means I am going to have eight new cousins who can play with my little brothers when they get here." "That's what it means, Jason."

With that said, Jason went to Pete, climbed in his lap, and let his emotions out. Pete and Allison were smiling at Jason's response to what he had been told.

When the food arrived, Jason cut up his eggplant parmesan and began eating without saying a word during the entire meal. He was still trying to process everything in his little brain.

The dinner celebration over, everyone went back to the Riley-Reynolds home and sat on the deck drinking coffee and talking about the events of the past week. Given all that happened, all were in good spirits.

After about an hour, everybody returned to their homes and left the Riley-Reynolds and the Jacobs-Anderson couples at home with the ladies bearing their children. The ladies went to their bedrooms to rest and the young men retired to their bedrooms, but it wasn't to rest. They were intending on making up for the lost time.

Their `supplies' were retrieved from their hiding places and the guys began preparing themselves for a time of sexual ecstasy. They were looking at each other with a new sparkle in their eyes and there was no doubt what was on their minds.

Dale took Charley into their room, quickly stripped him of his clothes, sat him on the edge of the bed, and then sank to his knees. All the pent-up sexual frustration that began over a month earlier started to disappear as Dale began giving Charley the BJ of the year. When Charley climaxed, Dale had him move up in the middle of the bed. Out came the lube and Dale lubed the entrance to Charley's cave and then himself so he could explore the caves in front of him. As Dale explored Charley's caves, he was careful to keep focused and centered in the cave so he didn't make any mistakes and fall from the trail.

As he moved back and forth in the cave until he accomplished his objectives, Charley gave out moans of pleasure. When Dale finally settled into the cave, he rode off the tension that had mounted within himself over the last month and a half.

Dale opened the flood gates and let copious amounts of love nectar flow into the barren land inside the gates of Charley's cavern which had not seen any signs of a fertile flowing river in over a month and a half.

Charley held Dale very tightly as they enjoyed the river beds being filled with fertile waters. Dale was very tired after his exploration, so he found a spot where he could lie down on his back and get some much-needed rest and attention from his beloved spouse.

An hour later, Charley began exploring new depths in the Anderson cavern. When he reached a plateau, he shouted with joy at his new finds within Dale. When Charley had caught his breath, he and Dale cuddled each other and fell sleep.

Across the trail, Jaiden and Peyton could also be heard jumping the many crevasses and exploring the Riley and Reynolds caverns in the Riley-Reynolds State Park.

After spending a month and a half in the house doing nothing with, for, or to each other, Jaiden and Peyton were enjoying their newfound sexual freedoms and making the most of it.

They could be heard saying "yes, yes, yes" over their finds within the two caverns each had been exploring together with great anticipation and excitement. When they had expended the energy they had saved up for the last month and a half, Peyton laid atop Jaiden as they rode the river of love downstream on the torrents of the waters they had released from within each other. When they reached the end of their journey, they held onto each other very tightly as they both entered a land of true bliss where they fell fast asleep.

When they arose from the dreamlands afforded by the explorations they had undertaken with each other, they showered, dressed, and went to sit on the deck in the backyard. Nothing was said, but their smiles were so large they could be seen from miles away.

There was no doubt that their summer vacation and many new and exciting explorations of and with each other would continue over the next three months. Ecstasy abounds in the Riley-Reynolds home since the lost time had been found and fulfilled and there was no end of where their new adventures would take them!
